Service was good as the workers were helpful and friendly. There is a $0.50 charge per to-go container. The containers are not special and are standard plastic containers. Most restaurant distributors sell these containers by the case for less than $0.25 each. I found it absurd that this restaurant is profiting off selling to-go containers at a significant markup.

He was the younger Asian male server with black hair, very light skinned tone. His name was hard to pronounce and I think it was something with Min in it. He wasn't very welcoming or friendly from the start, and throughout the meal he seemed uninterested and somewhat irritated anytime we asked for something. I was there having a sisters' night with my two sisters and quietly celebrating my little sister's birthday, but because of his demeanor, we didn't even bother mentioning it. He rarely checked on our table, and we constantly had to flag him down. I asked for drink refills that were forgotten and had to remind him, and when they finally came, the drinks were refilled without any ice. I also noticed halfway through our meal that he had removed his name tag. On top of the service issues, I was disappointed to find out that two of the side dishes I always looked forward to which was the seaweed salad and the cabbage salad with the white sauce are no longer offered. The quality of the meat was good but other than that nothing outstanding. Overall, this was easily the most disappointing experience I've had here. I still left a 15% tip, but the level of service we received did not warrant it. I really hope management takes feedback like this seriously because customers shouldn't feel like they're bothering their server simply by asking for basic things. Fuji is a contemporary Japanese restaurant that serves delicious plates of wonderful food. They can cater special occasions at the restaurant or make party trays to take out. Happy Hour is every day fro 3-6 pm and on Wednesdays Happy Hour is all day. The restaurant is well appointed in the Japanese style, clean and the staff are welcoming, know the menu, can make suggestions and are very friendly. There is a huge parking lot in back of the restaurant.
