I also like how there is a pastry shop that is right next to it with coffee and they have amazing coffee drinks too. I also like how bootables is next door and they have Vietnamese iced coffee along with fresh sugar cane juice and they have really nice tri-tip spring roll as well. . There is no dedicated parking spot so you can do street parking or if you have an event at memorial garage, you can stop in here afterwards. I've gotten a few bags from here, which have included bbq chicken with usual sides of mashed potatoes and corn bread, and pulled pork with sides of mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. All foods are good and worth it for $10. I get so much food I can make 2 meals from them. Service is great. The employees are very nice and helpful. The ordering counter itself does not have any seating, but they do share a common dining space with Budda bowls and rolls and no sabo concheria. So you can order at the counter and find seating. Right away, Mama Goose (the waitress confessed this as her nickname) greeted me with a no nonsense and friendly attitude. This is a person you would hope to greet you, and at the same time you would never want to cross. The interior was very throwback to a time when this diner likely first experienced its hay-day several decades ago. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was so big, it was the size of my first apartment in San Francisco. Water refills were fast, and I ordered an omelette with no meat. It was very tasty, but the potatoes really stole the show with its perfectly crisp and seasoned portions. The prices are very fair/affordable. I felt welcomed here, just like I was visiting a friend in their home. It is clear that regular patrons keep coming back, and all are remembered by the staff. I highly recommend this experience!

While we loved everything we got, the greens side dish was the sleeper champion of all the dishes. I'm not sure I knew my picky-ass office could love greens that much.
