I already know this post will be taken down by management as they cannot accept criticism. 1) They have started to implement the use of an AI program even after excessive backlash from the community, going so far as to double down and gaslight the community at large. 2) They have consistently been unprofessional when it comes to criticism or negative feedback of the bar. They dirty delete comments, reviews, and block people for speaking out. 3) They do not have any tact for dealing with customer relations. The community continues to feel unheard and many no longer feel safe being customers in fear of retaliation from a bad experience or any possible feedback. This is not how a business should be run. I cannot in good conscience continue to support the bar. I am highly disappointed will not be returning until things change.

Walked in and noticed a number of people wearing bondage dog masks. Ok -- then karaoke started and everyone's names were preceeded by "pup" -- the host said it was kinki-oke. By the time we scanned the QR code and found a song it was already hours long -- we went out into the main part of the fairly small bar area and got a drink but then ended up leaving because it was going to be way too long -- plus we didn't really fit the theme -- oh well, the karaoke looked good -- there is a stage (I don't like when everyone sits at their seats) -- so maybe I will be back on a different night, when I check the theme, haha.

I talked about how they continued to feed my friend liquor and he proceeded to say he "cared more about my dog and friend than me and would never be nice to anyone else again." Made a scene in the parking lot cussing at me and screaming at me and threatening to call the police.

He would periodically come over and check to see if we needed refills. I wish I was able to see this bar on a weekend night. Parking could be a little hard if you come during a time when a lot of patrons might be visiting. We were lucky enough to have found a spot right up front when we arrived.

The drinks, this time, well balanced and delicious. My wife had the the Pantera Rosa and I had the Last Word. Both were delicious and not overly sweet. I love a good "Last Word" but the tea added a welcome and subtle layer. A nicely created cocktail without shaming the original. Servers were attentive, constantly filling up water, and making sure we were well taken care of. We will be back!
