When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

The see-thru slide was aesthetically pleasing. The climbings areas are large enough for parents to come in to supervise little ones. There were lots of different ride-on cars and vehicles. There were pretend play kitchen areas. They sold mini pancakes that looked fun. The bad: I tried to order 3 specialty drinks but they didn't have all 3. The strawberry smoothie was quite sweet. There are areas of the playground that are a bit run down or could use some revamping. There was often a wait for the bathroom. The ground was slippery in some areas. I wish they sold savory foods as well. The interesting: They were having an event that day with pop-up vendors that sold craft goods like drawings and knitted clothes. They also had a popup taco caterer outside.

unfortunately i was not a fan of we rock the spectrum. i met my friend here for a play date with…read moreour 3 year old boys. i think they were entertained for about 15 minutes before just running around wild doing their own thing, completely unrelated to their set up. its located in a small strip mall and parking was easy for me on a Friday morning - I parked in front of the market which the employee said was OK to do. workers were very kind but I just don't think the price to enter is justified by what is offered inside. will not be returning.

The price for entry is fair and everything usually looks well put together. As long as it's kept clean, I think it will continue to provide a safe and exciting place for kiddos. My son was following Him around mind you he's five years old but has the mind of a child much smaller, he is developmentally delayed he could have simply said no But instead, he continued to ignore my son and run away from him. My son was sad and asked him. "Why do you keep running away from me" I couldn't bare to see him treat my son like he was! I was a little worried it might feel crowded or messy since it's an indoor playground, but it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for the kids to run around and play. There were a variety of play areas, so my child didn't get bored and stayed engaged the entire time. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more pleasant. There a plaza next door that you can park at but it's a risk. This place only has jumpers and some slides too. There no arcade or anything else here. There also not a lot of seating inside. They have a little dining room where you can bring your food and such to eat there. It did get hot in there because the AC couldn't handle the many people eating inside. They have sign for no outside food or drinks but I think those are for people who didn't booked the place for the party. There was 2 ladies working here and they would walk around to make sure people had no shoes in the jumper area since it's socks only. They sells drinks, snacks and some toys here.
