Because I needed to buy a car, I went to many places where cars were sold. I can say that this is…read morethe only place where I had the best experience. It was Dbacon who received us. This is my first car, so I don't have many ideas, but Dbacon has been providing me with detailed car introductions in order to help me buy my favorite car. I have to say he is very professional, he can quickly answer all the questions I ask about the car. Lindsay is the superior of Dbacon and she is very enthusiastic. She also came to help me and gave me substantial advice. I think they helped us from the perspective of consumers, and I got the best experience! In the end, I bought my first car here. Choose them!!!

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from East Charlotte Nissan…read morecarefully review every single document before signing anything. I purchased a used 2022 Honda Passport from this dealership and the experience after the sale has been extremely concerning. The vehicle was advertised online for approximately $30,000. After completing the purchase, I discovered that the contract listed the vehicle's cash price as $32,353.13, before a separate $999 dealer/doc fee. When I asked why the price was substantially higher than the advertised price, I was given multiple different explanations, including "ASC reconditioning" and later "add-ons." Despite repeatedly asking for an itemized explanation of the difference, I still have not received a clear answer or documentation explaining exactly where the additional amount came from. Even more concerning, a $2,700 maintenance contract was added to my purchase. During the finance process, I specifically told the finance manager three separate times that I did not want a maintenance plan, extended warranty, or GAP insurance. After discovering the maintenance contract in my paperwork, I contacted the finance manager and was initially told that the maintenance plan was required and could not be removed. After I continued questioning the charge, his position changed and I was eventually told that I could cancel it and was sent a cancellation form. If a product is truly mandatory, why was I initially told it could not be removed and then later given paperwork to cancel it? I also repeatedly asked for the contact information for a general manager because I wanted to resolve the issue with someone in management. The finance manager refused to provide that information three separate times. I then contacted the sales assistant who helped me with the purchase and later the dealership's title clerk. I have made repeated attempts to get a straightforward explanation and resolve this directly. Instead, I have been passed from person to person without anyone taking responsibility for explaining the transaction. After finally receiving the GM's extension from the title clerk...I still have not received a phone call back from the General Manager, despite calling and leaving multiple voicemails. I have since reported the matter to the North Carolina Attorney General and NCDMV and have also contacted the FTC. I am pursuing those avenues because I believe the circumstances warrant investigation. What is most frustrating is that I am not asking for special treatment or trying to undo a purchase simply because I changed my mind. I am asking for an explanation of charges I did not understand I was agreeing to and for a product I specifically declined. My advice to anyone shopping here: do not rely on verbal assurances. Get everything in writing, compare the advertised price to the final paperwork line by line, and read every page of the finance documents before signing. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. Find somewhere else to buy that actually deserves your business.

All I have to say is "wow." I'm typically a very weary customer when buying a car anywhere,…read moreespecially one out of state. I have to say that every single person at Hi-Line went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I flew into town from Florida the day after I found the car online and spoke to the guys Over the phone about it. I just had that feeling that this was where I was going to be able to trust the process. The moment I pulled up in my Uber, my salesman, Neil Skipwith, was waiting on me at the door with an umbrella. I had just flown in in the middle of a tropical storm and the weather was not playing nice. Neil was noticeably grateful and relieved to see me and immediately came to usher me in the door. The whole office was all but cheering that I had made it safely through the storm. Neil and the financial man (pardon me, I just can't remember his name and he was so amazing! I think he might have been top management, maybe even owner?) already had everything laying out for me and ready to go. All that was left to do was look at the car. They brought me a soda (or two) and conversed with me while we waited in between steps. Neil and I took the test drive together (where he proceeded to open every door, hood, nick and cranny for me to inspect) and sat in the backseat for social distancing purposes. We went on a longer test drive than I have ever been offered before. Every question I had, he had an answer or went out of his way to find out for me. We wired the funds to the dealership to pay and the man I mentioned previously continued to check the bank statements periodically and updated me as soon as the funds had cleared. Neil knew I would be driving back to Florida in the storm and offered a free night's stay at the Hilton downtown if I felt it wasn't safe enough to leave or if I simply felt uncomfortable doing so. I declined as I wanted to make it halfway before stopping, but Neil then went out of his way to fill my gas tank up. Every single person in this dealership went above and beyond- even the guys/ girls that were not working directly with me checked on me periodically. I was in and out with my new car in less than 3 hours. I have since driven it all the way back to Florida and I have to say this car is INCREDIBLE! Impeccably maintained. I can't think Hi-lIne auto or Neil (or financial man) enough for this great experience. Ps: forgot to mention, I even overheard Neil talking with someone about the fact that he was actually not even supposed to be working that day but he came in to finish the deal and stayed beyond the time that he was needed in order to see me off. PPS: The guys made me promise to let them know I had made it safely and I had forgotten until now. Checked my email and there's Neil, making sure I was safe!! Don't go anywhere else. This place is THE place to buy a car.

I was disappointed with my experience. The repair estimate differed significantly from what 2 other…read moreshops had identified, so I chose not to move forward. That alone wasn't the issue. What concerned me was the inconsistency in customer service. I was told transportation would be available when I dropped my vehicle off, but after declining the repairs, I was informed a ride back was no longer an option. I value honesty, consistency, and professionalism regardless of whether I authorize work. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience
