If you're thinking about a Passport/Pilot I would recommend you go in a drive one and ask for the Bulldog, aka Mr Morris. So many great features to like about this vehicle, the biggest being SAFETY! So many safety features and when you have your 4 Grands, that is the prime mission! I just turned the appropriate mileage to take it in for the oil change and service check. I made the appointment on-line which was smooth and easy. I like those 7:30a appointments. The Staff was ready and waiting and once again I interacted with Jack. Very professional and a nice man with good comm skills and great manner. I was having some trouble with the rear hatch sensor. It's activated when you wave your foot under it. It worked when I first got it but it's been about a year and I don't use it that much. Jack brought the 'expert' in and he demonstrated a technique I wasn't aware of. It works, now that I know the technique. An example of their attention to detail and my concern about an important but rarely used feature. I've never once regretted my decision to purchase this vehicle.

I purchased my very first car from 77 Auto in February of this year, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Since the purchase, I've faced constant issues with the vehicle--month after month, I've had to drive an hour away to the dealership for repairs. Most recently, my car needed an engine replacement, and on November 18th, I dropped it off at the dealership for service. However, I was shocked to be notified just this past Tuesday that my car had been stolen from their property. Even worse, the theft actually happened on December 6th, and I wasn't informed until almost a week later. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of accountability and communication from this dealership. This has been a draining and discouraging experience, especially since this was my first car. I believe it's important to hold businesses like this accountable and ensure no one else goes through what I have.

While he was gone another salesperson came over and lied to us, saying we were in luck because if we had not decided to get the car that day it would not be on the lot the next, because it was sold. When he walked away my wife said he was lying. Why would they show us a car that was already sold? Our original salesperson came back and we started talking numbers. They were adding a lot of fees and taxes to the price of the car. I started questioning the additions and the other guy came back. He started talking to us like we were stupid and was very rude. It got to the point I had to leave before I lost my temper. I have never been straight out lied to and treated so badly in any dealership in my life. I am 58 years and have bought a lot of cars over the years. Bottom line is 77 Auto lost my trust and we went to another dealer same day and got the same model car at a better deal and had a great experience. We bought a car for $25,000 and put $7500 down. 77 lost that for bad customer service and lying to me. DO NOT TRUST 77 AUTO.

Before we even set foot on the car lot, I had sent in all my documentation (Drivers Licence, Proof of income, residence etc.), Brian and John (I think that's the right name) checked my information, interviewed me for the loan and had an approval amount before even getting there. Although we chose a car we absolutely loved from the internet pictures, it happened to be about $4,000.00 more than our approval, but they worked with us, our down was only $500.00 more than for something in our approval amount, we received a much lower interest rate than expected. They deal with people from all walks of life, from those making minimum wage to those making over $150k a year...no matter what your situation, you're not brought in with a false sense of what you're approved for then sent to what I call the "Dog Pound" of ratty cars, you know up front before even going what you're approved for and are given a choice of late model, quality vehicles (in our case we were determined to get the one we fell for). Brian had the car we were interested in waiting for us when we showed up, handed us the keys for a test drive and when we returned, it was a matter of getting the car on our insurance, signing the paperwork, paying the downpayment and we were on our way!!! You will be treated with the respect and integrity you deserve, nothing hidden like 99% of the car dealers out there. Everybody was friendly, they make you feel like family, they're professional and don't pull anything over your eyes... If you're looking for a car, bottom of the barrel horrible credit or top of the chart excellant credit, you're going to get awesome treatment... I recommend this dealer (with multiple lots to pull from) 150%... If I could give them 10 Stars instead of 5... I would...

Well I started my own business and I had to have a reliable car so I figured I'd give financing a shot . I walked in there and the salesman pressured me so hard I literally felt like there was no other chance if I didn't buy this car . He told me this car was a one owner car, that turned out to be Avis Rental Car. 9 months after I bought the car I had to install a new transmission. There were a few electrical issues that started 3 months after I bought the car. My high beams stopped working and the recall did not include my vehicle I sucked it up because it was my fault for not doing my due diligence. Anyway, I had to fix a few things but after the trans was fixed, she did pretty well. 3 weeks ago, because a deer just had to jump across the road, I side swiped a bridge to avoid it. Can't help instincts. So I still owe on this car and, of course, insurance didn't cover the full amount owed. I figure maybe with the measly 7 grand they decided my car was worth, I might be able to pay off what was left and just get a salvage title. The engine and trans are fine. Its mostly just cosmetic. There was no buy out available unless I paid the remainder in the car which was about another 8 grand. I know I was naive but talk about a predatory company. I had never heard of paying all the finance charges if you paid it off early. Definitely many lessons learned on this adventure. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I get that car salesman are there to make money but what that man sold me was just outright lies and I was ignoring enough to fall for it . Do not do what I did. Make sure that you will always read the final print when it comes to paying off your car early. When the transmission went out a few months later I actually called the dealership looking for the salesman so that I could give him a piece of my mind. Lo and behold he no longer had a job there. Had I seen these helps reviews, I'd have never picked that dealership. When I called to find out old boy was let go, I explained the situation and they told me it was my problem and they weren't responsible. Dude outright lied to me about the history, terms and conditions, or anything else. Predators. End of rant
