Arrived right as they opened for service and was greeted immediately, confirmed what was to be done and was directed to the waiting area, where there is ample seating, free coffee or tea and vending machines. Service was completed in 35 minutes, no surprises or upsells, fast and courteous checkout and our car was well taken care of. Really pleased with our experience and treatment. Was worth going a little further out than the dealers closer to uptown who never got back to me,tried to put me through an automated maze of phone prompts and had horrible reviews to boot.

Went in because my catalytic converter was stolen and I had a tailgate recall. I told the service…read moremanager my skid plate was in the back floorboard and it needed to be replaced after the new converter was installed. Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. Can't see going back for anything.

Bought a 2016 Traverse a couple of weeks ago. Nice car, just as advertised and the buying…read moreexperience equaled one I had with them five years ago. However, there has been a minor hiccup with service. The day we drove the car home, a piece of hardware fell out of the hitch receiver cover on the rear bumper. I called and was told to come back the next day for them to review and fix. I came back, they looked at it, then ordered the part. A day or two later I was looking at the rear winder wiper and something looked wrong with the blade. I touched it and it fell out. Wrong refill. Called and asked about that. Bring it over to look at. Fifty mile round trip to the dealership so I declined. Asked about hardware issue and was told they had no record of it. Asked them to check and get back to me. A week later got a call the part was in. Confusion about whether it was just hardware or a new cover, hopefully with hardware. Suppose to call me back. Still waiting. Buying the car was pleasant and easy and I got a great rate and term on the loan...service, not so much. They do not seem to all be on the same page. If there had been no issues with service they would have gotten five stars, like they did the first time I bought from CarMax.

We found a discrepancy on the website and not only did Jose speak to my wife in a condescending manner about her knowledge of the missing piece in question, but also managed not to return my calls when I kept calling back. Also told us the only solution was to trade out for a whole different vehicle because they made an error even though we drove three hours to this location to purchase the vehicle advertised on the site. Greg who we originally worked with was fantastic- hence the two stars otherwise would avoid.
