There's a simple sign-in & loyalty system (every 10 threading you get a free one, which is awesome) and the whole process is very streamlined. Price-wise it's only marginally cheaper than most other places I've been to, but the loyalty and the actual results make price irrelevant in my book. I have thick, naturally arched eyebrows so it was challenging to find places that didn't try to thin them out or either exaggerate / remove my natural arch in a weird way. I've NEVER had a bad shaping experience at Threading Place and they follow the shape of my brow to a T! Some other people have mentioned unfriendliness or clinical behavior; I've experienced a spectrum of this (some staff is friendlier, others professionally distant) but...honestly, I'm just here to get fly eyebrows, not make a friend, so I was never bothered.
