I didn't have a lot to clean up on my eyebrows but the woman I had took 20 minutes to thread my eyebrows. I could feel every single individual hair being removed because she was going so slow. My first time there, but also my first threading experience ever! It's a very small shop with only 4 seats but don't let the appearance fool you. This is all they do, so they were obviously very experienced. The lady greeted me right away and the process was very quick. It actually wasn't painful at all like some people say it is. I was happy with the shape of my eyebrows. Lastly, I was also interested in doing my upper lips but expressed concern about it irritating a tiny pimple that was there. And instead of simply assuring me that everything will be okay and taking my money, she was honest and told me that if I'm concerned about it, I should just come back another time. I have literally followed her around to all her locations - brighton - downtown crossing - newbury - comm ave. She runs all her businesses so well, and is truly talented when it comes to shaping eyebrows. Half the Persian girls I know in Boston go to her because she's so good at shaping dark, thick brows. I never got scabs from eyebrows threading before this is first time from this business. I was there last Sat, I feel hurt since she put the Aloe to finishing up. The brows look good so I tip her 20%. But pretty sad with the 2 scabs on my inner eyebrows on next day. read more

My service today was terrible. The room was way too hot, but the employees did nothing to make me more comfortable. I asked for my eyebrows to be thick, but cleaned up and they were taken down to half of the size. I look ridiculous. This will take months to undo.
