They also brought a second truck to carry all of our garage/outdoor belongings, which was nice to know that those things weren't co-mingling with our indoor belongings. We were not initially quoted for a 2nd truck but we were also not charged extra for it based on our agreed-upon hourly rate, so it was much appreciated! They assembled and placed my furniture exactly where I wanted, and nothing was damaged in the move. They charged the $99.00 again on the bill. The price was so much higher than quoted. I called numerous times to get the $99.00 back. No response from Jaden. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau today. They own me $99.00. Definitely don't recommend using them.
