We settled on what I *thought* was needed, and he sent a rough estimate within a couple hours. A big relief! However, my circumstances changed abruptly, and I needed to cancel the move. As I had no idea If I would be moving within a couple months or a couple years, I couldn't in good faith postpone. Alex was completely understanding. Through the entire process, from first contact to an unfortunate need to cancel, he was courteous, upfront about all matters, offered helpful suggestions, and very pleasant to work with. My only issue, falls entirely on my shoulders. They do offer a refund policy, but it was me who misunderstood the details. On their site, it clearly states that a refund will be granted only if canceled within 48 hours of booking. I had read it as before 48 hours of my move. That's not on them, my fault. The move itself went flawlessly. Everything was very well protected before moving, and the crew expertly disassembled and reassembled some furniture that I had no idea could be taken apart. They carried a monster elliptical to the second floor without complaint, and when all was moved and reassembled, asked me if we needed anything else. I asked them to move my sectional, which had already been reassembled, about a foot from where it was, and they cheerfully picked up the entire thing and moved it over. Also, I was given an estimate and the total price was exactly as expected. These guys are strong as bulls, but careful and courteous. I can't recommend Daniel and his team more highly. You really cannot go wrong by choosing this company for your next move.

This really should have been a two day job, the crew and we were exhausted by the end of the day. I'm not really upset about the cost difference because I knew what their hourly rate was. The crew really wanted to get it all wrapped up for us by the end of the day instead of stretching to another day because they had another job the next day bright and early. The booking office is really putting their workers through the wringer and I don't appreciate that. The crew was kind and delicate with our items. They were being gracious and offering to do whatever we wanted with regards to helping pack remaining items, disassembling and reassembling furniture, and organizing things at the new house. I may have taken note of their time for these things if it hadn't been clear by noon that this was going to already be a very long day. By 10pm I was just happy to have everything remaining that we own in the garage. So I did enjoy the crew, but if you go with this company and have a lot of stuff then you need to do some legwork yourself to get an accurate estimate.
