The roof deck underneath was original as well from the 1800s and was fairly rotted (this added an unknown cost at the end of the work, but it wasn't too bad, and still kept the amount under half of the other companies we were looking at). His team worked from 7 to about 5-6PM (during the late winter) and had the roof done in about a day and a half. So far so good with the roof work. We are very disappointed that this company cannot fix a problem they installed. These are sensors for warm weather states. They don't work reliably in MA fall and winter months.
