Keith's Tree Removal Service is extremely responsive, and reasonably priced. A tree snapped on my property and was leaning on wires connected to my house. I called Keith's, and a real human being answered immediately on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. She contacted their estimator, and he called me back 20 minutes later. Since I thought the wires were power lines (they were actually phone/internet/cable lines), he told me to contact Eversource, but that he was also on his way. He took care of the whole issue in less than 90 minutes. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Since he was already there, I asked for an estimate on the rest of the (non-emergency, but still extremely necessary) tree trimming I needed done, and the price was quite reasonable, and I'll be having that work done by Keith's when they can schedule it. Jay,The Arborist for Keith's Tree Service came to do an estimate for the work less than a few weeks before the work was scheduled. Jay was GREAT!!! Very professional and knowledgeable! I was very,very inoressed with the electronc communication from the Office Managers! Jay had given me a paper estimate. The Staff sent me a copy electronically along with the contract to sign! It was great to do eveything electronically not to have to get a paper contract signed back to the office! Very reasonable cost for the work! The Keith's Tree Service Crew came on May 7.2024. There were four crew member who were AWESOME! They removed about a three story mock cherry tree and several very overgrown shrubs! The were very professional and very pleasant! The first company came out. They were on time, super pleasant, personable and they gave me the estimate. Jay came out from Keith's Tree and was on time, super pleasant, helpful, personable and left the estimate. Keith's Tree's estimate was considerably less than the other company's. Jay, additionally, came back two more times, at my request, because I changed my mind about cutting some trees down, not wanting to lose the shade. Again, he was super pleasant and helpful. Of course, I wondered why they were half price. Did they not show up on time? Did they not do what I ask? Did they not clean up? All of these concerns were unfounded. A couple trucks showed up at 8:30 and waited in the street for a 9:00 appointment. At 9:00 the owner came up to the house and introduced himself, a very nice gentleman. The supervisor suggested we walk around to go over everything that I wanted done. There was one pine tree that I really wanted to save, but he explained once they trimmed the branches away from the house there wouldn't be much left of the tree, but he said he would do his best to save it. Once the branches were gone we both realized the tree wasn't worth saving, and they took it down at no charge. They cleaned up every branch on the lawn and blew all the leaves. Two gentleman came back within a reasonable amount of time and removed all of the stumps, including that pine and again, cleaned up all the debris and blew the leaves. They came back a few days later and removed all of the sawdust and dirt left from the stump grinding and blew my leaves and it looked like I had a fall cleanup. Each time I would get an email letting me know the date and time they were cutting the trees, then again when they were grinding the stumps. Excellent communication, so important. I cannot say enough about Keith's Tree! They were impeccably organized, pleasant, did exactly what I asked and left my yard better than when they got here. I hired Keith's Tree Removal to trim the branches overhanging my roof. Efficiently, the estimator, Jay, came. He shared enthusiastically about my trees and made great suggestions. He gave me a reasonable quote. 6 workers came with their equipment within a very reasonable time. The foreman was friendly and professional. The teams worked together like a finetuned machine. All were friendly, respectful and competent. They even cleaned up and left my backyard in better condition than it was in when they came. A pleasant man came the next day to pick up the large logs. This company was great! We had branches from neighbors trees which hung over our pool and roof and seemed very hazardous to our property. Many of the trees were covered in vines making the job even more challenging. Keith's sent 5 men and two trucks (cherry picker type and then the chipper). The men worked for nearly six hours removing all of the overhanging branches and vines while carefully protecting equipment and pool cover. Then they cleaned all of the branches, twigs, and even leaves out of the area! I was not expecting such a level of detail but I was very impressed. Our yard looks better than ever. (I would have bought them lunch but I didn't think of it in time so I handed each man a tip and they were so gracious). Tree service was worth every penny. read more

Excellent experience working with Keith's Tree Removal recently. We had some sapling trees that were growing very close to the foundation of our house. I submitted an inquiry on their website to receive a free quote about having these removed. I received a phone call the next day to schedule for someone to come take a look. Jay who came by to provide the estimate was super helpful and friendly. He took a look around the yard and pointed out a few other potential problem areas that I wouldn't have otherwise known about.
