U GUYS: Keith's Tree Service's tree trimming process wuz incredibly easy from start to finish -- and super smooth. Great communicators. The quote was quick and straightforward, and they were able to schedule the work promptly. They were also flexible and accommodating when it came to pricing, which I really appreciated. Cuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I'm not a dang millionaire, Ralph! The team worked efficiently -- handling pruning, trimming, and tree removal in what felt like record time without sacrificing quality. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. However, I was a tad sad that no one shouted "timber!" at any point. I moved on, though -- I am resilient. Duh. One standout feature was their automated email communication system, which kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, communication was excellent and the service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend! Trees! read more

Had Keiths Tree remove a dying tree in Stoneham. Very professional, quick, and responsive service. Price was very competitive. Keith's is great. We had a giant pine fall and destroy our deck during the last windstorm. They came out that same day in the rain to give us an estimate and had a crane and police detail ready the next morning to remove the tree. They did other tree removal on our property before. Very impressed with their responsiveness and service. read more

Great job by Keith's. I had to take down a damaged and rotten sugar maple and trim back some good size limbs on 2 large oaks. Jay came out quickly and provided a thorough quote which was significantly better (price and timing) than a competitor that seems to believe they own this local neighborhood market. The crew showed up on schedule and on time. Everyone was polite and professional and completed the job as quoted. Thank you Keith's read more

Keith's Tree was reliable and helpful in clearing space in our backyard. It didn't feel like they were trying to take down anything extra in order to make money and I trusted their opinions. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they got the job done! read more

Keith's Tree Removal Service is extremely responsive, and reasonably priced. A tree snapped on my property and was leaning on wires connected to my house. I called Keith's, and a real human being answered immediately on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. She contacted their estimator, and he called me back 20 minutes later. Since I thought the wires were power lines (they were actually phone/internet/cable lines), he told me to contact Eversource, but that he was also on his way. He took care of the whole issue in less than 90 minutes. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Since he was already there, I asked for an estimate on the rest of the (non-emergency, but still extremely necessary) tree trimming I needed done, and the price was quite reasonable, and I'll be having that work done by Keith's when they can schedule it. The other two places I called may have been closed for the holiday, because they still haven't called me back (after 2 hours). read more

I want to thank Keith's tree service for the wonderful work they did to trim and shape 3 redbud trees. They are absolutely beautiful now! I can't wait to see them bloom in the spring. It was such a pleasure to interact with all of their staff. Everyone from the beginning to the job completion was skilled and pleasant. Sincerely appreciate this company! read more

Jay,The Arborist for Keith's Tree Service came to do an estimate for the work less than a few weeks before the work was scheduled. Jay was GREAT!!! Very professional and knowledgeable! I was very, very inoressed with the electronc communication from the Office Managers! Jay had given me a paper estimate. The Staff sent me a copy electronically along with the contract to sign! It was great to do eveything electronically not to have to get a paper contract signed back to the office! Very reasonable cost for the work! The Keith's Tree Service Crew came on May 7.2024. There were four crew member who were AWESOME! They removed about a three story mock cherry tree and several very overgrown shrubs! The were very professional and very pleasant! Good service. Fair price. They were on time, professional and personable. I'm satisfied

Great experience. They arrived on time, did the work exactly as specified and cleaned up great. I'd recommend Keith's with no reservation.

Trees cut and trimmed 10.26.23 Removed 8 trees Pruned 7 trees Removed stumps Cleaned up all debris I contacted a local tree company and Keith's Tree, two well known companies. The first company came out. They were on time, super pleasant, personable and they gave me the estimate. Jay came out from Keith's Tree and was on time, super pleasant, helpful, personable and left the estimate. Keith's Tree's estimate was considerably less than the other company's. Jay, additionally, came back two more times, at my request, because I changed my mind about cutting some trees down, not wanting to lose the shade. Again, he was super pleasant and helpful. Of course, I wondered why they were half price. Did they not show up on time? Did they not do what I ask? Did they not clean up? All of these concerns were unfounded. A couple trucks showed up at 8:30 and waited in the street for a 9:00 appointment. At 9:00 the owner came up to the house and introduced himself, a very nice gentleman. The supervisor suggested we walk around to go over everything that I wanted done. There was one pine tree that I really wanted to save, but he explained once they trimmed the branches away from the house there wouldn't be much left of the tree, but he said he would do his best to save it. Once the branches were gone we both realized the tree wasn't worth saving, and they took it down at no charge. They cleaned up every branch on the lawn and blew all the leaves. Two gentleman came back within a reasonable amount of time and removed all of the stumps, including that pine and again, cleaned up all the debris and blew the leaves. They came back a few days later and removed all of the sawdust and dirt left from the stump grinding and blew my leaves and it looked like I had a fall cleanup. Each time I would get an email letting me know the date and time they were cutting the trees, then again when they were grinding the stumps. Excellent communication, so important. I cannot say enough about Keith's Tree! They were impeccably organized, pleasant, did exactly what I asked and left my yard better than when they got here. I was, I am, so impressed with Keith's Tree. I highly recommend Keith's Tree! KMC, Reading read more

I hired Keith's Tree Removal to trim the branches overhanging my roof. Efficiently, the estimator, Jay, came. He shared enthusiastically about my trees and made great suggestions. He gave me a reasonable quote. 6 workers came with their equipment within a very reasonable time. The foreman was friendly and professional. The teams worked together like a finetuned machine. All were friendly, respectful and competent. They even cleaned up and left my backyard in better condition than it was in when they came. A pleasant man came the next day to pick up the large logs. He was so careful not to damage any overhanging leaves that his large truck might harm as he pulled into the driveway. He was very kind and proud of his work. I liked that! Linda, the woman that handled the office work was super helpful and welcoming. Even the man that was repairing equipment in their building stopped to say a friendly hello as I passed by to pay my bill in the office and let me know they fix machines as well. Clearly, "Keith's" employees seem to be happy working for him. read more

We have used Keiths several times in the past, most recently to trim a large sugar maple in our back yard that was threatening our roof, Jay came down each time to give us an estimate. He is clearly a knowledgeable professional, and willing to answer all of your questions when preparing a quote. The crew that came to do the job was very professional, and knew immediately what had to be done. They conferred with me for a few minutes to be sure that my needs had not changed, then got to the job within minutes. They were done within an hour or so, and left my yard pristine. They are my go-to tree guys, and now service my brother and several friends. read more

I called Keith's tree to remove the damaged trees from the March storms and I was able to get an estimate in less than a week, even though they were extremely busy. What really impressed me about the Keith's service was they were able to accommodate me in their schedule the next day! We had a large job (approx 22 trees/stumps needing attention) and they dedicated 2 of their crews and a crane to our project. It looked like an army of Keith's trees trucks coming down the street. They were very efficient and effectively completed the entire project in a single day! I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for a true professional tree service with quality customer service. read more

This is the place to go when you need your trees taken care of. I had 2 trees removed and several branches trimmed/removed from other trees. Jay came out to my home, listened to my concerns and walked me through his recommendations. A week later the crew came out to do the job. They were extremely efficient, professional, reasonably priced and left 4 hours later with no trace of their work. All debris was removed and they even swept my patio. Estimate/Proposal: Keith's was immediately responsive, set up an appointment with me, and got me a prompt and very competitive estimate. We actually had 4 tree companies set appointments with us and never show up. The guys were all polite and I had a few questions that were immediately answered. I absolutely recommend Keith's and look to them for any future tree work. Thank you! read more

This is a very classy, professional organization. They did a terrific job removing three large trees from our property. They provided an accurate estimate, scheduled the work promptly, showed up on time, did a very impressive job removing the trees, and cleaned up everything so you wouldn't even have known they were there. The foreman was very friendly and willing to answer questions. We discussed what to do with the wood, and he offered to make a pile of firewood sized portions nearby. I am very pleased with this company and their work. I would use them again and recommend happily to any of my friends or nieghbors. read more

Reasonably priced and very efficient. They came in a pinch after a tree fell in my yard.

This company was great! We had branches from neighbors trees which hung over our pool and roof and seemed very hazardous to our property. Many of the trees were covered in vines making the job even more challenging. Keith's sent 5 men and two trucks (cherry picker type and then the chipper). The men worked for nearly six hours removing all of the overhanging branches and vines while carefully protecting equipment and pool cover. Then they cleaned all of the branches, twigs, and even leaves out of the area! I was not expecting such a level of detail but I was very impressed. Our yard looks better than ever. (I would have bought them lunch but I didn't think of it in time so I handed each man a tip and they were so gracious). Tree service was worth every penny. read more

Excellent experience working with Keith's Tree Removal recently. We had some sapling trees that were growing very close to the foundation of our house. I submitted an inquiry on their website to receive a free quote about having these removed. I received a phone call the next day to schedule for someone to come take a look. Jay who came by to provide the estimate was super helpful and friendly. He took a look around the yard and pointed out a few other potential problem areas that I wouldn't have otherwise known about. The estimate was very reasonable and they came out to complete the job within one week. It was a fairly small job so we were able to get on a "last minute" schedule where they notified us within a day if an opening became available. The crew that came to the house was very nice, thorough, efficient, and professional. We would absolutely recommend them and plan to use Keith's again if we have tree removal needs in the future. read more

Great service and reasonable prices. First, I got a half-cord of wood from them - they delivered the next day (Christmas Eve). Then I had a tree crack midway up.
