The customer service is outstanding and very professional starting with those that work in the office and the crew that came to our house. The quote given to us was very reasonable. They completed the job and cleaned up completely. The communication on all levels was excellent and I would highly recommend Keith's Tree Removal. We will certainly use them again when we need trees trimmed back. read more

Recently had them trim a number of trees around my house. Their price for the work was reasonable. Their workers were friendly, cooperative, and professional - they got the work done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up my yard after the work. This is the kind of service that I want from any contractor. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were fast getting someone out to do an estimate, they were less than half the cost of my other quote, everyone I dealt with was courteous. They also worked to get someone out to me as soon as possible since I had trees leaning against my home. I highly recommend this business! read more

Working with Keith's was a pleasure from start to finish. Marlene answered the phone and was friendly and very helpful. The on-site visit to provide an estimate happened within a few days. Watch your wallet!!! I was referred to Keith's Tree Service. In the midst of the snow storm of 2015, I like many others was worried about our roof. We had a few others give us estimates of approx $500 to $700 (for the whole job). The others said it would be a few days to get to our house. I called Keith and he assured me was the cheapest around. I emphasized I didn't want to spend a fortune. He showed up with his crew. They cleaned off the roof, left the snow where it fell (on my stairways etc) which was a ton of work for me after they left. They didn't chip away a single ice dam. They were there 2 hours total. Keith took off and i texted him as I wanted to settle up. His secretary said the bill was $1,450. I almost fell off my chair. I asked for Keith to call me, he never did. $725 per hour? I could have hired a crew of attorneys to shovel in suits. End of the day Keith's tree service was a major disappointment to me. If you ask me he is a "rip off artist". Don't hire him. My neighbor (albeit with a smaller roof) paid $350. When the insurance adjusters came. I showed them the bill, they said "yeah, we had a few other people complain about that guy". I got taken by Keith, I would avoid him like the plague. read more

We sadly had to take down a very unsafe 150 year old sugar maple. Keith's tree service was the most fair price out of the 4 tree companies we got quotes for. They arrived punctual and were extremely professional. Our job required a crane, a chipper and a large crew and they all worked together like seasoned pros. We are very happy with our service! We have already referred them to other people. read more

The crew from Keith's did tree removal from downed trees on neighbors house. It amazed me that these guys were being lifted way up in the sky. Extremely dangerous jobs yet these guys were fearless and all worked very well together. Totally in sync. The crane operator handled the huge machine with such finesse and lifted the guys up and lowered literally huge trees between all the houses wires and lowered them gently on the ground. A bunch of people took pictures besides myself. I would highly suggest this company that obviously knows what they are doing and left street cleaned of all debris. read more

They removed three trees from my property. Two required climbers because the trees couldn't be reached with crane or bucket truck. The estimator claimed they had the best climbers in the business. He was absolutely right. In addition to climbing they had to lower the cut sections in to an area about 5 feet wide between fence and shrubs. They did this without causing any damage to my property. They were meticulous in clean up of the area as well. They will certainly be on my list of 'go to' for any future needs. read more

I can't say enough about the efficiency and courtesy of the workers from Keith's Tree !! They arrived on time, worked like a scene out of Cirque Du Soleil and left our yard better than they found it ! Great experience from receiving the quote to waving goodbye read more

We needed a tree limb taken down that was dangling over cars. We ended up taking down the entire tree, but they were so quick to respond (same day service!) and everyone in the company from the office staff, to the crew on site, to Keith, who made it a point to come over and introduce himself to me, were very professional and just nice to deal with. You can tell by watching them work, they are all about safety...and I think the yard and driveway were cleaner after they finished, than they were when they arrived! I highly recommend this company and we will definitely call them again. read more

I used Keith's to have 3 trees removed. Made an appointment for early December. They showed up after 10 and only managed one of the three. They then pushed back the next few appointments. After one month, all trees are down. So, they will get your trees down and clean up reasonably, but if it's time sensitive, maybe look elsewhere. read more

I just want to commend the crew that I encountered yesterday. I'm not sure if their names as my grandpa was the one who spoke with them, but their level of professionalism is something great. Such nice guys, and the work they do is great. They were very fast, efficient and polite. I needed to leave the house while the work was being done and the removed the branches in the drive way instantly. Keep up the great work guys and I will be sure to recommend you to any and everyone. read more

We are so disappointed with our experience with Keith's Tree Removal. They arrived to give us an estimate on time and after obtaining a few other estimates, we decided to go with Keith's Tree Removal. The reviews I read on yelp were part of why we made this choice, as they weren't the cheapest but close. We scheduled the time to have the trees removed, signed the form and waited. On November 2nd, just a few days before our scheduled time I received an email from the company stating the following: " I am emailing you today in regards to the severe weather that recently came through. our area. We have been inundated with emergency calls with trees on houses,on cars, across driveways etc.. Unfortunately due to the urgent need of these calls, our normal scheduled tree work is going to be delayed. The delay could be up to 3 weeks. If this delay significantly impacts your situation I will work with you on a case by case basis. I will do my best to keep your wait time to a minimum as I am are aware that you have already been scheduled for some time. I will be prioritizing jobs starting with the ones who needed to be cancelled this week. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. I appreciate your patience and understanding under these unusual circumstances. I anticipate that sometime late next week to early the following week I will be able to start to rebuild our schedule. I will do my best to get in touch with you as soon as possible to get your job back on our calendar. If you have any further questions, concerns, or requests please feel free to email me back.Thank you again and I look forward to speaking to soon." I wrote back saying that one of our trees was dangling and in the urgent category and they responded that they would prioritize the rescheduling of our job. That was one month ago and even though I have reached out to inquire about the rescheduling I have still not been contacted by them. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. read more

This is a review for Keith's Tree Removal in Wakefield. We needed removal of a large fallen tree as well as removal of several smaller trees near our house for roof clearing. Couldn't say enough great things about Keith and his crew. I found him through a local contractor. They did an excellent job with no hidden extras. His prices are very fair and competitive with other tree removal services. After taking down the trees, Keith left the area much cleaner and neater than before he started. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone needing tree removal or trimming. read more

We had Keith's come and take down 16 large (3+ stories) maple trees in our backyard. The back is somewhat inaccessible, but they were able to get a crane in there and did all 16 trees in the same day. They gave us a quote beforehand that didn't change, and the overall price was exceptionally reasonable. They also chipped 4 huge brush piles, chipped all of the branches from the trees that they cut, and hauled everything away. They had a whole team of guys on the property, and everyone was super nice and professional. We were incredibly happy with the work and will definitely call them again. read more

As a Property Manager, I used Keith's Tree Service at the direction of a board member for a condo association. I also wanted a very large tree in front of my house removed, so I asked them for a quote and their price was significantly below two other proposals that I received. Used online form to request an estimate for the removal of a 60-foot tree. The company was on-site the same day to walk me through the options. I scheduled an appointment for 7:45 am the next morning. Two trucks with four workers arrived promptly at 7:45 am. One of the workers walked me through the process. The entire job was completed in less than 3 1/2 hours. All debris (branches, leaves, wood chips, and saw dust) was removed, leaving the backyard tidy. I left out some branches that had fallen from the tree previously. They were also carted away. The final price was exactly what had been agreed upon during the estimate. Very satisfied. read more
