This is the second time in five years that we've had Henner and his crew come out to trim trees in our backyard. Both times, he did an absolutely professional, perfect job. Communication right from the start was direct and fast. He got right back to me and was here when he said he would be. He's on our list of the top contractors we've used for reliability, skill and personality. And we've used quite a few due to a house renovation five years ago. Henner and crew removed a large dead tree plus some dead branches on other trees from our condo property - it was tucked between telephone wires and other trees and a stone wall so it was not easy. Totally unreliable. Everything started well. They came to my house to look at my project, and gave me a great price. They said they would be back the following day to do it. The next day came and no one showed up. I texted them saying that no one showed up, and didnt get a response. A couple days later, i reached out again to see what happened. They said they have been busy and "for sure" they would be there the following saturday to do it. So saturday comes, and i make sure im available at home. They said they would be at my house in the afternoon around 2 or 2:30. I text them in the morning to confirm that they are still coming. No response until 2:30, saying that they wont be coming because their trucks are getting fixed. I responded by saying they have stood me up twice now and that i changed my plans to make sure i was available for them, and never got a reply. If you go with these people, just know youll be getting the typical no-show contractor. read more

We hired L&T to grind several stumps and take out a few trees including one that was more than 60 feet tall. They did an excellent job and we couldn't have been more pleased with their work. I had a great experience using them to cut down a large tree in our yard. They gave us an estimate in advance. They stuck to the amount that was agreed to. (Which was quite a bit less than the other estimate I received.). And they came to do the job when they said they would. They were all very professional and hard-working and clearly skilled at what they do. The only criticism I would give is that they left quite a bit of the wood chips behind in my yard. But I'm not sure how they could have easily removed them from the grass. All in all , though, I would definitely hire them again! read more

Started off very impressive. Showed up in their mask, understood what I asked for. Asked questions to confirm. Good communication. Then it all fell apart - bailed on two back to back days, just never showed up. I had to call and chase every hour, which is just ridiculous. They replied to my message within one hour of contacting and got the job done within one week. I really needed my trees to be removed asap, and they were the only company that could do it within this short amount of time. Not only they were efficient, their price was very reasonable compared to other companies. They came early in the morning and removed six trees by noon. My trees were at a very awkward spot and required a lot of work to remove. They were so nice and finished the job quick. They also cleaned up the place very well. I contacted this company thru Yelp based on the ratings. We played phone tag for a bit before he was able to come out to look at the job. He gave me a fair price for the job and I decided to give him the business. Henner had some equipment issues on our scheduled day but came back and did a pretty good job. Got 2 trees removed from Henner at a decent price. Was told he would come back to grind the stumps the following Friday, the team never showed up. Called and called, finally spoke to a woman who promised he would come back the following Friday. Again, never showed. Tried calling and texting and got NO RESPONSE. Glad the 2 trees were removed but expected the job I hired him for would be finished. Now I have to hire someone else. If you want a COMPLETED job don't go with this company! read more

I called this company at Thursday night for a free tree removal estimate. They showed up at the next day which was super cool. After I got their estimate, asked them when they could come, they told they could come at the same week's Saturday. They also worked very effectively. Removing a 16" diameter dead Elm, they only spent 25 minutes. At the end, I had asked more than 4 tree service companies for the estimates, LT Tree Service company is the one that offering a best price for me. Called Henner on a Sunday and so glad he picked up the call and came out to do an estimate, as almost all other places I called are closed on Sundays. They then were able to come the next day to help us remove the fallen tree. They worked quick and professional, and cleaned up really nice for us and our neighbor. Would recommend them! read more

I am very impressed with LT Tree Service. I called about removing a tree that was damaged and hanging over my neighbor's house. They came for a quote that same afternoon and estimated a very reasonable price. Plus, they were able to have the tree taken down the very next day. We are really happy with the service form LT. They came the day I called for an estimate (Some other tree service companies are weeks out for an estimate) and gave us an amazing price. They were able to book us for one week out to take the tree down. I actually had doubts because the price was so fair and the timing was perfect, but we booked them and held our breath. (In the week we waited, another company gave us a price that was double LT's price and months out for the removal.) Although they didn't email or call to confirm they were coming, we had faith they would show up and they did! These guys are really respectable, super hard workers, efficient, and pleasant, all for a great price. Our tree was GIANT and it took the whole day to take down, but these guys did it safely and expertly. They are going to be our next call when it's time to take down some other trees on the other side of our yard, but until them, we will happily refer them out.
