Hey there Friends! I hope all is well with all of you. Just wanna take time out of my very busy day to do a little something that I like to do out of gratitude. Not trying to brag at all, and actually the intention of the gesture on my part is truly heartfelt. Those that know me well know that while I live according to a finite and modest budget, much of my allotment goes towards high quality services based on nominal fees for the most part, as well as, the necessary requirements for my personal upkeep. Many of the organizations and agencies that work closely with me have been with me for several years. Like, I'm talking, like almost twenty or even in some cases thirty years. Additionally, some have even gone on to become super close friends with me beyond my service needs. Some I have even witnessed and/or facilitated transitions into different agencies and organizations. So, what I'm really trying to say is that many of my closest friendships evolved out of "service" relationships. There are some that frown upon this type of friendly development, however, it works for me, especially, since I am not like one of these kind of "sorority gals" or "club" types and the like. Outside of a couple of fav professional organizations, most of my closest friendships come from mild quid pro quo interactions in really unusual ways now that I take stock in retrospect. And, I have to say that I ain't complaining because I have tremendous reverence and respect for my little circle of remarkable people. In keeping with this life trend I would like to do something that, if you know me, you know I usually get down like this when I am blown away by one's craftmanship or service. I like to express gratitude and homage. So, today's post expression goes to Boss Optima Carpet Cleaning Services. "Winner," my dog, completely (what I thought) trashed my Berber Carpet with deep fecal matter and urine and I was very concerned because some of the furniture in my bedroom is very cheap and very delicate. One wrong bump and everything goes falling down like Humpty Dumpty. Additionally, my Queen sized bed is literally fixed in the bedroom and so immobile because it has like drawers and all kinds of stuff. Like, you kind of don't want to move it unless you moving out of the apartment. So, one has got to actually navigate through the bedroom around the circumference of the bed without collapsing other cheap and delicate fixtures or else I will have one heaping mess of wood scraps. Anyways "Boss Optima" was able to pull it off expertly. What I am actually saying is that it looks and smells even better than what it did when I first got it. So, today's shout outs goes to "Boss Optima" for their expertise, quality service and kindness in navigating the unusual circumstances related to difficult parking, security etc. associated with my complex. It was a seamless and long awaited efforted that was expertly pulled off. Wait, did I say that the fellas were super cute as well? It was an all around win and made my week this week! Shout outs to "Boss Optima," Best in Service! read more

This company epitomizes the word SCAM. I hired them to clean a leather chair cushion. According to their website they use a revolutionary 3 step cleaning process. When their "technician" arrived in a beat up van with a broken window and "Auto detailing" hand painted on the side of the van I knew what I was in for. The technician had no idea about boss optima. He had received a text message the night before asking him to show up at my place of business to clean a chair. He showed me the message on his phone he had received the night before from Michael Gabby, a representative from Boss Optima. I had scheduled the appointment 2 days prior. When I asked the technician about the boss optima 3 step leather cleaning process he told me had no idea what I was talking about. I asked him how he was going to clean the leather cushion, He then showed me a gallon jug of McGuires Leather Cleaner and Conditioner, something that can be purchased at Walmart for $12. He assured me that the cleaner and conditioner would remove the stain. Suffice it to say it did not. He scrubbed the leather so hard in an attempt to remove the stain that he actually made the leather worse. The technician told me that he was to be paid $85. I paid Boss Optima $180. I told the technician that I intended to dispute the charge on my credit card. The technician asked me if I'd wait a day so that he could get paid from Boss Optima first. I agreed because the technician was a very nice guy but, unfortunately been scammed by this company himself. Boss Optima had agreed to pay the technician that day via paypal. As of today, almost a week later, the technician still had not been paid. I should have read all of the terrible reviews Boss Optima has online before hiring them. My mistake. Interestingly enough there are at least 34 reviews by "technicians" Boss Optima has hired throughout the US who have never been paid by this company. Not only do they rip-off their customers they also rip-off their technicians. What scumbags. I plan to find a review site where I can post all of the photos I took of the van and jug of store bought leather and conditioner to share with other victims and soon to be victims of this SCAM company. read more

I am writing this review not as a customer but as a small business who did work for Boss Optima as a subcontractor in Maryland a few years ago and they refuse to pay us. We are a small business and have called, sent emails, sent certified letters, etc. only to be ignored. I have no idea what their quality of work is but when we were asked to do work in Maryland for them, our customers were very pleased. You can look up our company. McDonogh Companies, McDonogh Farms, Inc. We have been in business for over 31 years and have NEVER dealt with a company like Boss Optima. It is not a lot of money that they owe us but they do owe us money. I don't know if this will be read by many customers, but I hope that when you are looking to do business with Boss Optima, you will consider their integrity and how they treat their subcontractors. I have decided to continue to post this review often and in as many places as I can. I am also going to contact the BBB in Arizona to make a complaint. If you are reading this and have had a similar experience you can contact email me at Lisa@mcdonoghcompanies.c.... Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. read more

I have been in my house for 7 years and felt the tile/grout needed cleaning and sealing. I contacted Boss Optima for a quote. While I thought it was excessive, I agreed to the contract as I knew how much tile I had. I was given an arrival time of 9-11 am and the service tech, Ray, arrived close to 11 having had to drive two hours from the Dallas area to get to my house. Ray is an extremely nice young man and very professional. I was extremely pleased with the service he provided and I will say, he is very industrious. My cleaning job took him approximately 6 hours due to the extreme manual labor involved in all of the tile cleaning. I will say this. Boss Optima acts as a broker for your cleaning services. They contract with another cleaning service "in the area" to do the actual job. I have no idea what the contract split is, but feel Ray should receive the majority of the price I paid for the amount of work he did and the lack of information he received for the size of the job. I noted the name of the company for which Ray works; they would be my first contact if I do this again. read more

Great company great service and top notch work I have had several different crews come in over the past few weeks and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them has been no less than professional and detail-oriented. My past cleaning services have always left me disappointed and frustrated -- even after providing feedback and tips for a better experience at the next appointment. I knew Two Maids and a Mop would be more expensive, but here's the thing that took me way too long to realize when it comes to cleaning services --- you get what you pay for. And I now have no problem paying for a quality, beautifully complete houseclean. It feels great to be happy and satisfied afterwards and I can focus on other, more important things. :-) read more

I've used Boss Optima twice now and have never been anything but extremely pleased. I've used them at my home and with 2 large dogs who are often outside playing, my carpets were really bad. Almost to the point I was embarrassed to even have them cleaned. I couldn't believe how great they looked! This weekend they just did my work office tile floors. I tried to use a local outfit who charged me 2 times the price and did the worst job. They looked terrible so I called Boss Optima . They took really good care of me. Great techs, super nice, polite, moved all the furniture for me and took care in doing a good job. I'm very happy! read more

Boss optima is a nation wide carpet and rug cleaning service that subcontracts other quality cleaners to get jobs done. Initially we had some skepticism about doing the job up front and waiting a week for pay, however they do have a transparent policy on pay and they follow it, now after doing a few jobs with them, we find that more jobs come in frequently. Boss Optima referrals have become a legitimate part of our business income. The potential to grow is more and more lucrative is there, as they are providing nationwide advertising on their end finding quality customer that our company would not normally reach. read more

Boss Optima did a fantastic job cleaning the drapes in my home as well as the living room sofa. The reason I chose them was the fact that they could actually clean the drapes on the rod and did not have to remove them and then bring them back several days later. They were extremely thorough, took their time and put everything back in place when done. I was very excited when they were able to remove a small stain from the sofa in my formal living room that no one else had been able to. I highly recommend this company and definitely will be using them again. One happy customer!! Thank you. read more

This company is the worst scam ... do not use them! They take your credit card number before they come, send in a sub-contractor that is not employed by them, and do not follow up if the work is unsatisfactory! They did not do one of the two couches that they were to clean, and were to send me a check for the credit on it.. I got the check and it bounced ! Then they said they would refund my credit card, which they never did, and it has been months! They do not answer my calls now... I am out the $ 298 ... they should be run out of town... We as a carpet cleaning business have been doing subcontractor work for Boss optima for the last 4 years. They seem to care about their customers and do great follow up with us also to make sure we are running on time so they can pass that information along to the client. The staff is really nice and pleasant and have been good to work with. I have always been paid, but I've noticed recently they have a new system in place to where we get paid the same day as the job gets completed and they reach out to the customer to make sure they are happy with the work that same day. read more

Very impressed with the level of professionalism from the customer care department and the technician. We are pleased with the service provided and appreciated the attention to detail by the technician. There were no chemical smells associated with the process and I feel extra focus was on providing a great service and making sure the customer was satisfied. Five stars all around. I even told my neighbors about our good experience and suggested they use Boss Opitma for their cleaning needs. read more

The service technician arrived on schedule; he was very friendly, outgoing, and professional; My mattress is less than 6 years old, but because of having surgeries in the past, I needed my mattress clean; the technician did an excellent job on cleaning and sanitizing my mattress. I found Boss Optima to be high in price. It cost me more to get one king size adjustable mattress clean and sanitize, than it cost to to clean 6 carpeted rooms (2500 sq ft). I would initially recommend Boss Optima. read more

Boss Optima cleaned all of the carpets in my home including all stairs and landings. The price was reasonable and the two servicemen (father and son) were polite, friendly and professional. The service was thorough and completed in a timely manner. One of the carpets had significant stains. I was sure that nothing would get them out. After the carpet was cleaned, you couldn't tell that there were ever stains. I recommend Boss Optima to anyone who wants professional carpet cleaning. read more

My technician, Juan, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and definitely committed to providing a quality service with quality products. He had a can do and will do the best it can possibly done attitude. Also, the schedulers at Boss where amazingly kind and understanding. They really worked with me when I had a difficult couple of weeks with the close date of my new home and helped me to get rescheduled. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Very professional and responsive even before they came to my house. Once here, they were organized, knowledgeable & thorough with their work. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it and made sure to clean up after themselves before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service and will be sure to call them for our needs in the future as well. I highly recommend this company. read more

Fabulous company to provide outstanding carpet cleaning service. This was my first time and on all levels, I am not disappointed. Excellent technician and very thorough carpet cleaning process. I recently bought a home that had quite a few deep stains. This process completely took care of these old stains and gave a wonderful refresh to the carpet. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to this company. read more

Jason was our technician. He cleaned our 41/2 year old couch. It was amazing what a awesome job he did. He protected all of our wood floors during the process and was very through. Jason was very professional and he's com back to clean a love seat. 5 stars!!!! read more

The customer service was great. They called to check before the job was scheduled to make sure all the information was correct, they called to let me know when the workers would arrive, and they called to check how the job was done after it was completed. Especially great were the people who came to clean - on time, courteous, hard workers, communicative and very helpful. Very happy with the entire experience, read more
