They went from a 2 to a 4 star with that. I still believe the price is a bit high, but overall as a company I would recommend them. At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later than evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are "professionals", I thought they knew best.

All of my complaints in this review are with the quality and fulfillment of services they directly state they offer. The job by the first crew could not be described as a general clean, let alone a deep clean. They left dirty cleaning supplies on the heirloom quilt made by my late grandmother. Most surfaces were still dirty to the touch. Entire rooms had been ignored. Less than half of the services advertised had been performed, and those that were done were largely inadequate. I sent a detailed email with pictures to management, asking for a refund. Dillon, the rep that I talked to, was very amicable and understanding. When I was informed that a full refund was not possible, I accepted the offer of a second cleaning crew. The second crew did a better job, but it was still incomplete. Only about 2/3s of the deep cleaning services on the company website were performed. The crew tried to leave without cleaning the office;. When I pointed out that several of the services and spots were missed (which, let me be clear, it sucked to have to be "that guy"), they grew frustrated and only addressed a few items before leaving. Mold is still present in multiple bathroom sink drains. The baseboards and walls were still dirty. The guest bath floor was not clean. Several surfaces were still sticky/gritty to the touch. After two "deep cleanings" from this company, several parts of the house remains not just messy, but unsanitary. Do not hire this company, full stop.

They are priced a bit higher than non-green cleaners, but I was fine with the price initially, especially for a deep cleaning. You expect to pay a bit more for a thorough cleaning of your house. The cleaners were punctual and I gave them instructions that I would like focus on the baseboards (we have a dog - they get dirty) and I also let them know they could completely skip the other two rooms, which to me means the rest of the house could easily be cleaned within the allotted time. When I came home, the house lacked that "wow - this is so clean!" feeling we've had in the past. I was stepping on crumbs, there is lots of debris left in the carpet, and there were other problems (see photos). To me, it was more of a normal weekly touch-up cleaning, definitely nothing deep about it. Also, on their website it explicitly says "no laundry or dishes", but they didn't make the beds, which I've never experienced. Seems like something that would be included? I'm also disappointed they have not responded to my concerns - most companies are quick to address customer feedback.

Before the "cleaning" was done they cancelled on the agreed upon date, I had some flexibility and moved the scheduled cleaning. The next day someone was in my unit to clean. Words cannot explain the level of disgust I experienced when I walked in to my home. There was myriad of issues however the most glaring issue was the shower. The shower was untouched from the previous guest (10-day stay). Dirty footprints, grime, and hair all over the shower floor. Not to mention hair strands sticking up out of the drain. The bed was sloppily made, stains on the kitchen countertop, hair & crumbs on the couch, sticky floors throughout, etc. They did agree to do a free redo. The next day someone was sent to my home. Thank God I decided to go drop some essentials off at the place before my next guest was slated to check-in. Mind you, I was about 47 miles away. First red flag was my unit was left unlocked (keyless entry pad). Once I entered the unit I headed straight to the shower (while walking over sticky floors) to my surprise the shower was left exactly the same. As a business owner I had to do what I had to do in that instance since I had a guest arriving in a couple of hours. Several other places in the unit were left extremely disgusting. If I would not have went to audit the job my reputation as a host would've been tarnished. The owner did not allow me to send pictures of the job so I will leave them here. We were told initially that if we were dissatisfied, we would receive a full refund. Not only did they not honor that, the owner proceeded to cuss at me over the phone. Shadona and the team arrived promptly at 4 pm and quickly got to work making each room of the house sparkle. They arrived promptly at our scheduled time with all the equipment needed to deep, clean and scrub down the mess that had built up over the years.
