Luv me sum Bosa ~ Buttermilk doughnuts are crunchy on the outside, moist & delish on the inside. But the Apple Fritters are "THE BOMB". I am an Apple Fritter expert. Bosa's Fritters are crazy good. Before we tried Bosa's, we always went to Lamars. Who knew we could get such great doughnuts for such a low price. Like I said ~ Luv me sum Bosa read more

Bosa Donuts - Apple Fritters, Custard Filled Chocolate, and a Glazed Buttermilk - Donuts Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Been told Bosa is the Best Donut place... finally tried it this morning and it is a winner !! Was easy enough to get in and order. I first took a bite of the buttermilk which they are known for- tasty like a thick chewy buttermilk biscuit and a tad of sweet. The apple fritter so flavorful, I never steer way from maple long Jon's lol but I ate a fritter this morning. All in all, what I noticed was the donuts were moist all the way through , and the frosting wasn't hard or mushy, it was just right. It was the perfect morning to find the perfect sinus! read more

They have great donuts great Thai tea There bake fresh daily family owned I like supporting the mom and pop Mismis is very friendly staff just a great atmosphere with great food read more

Love these donuts and THIS store. The owner is always smiling and happy to see customers. There donuts are the best! Tried going to another Bosa closer to my house (it's on Bell - will never go there again), there donuts were not good. I was expecting the same quality of donuts and service as this location - not even close. I will always come back to this Bosa! Yummmmmmmmy! read more

I love the donuts here! They're always so fresh and tasty! I also love coming here for there Thai tea and Taro drinks with boba!! If you haven't been here yet I recommended that you do!!! read more

More donuts. Just more! Bosa donuts are known throughout the valley for having spectacular delicious little pastries with a hole in the middle and icing on top. THey are the softest, airiest, nto to sweet but just right donuts I have ever had. On days that I go into the office I make a detour now to stop and get donuts for my coworkers. THey are super helpful, have a TON of varieties and you are in and out in less than 3 minutes. I have yet to try their drinks or anything besides the donuts but I plan on it soon, as I will be coming back again and again! read more

Don't expect to find fancy pants donuts here. They only have the classics stuff. But the stuff is tasty. My bf and i got 4 donuts thinking we could eat one now and then another one in the morning... that wasnt the case.. we killed them all in less than 30 minutes. read more

I'll have to give Bosa a big zero. We are new to north Phoenix and we wanted a treat. We got 6 donuts. 1 blueberry donut that was actually raw in the middle. 1 coconut + pink frosting donut that was so inconsistently shaped that it cooked inconsistently. 1 glazed that had baking soda pockets-gross surprise filling... And three donuts that were "meh". I've seen grocery stores do it better. Plus, we'll have to agree with the other reviews. We know peppy, caring customer service isn't exactly a Phoenician delicacy.... But I'm from the Midwest- I'll never return to a place with poor people skills. I'll take my business elsewhere and let the market sort it out. read more

The workers were rude and the donuts are good. The biggest boba drink had to be made twice and both had a funny taste. They gave me my money back on the drink. Don't get a boba drink because they are not made right. This place is gross. read more

Went in last night and asked the lovely young helper if I could have made 9 dozen jelly filled munchkin donuts for Hanukkah since it's a staple treat. She wrote specifically what I wanted in plain English with my phone number and said the owners wife will text you if there were any issues. Last year I had ordered from Duncan Donuts. Went into Bosa and spoke with the owner himself and he said he could've made them also no problem. Went in this morning at 7:30a. The wife had the note in detail and says "she didn't understand the order". I asked her then why didn't she call or text me and she had no answer. Then she says she can't fill small donuts with jelly. We were late to the kids school. Called Duncan Donuts on Deer Valley and 19th ave. They had a bunch made and saved our first day of Hanukkah for the classrooms and the front office staff. PHEW!!!! read more

Although I love these donuts, this location, not so much. After a few trips, i bought some donut holes and once I got all the way back home to Anthem I started to eat them and I tasted pine-sol. Strong! I was grossed out, but at the same time happy at them being so clean, that now there donuts taste like Pine-sol. My friend and I go out for donuts a few times a month. Well it's been a couple months since this pine-sole-donuts-hole incident, so we decided to go in this morning (4/15). We both ordered 2 donuts, I got a coconut top one and a crumb one & donut holes. She got a long john and a crumb as well. The donut holes were bomb. We ate our first donut and next I notice were both eating the crumb. I take one bite and think , hmmmm this is funky. Then I go back in for a second bite. Oh hell, again? Pine-sol!!! I say something to my friend who has stopped eating hers after two bites. And also says "yea, they taste funny. Let's ask to exchange". So we go to the lady and tell her, she has no problem "exchanging" them until she realizes we weren't going to pay for the new ones. She stops us confused and says "no you only get one". We said "right, we each bought one and are exchanging for one". She continues to protest and say "each donut was half eaten so you only get one". What? Are you serious? We each took two bites. After I told her this is the second time I've had donuts here tasting like Pine-sol here. Her customer service was still non-accommodating. :::thumbs down for me::::: I will be notifying the Arizona Department of Health Services and Poison control. read more

Make sure you check your order before you leave. One time they didn't give us all our donuts and today I order a sandwich with no mayo and I got extra mayo. I can't even eat my lunch! Waste of money. read more

Bosa Donuts - This is my no mayo ham and cheese sandwich! - Donuts Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Amazing donut place. I'll admit when I first started coming to Bosa I never felt welcome. The ladies that worked there (and who maybe even own the place) were pretty cold and always seemed like I was a burden. However, the more I came, the more they got familiar with me, and I felt very much welcome whenever I walked in. So give them time and come in with your own smile. Now, the good Yelp deets. Donuts -- delicious. They're always tasting fresh, even if they didn't immediately come out of the bake. There's always a huge selection of flavors and types, as well, no matter the time. In addition, the little refrigerator of many beverages is convenient, too. There's milks, juices, teas, and coffees. I've tried the sandwiches they offer, and while not the top of the top in cafe sandwiches, they are pretty darn good for coming from a donut place. The ingredients and meat aren't the freshest, either, but nonetheless Bosa is doing alright! I've tried the smoothies and yes, they are made from powder. I'll admit not my favorite product they sell, but if you're into powdered smoothies then it will be up your aisle. They also sell tea, coffee, and boba tea. This Bosa location is small and simple. It's not run by a lot of people and sometimes you can even see the young daughter of one of the workers/owners sitting inside the place. Yummy donuts and cute little close knit joint. read more

Best donuts around and they stay fresh and soft on day two if you ever have left overs!!!

Yes the donuts look delicious but I'd be shocked if they were baked on site by the staff I witnessed today. Unorganized, unprofessional, the language barrier was nearly impossible. The quality of their food besides the donuts is so subpar it's embarrassing for a shop that has other locations with rave reviews. read more

What a ripoff just charged me $3 for an extra half spoonful of boba on two drinks!!! Insult to injury the boba was microwaves and put into my smoothie once tasted bobao was mushy and squishy not firm... so sad to see new establishments trying to come up by ripping people off. Now let's move on to the turkey sandwich on a bagel bagel was hard turkey was taken the dollar store Turkey types very bad experience will not be returning read more

So good, all other reviews that say otherwise are probably raised by trolls by the looks of their grammar and spelling.

This place is causing my demise. I had this great ab plan but then I stopped into Bosa Donuts and got 1 dozen donut holes. It's just a dollar and they were just donut holes, so not as bad as a regular sized donut? Right? The donut holes are addicting. Love them. This is my new problem - driving by Bosa Donuts without stopping for donut holes. They lost a star because they don't always have them. Sometimes they run out really early in the day - like noon - and won't make more. read more

Haven't tried their doughnuts yet, I went there because I was told they had Thai Tea...both only do they have it made fresh when you order, it's so delicious! I'm headed back now for more tea and doughnuts :) read more

Great donuts here! I typically stick to the glazed yeast donuts but I'd also try the buttermilk bars if you want something really sinful. Good service and they are open for any late too for random cravings. read more

They stack your donuts so you first donut gives you a liddo if not more than half the icing from the second donut. (that no one gets to enjoy since the toppings are all at the bottom of the first donut.) -.- great place. read more

Came in on CHRISTMAS to get a dozen donuts for my family. The rest of my family had never had BOSA. Plenty of selection despite the holiday and the donuts were fresh and delicious. The rest of my family were extremely impressed and now customers for life! read more

Best donuts in town, soft and fresh. Love their Apple fritters and buttermilk glazes. Used to live near here but now travel out of our way just to get some Bosa! read more

Went in about 4:10am and hardly any donuts were made. None of the filled, bars or specialty donuts were present. I asked if more were coming out and the worker said no, the one donut I did end up getting was old, thankfully I used a coupon to get it for free as it was the only thing positive about the experience. read more

Everything was extremely fresh, I had a cake donut. It was very good. We were disappointed that they did not have any creme filled donuts, only custard filled. I also had a croissant that had cheese and ham inside, would have loved more meat and cheese in the filling. The croissant was perfect. The place had a lot of people coming in, I hope they can make it. For donuts, we still have other places that are our favorite. read more

I really really want to like this place since it's close and I love donuts but every time I get donuts there me & my boyfriend get very sick. There tea is awesome plus there sell little sandwiches. The staff is very friendly and didn't get frustrated with me needed extra time to order. wish I could give them more stars but I been there over 7times always sick after eating a donut. read more

We'd heard a lot about Bosa from friends, and were excited when this one opened close to our house! For the first few weeks it was great, but then the quality started to slide. My girlfriend and I typically each just get a donut. On our next to last visit, her filled donut had barely any filling in it at all. Okay, maybe the were busy when they were making them, whatever. On our last visit, the cake donut I got was hard as a rock, completely inedible. That tells me they keep the donuts until they sell, however long that may be. If I want week old donuts I'll go to the grocery store. I expect a donut shop to be fresh. It's disapointing because truly their recipes are fantastic. The quality is very inconsistent. read more

Great donuts at good prices and every time I go they are fresh, and on top of that they have quality customer service

Buttermilk donut is probably the best donut I have ever had. This place is open late so if you the craving stop by. This place is clean and they have a few tables inside. I did get there one time at 930 and they were closed. I am not sure why the sign says 11 so im not sure if they are always open late. read more

When it comes to their donuts, I'm in love!! However, I tried their Thai Tea Boba, and I wouldn't get it again. But, Ill be back for their fluffy and delicious donut holes! The only thing thats is frusterating about the place is theres one girl that seems to be working very hard and is very nice, but the other people who were working with her seemed to have no sense of urgency when the line was continuously out the door, they were standing around or on the phone. I give props to the girl at the front counter who is working her but off! read more

I really love this donut shop!! I am also happy they opened up down the road from my house. The donuts are fresh and tasty. The selection is great and priced very well. I go here every two weeks to get some for family breakfast and never had a problem with service or quality. Also my family loves them!! read more

Best doughnuts in Phoenix! Even better than Lamar's, which is hard to beat!

These donuts are phenomenal! Puffy, and moist. I love them! Very fresh, like they are fresh baked.

If this was solely about donuts, I'd give them 4 stars (-1 star bc they don't carry my favorite whipped cream-filled donuts). The donuts were fresh and really good. They have big signs (including their main, listed sign outside) advertising coffee and smoothies, so we tried those, too, and that's the reason for the 2-star review. The coffee tasted burnt, and the smoothie just tasted FAKE. It was made with powder (no real fruit), and I couldn't drink more than 1/4 of it. I'd recommend to them to stick with what makes them good: the donuts... keep a better watch on your coffee, and if they're not willing to invest in real fruit/ingredients, leave the smoothies to Jamba Juice. read more
