There are only 2 Bosas in my area that have Vietnamese coffee and this is 1. I came for that coffee this morning and it was delicious as always. Also grabbed a chocolate donut for my daughter that she approved of. The cashier that took my order was quick although she was pretty busy. She also greeted me coming in. I was honestly surprised I wanted a mom and pop shop but when we came, it looked a little fancier that I'm used to when we walked inside. All of the donuts looked so fresh and so good. It smelled amazing. Their prices were really reasonable. The gentleman who is at the counter was very nice and helpful. We were in a hurry and got out pretty quick. It was definitely an updated donut shop in a newer shopping center. I just want to say that their ham and cheese jalapeño croissant was definitely the best I've ever had in my life. Bosa Donuts is a classic/ old-fashioned type of donut shop. There is plenty of parking available as it is located in a large strip mall. It seems like a mom and pop store. The service is friendly and helpful. I wanted the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, but it wasn't ready and would take some time to drip. So, I opted for the ice coffee with vanilla flavoring. It was ok. I wish I could have waited for the Vietnamese Iced Coffee...but next time. Most of the donuts were on the smaller side. I picked up a Boston Cream donut. I love love Bosa donuts, but for some reason lately when my mom and I tried to order from this location the donuts have smelled and tasted at the end like chemicals. Mom said the box smelled like cleaning products almost. I didn't have an issue with the large raised donuts before, but this time with the donut holes I could taste it. I used to be a huge fan of Bosa Donuts, but their recent business practices are quite questionable. I've attempted to stop by three times in the last two weeks to pick up donuts for work. Unfortunately, despite being there AFTER their stated opening hours, they are never open. We're not talking about a few minutes, but nearly an hour. I'm not sure if they lack staffing or if they simply don't care about their customers. If they intend to open later, they should inform us. When a business can't even adhere to their own hours, what else might they be doing wrong or neglecting? Customer service is crucial in today's world, and unfortunately, Bosa falls short in that area. I said ok, ordered 2 donuts and she asked me "that all?" She threw it in the bag, tossed it on the counter and told me my total. I used tap to pay and she looked over to see what I was doing. 2 guys came in and her whole attitude changed. She greeted them with a cheery "Hello!" and a smile. They were not Black as well. I ordered a dozen assorted which included some old fashioned, sprinkled, raspberry filled, chocolate filled, sugar donuts, cinnamon donuts, and a coconut one. They have a great selection of flavors and I'm partial to yeast vs cake donuts, so that's what I choose. Prices seemed higher than I remembered but ya know, inflation. Placed an order for 5 dozen glazed donut holes and 5 dozen chocolate donut holes at 6:41am day of pickup through Door Dash. Order went through fine. When I went to pick up the donut holes at 10:50am there were only 5 dozen glazed, no chocolate. I ask the girl working the counter where the chocolate holes are and she states we are out that's why we refunded you. She was making it seem like I'm the issue here not the store for running out of donut holes knowing there was an order placed early in the morning. I know these are just donuts but I had placed the order for a birthday for a young child, so to a child not having chocolate donut holes is a big deal. The girl at the counter showed no remorse, zero apology. Then I asked for an additional 4 dozen of the glazed donuts so she places them in a bag vs a box. When I asked for a box she tells me I have to pay extra for a box. So I asked her just to put them in the existing box, then as irritated as she could possibly be she moved all the donut holes into a larger box. This could've been done to begin with versus acting dramatic and irritated because the customer is requesting a box instead of bags for 48 donut holes. Also, this whole thing could have been avoided if the store notified me that they were out of the chocolate donut holes. I could've found them at a different location. Moral of the story is, there are too many Bosa donut shops to choose from for a store to be this unorganized and lacking in customer service skills so go somewhere else for your donuts. read more

I've been a customer of Bosa for years and have been coming to this location since they opened. My usual order is a dozen doughnuts both in store and on line and every time they always give you 13 doughnuts when you buy a bakers dozen. When I asked the girl behind the counter about the bakers dozen she made a face and rolled her eyes and very nastily said no not at this location. She went on to be very rude and nasty. The variation of Donita is amazing and they have VEGAN OPTIONS! I used to be a Krispy Kreme lover but I have to say BoSa trumps any donut shop I've ever been to! Ok, demoting a star for poor customer service, and honestly, I only like 1 donut after trying them a few times (the glazed donut hole). But the star demotion is for the customer service. There was a "Deal of the Day" sign up when I went on a Saturday morning before work. It said buy 1 dozen get 6 donuts free. After buy 2 dozen donuts and 10 dozen donut holes, I asked if I could get 6 donuts for free (seemed reasonable, I didn't want a dozen free). I was told no, I couldn't, and the sign was from yesterday. I think it should've been honored since the sign was still up, and they could then move the sign. The person gave me 3 free donuts in the assorted box. They weren't the type I would've requested. I would've requested additional glaze donuts. So overall. Uncool. I've always been a big fan of Bosa so I expected the same as I've had in the past when trying this location for the first time. Upon walking there was no one around and the dining area was a little messy. No big deal though. Someone emerged pretty quickly and asked what they could get started for me. Service was nice enough but they definitely looked like they didn't want to be there though. I get that, as long as I get my donuts I'm fine. I did notice they didn't have raspberry filled donuts and a couple of the cake options the other locations have. Not a deal breaker but definitely a slight letdown. The donuts I did get were okay. The sprinkled ones tasted on par with what I expected, but the glazed chocolate and Bavarian cream weren't that great. I'm not sure what was going on but it was hit and miss. I highly recommend Bosa Donuts but this location must still be working through some opening issues? I wouldn't say avoid it totally but if you have a chance to hit another location I might try to do so. read more

Customer service seems like she treats customers differently! I've been here a couple times I always get a Vietnamese coffee the first time getting the coffee the ice tasted funny and made my stomach hurt ! I go back the next few times and ask for no ice no problem ! I go in today and get the same large Vietnamese coffee and she charges me 1$ for ice but I have the receipt since I've been going and that charge seems to go from 1$ to 3$ sometimes & that is unheard of ! You shouldn't charge for no ice and you should treat your customers the same ! read more
