Def make sure if you are going for the cherry fritter to choose this location, it's not at every location. My only critique is it just did not have enough cherry flavor, I was hoping for something drastically and measurably different from an apple fritter, and really I got a cherry scented red apple fritter. I stopped here on my way to work to get donuts for my staff. I had a coupon from the Valpak mailer to use. When I came in, I had to stand there waiting for acknowledgement while a guy in the back just looked at me. Then, a lady approached without any kind of greeting or welcoming gesture. I told her I had a coupon and she just cut me off mid sentence and said "we don't accept those," "you have to go to one of the franchise locations." ZERO STARS!!! I cannot believe the experience we had at this Bosa donut shop! We will NEVER be returning! When you enter the shop, there is a decrepit wind chime that is strapped to the door handle that basically attacks you as you enter the door. The shop is filthy dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for the last 15 years. The donuts in the case that are on display look stale. The icing on top is all cracked and it is blatantly obvious that these donuts have been sitting for a day or two. The shop stinks like burnt donuts and burnt grease. The whole atmosphere of this place is disgusting. We had received a Bosa donuts coupon in the mail and tried to use it here. We entered the donut shop and waited for about 5 minutes while the lady working here was in the back. She finally came out and when we presented the coupon, she snatched it out of our hands, flipped it around, and proceeded to slam it down on the counter pushing it back towards us with an extremely rude and arrogant attitude! She said, "I'm not part of the franchise!" She did not even offer anything of a comparable price or give us any other options. She didn't even give us any information on where the nearest Bosa donuts was located that would honor the coupon. Not to mention, they didn't even have a sign posted anywhere in the shop or in the window stating anything about not honoring coupons. Based off her nasty attitude, we will NEVER step foot into any Bosa donut location. We left and drove down the street to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and got something much healthier for breakfast. We even spent much more money elsewhere due to this lady's attitude. She is now a household saying, "The mean donut lady." As of June 2024, their health inspection rating is a D! Yes, a D health rating. How is this place still open to the public?!?! If anyone here has followed our reviews, you'd know that we frequent the East Valley area often and visit lots of different businesses. We like to try different food places while we are in town. Wish I would of went to the Cadence location. First off, like other reviews say it does not have a welcoming ambience. A loud big wind chime on the door. Lots of broken equipment and the chairs are all up on the tables at 3 pm in the afternoon. I had to ask if they were closing. They don't accept coupons. Immediately upon walking in, the building was unclean and unorganized. There was no definitive line, and nobody (including the workers) could give me an answer as to where the back of the line was. I wasn't able to order anything as more than their donuts were gone by 10am but we could see full racks of them in the back. We ended up walking out with nothing. Well...my review is about the same as a lot of people who have reviewed. Walked up to the door and it was filthy worse than filthy. The windows were the same. The floor was the same. I came to order a bubble tea and waited patiently while the cashier tended to the customer ahead of me. While I was waiting, another customer walked in. When the person ahead of me left, I ordered my bubble tea. After I paid, the cashier immediately went to help the other customers that just got there. I was a little confused why she went to help them instead of making my drink so I asked what she was doing and why she wasn't making my order since I already paid. She stated because it'd be faster to help them and get them out of there and would take longer to make my drink (???) So the logic I'm hearing behind this is, I waited while she helped the customer ahead of me, and now I have to wait again while she helps the customer after me, and wait AGAIN while she makes my order. That's unfair and not how it should have happened and I think most people would be bothered if they were the one having to wait 3x as long over 1 iced tea. I asked for a refund and left. The cashier was white and the customers that came after me that she tended to and wanted to help faster were white. I'm not. Sometimes a huge bag of day old doughnuts ( good for dunking) My favorite Is called a TigerTail It's a long twisted doughnut full of walnuts and Cinnamon and glaze. Our local team sells these for donations.this location said they didn't take coupons and that they weren't affiliated with boss donuts. Even though their name says boss donuts, they would not honor a boss donuts coupon. I went to the other location on hitler, and they gladly accepted my coupon and provided service with a smile. Bosa is my favorite donut spot in AZ. It's always fresh and the milk tea with boba is delicious.

The donuts fresh are out of this world ! I was going every week , till my jeans got way too tight ! They make other foods as well . My only issue was during Covid. I was in my car and told me that I wouldn't be served if I didn't put a mask on! At the end of our voices get a little bit louder, and she was not understanding how to prevent passing germs. She was handling money and credit cards and I didn't see her wash your hands in between taking an order and grabbing their cards and then I had an add-on, so I use cash. Bottom line is the ambience and something to be desired. Can you run down in an older building but it didn't take away from the donuts magnificence. When I go back again, definitely not for the Customer Service but for the donuts I never tried anything else on the menu. Hopefully, she learn how to wash her hands. First, I want to say I love Bosa Donuts. Hands down the best donuts in town. Sadly this location is just horrible. This is the closest location to me in east Mesa and it really isn't that busy, which is why it's crazy their service is so awful. A lady came in and she said she phoned in an order at 7:30 am and it still wasn't ready at 9:10 am. Also some random guy just walked in and cut the line and they took his order before everyone else. As you can see if you look at the reviews you have as many 1 star reviews as 5 star. That should be a sign for Bosa to get some new management in this location. I have never had this bad of service at any of the west Mesa locations and they are always busier. read more

Who doesn't love donuts? Really hard to be bad at making these bad boys. However, my chocolate Boston crème donut didn't have any crème in it. I'll give the bakers the benefit of the doubt. Extremely poor selection of mayby 6 or 8 different kinds. I got 3 BOSTON Cream filled,( hardly filled at all,) and 3 Chocolate covered fingers. When I mentioned to the woman behind the Counter that they close at 10pm and this is all they have untiI then and mentioned to her I was going to post a review on Yelp she took the attitude I don't really care. They do not take the coupons that come out in the mass mailer(I live 2 blocks from here) If they are not going to honor them the should post a sign and address the issue with the marketing dept to not have the coupons circulated in the zip codes near that store. Bosa donuts have a good selection of classic donuts. Today, I got the strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles. It was a big donut packed with strawberry deliciousness and the sprinkles were an added bonus! They were even Christmas themed. Who really wants Christmas to end?! Bosa sells good donuts. Whenever, I am in the area I need to at least get some Bosa donuts. However, they do not sell more than donuts. They have a few croissants but that is mostly it.
