I recently sent a Dual Balance Notchback into the Custom Shop for a simple reshaft, new grip, and a stamp. The shop called me and refused to do the work, claiming the head had "aftermarket work" done to it. Here is the truth: No structural changes: The head has never been milled, welded, or altered by a third party. Basic user tweaks: The only "work" was done by me, consisting of removing the paintfill and swapping the removable head weights. Irrelevant excuse: None of my requested services had anything to do with refinishing the head itself. Even after explaining this clearly to the representative on the phone, they completely refused to help or escalate the issue. To turn away a lifelong brand advocate over user-swapped weights and clean metal is ridiculous. Scotty Cameron's Custom Shop used to be the gold standard. Now, they use lazy policy technicalities to avoid doing basic bench work. If you like to customize your own paint or weights, do not send your putter here, they will waste your time, your shipping money, and refuse to service it.

Scott shortened, and weighted my Scotty Cameron Newport, and I like it more then I did prior. Likewise we now have a plan to change the weighting, gripping, and length on my putters. Well worth the cost of the putter fitting. Scott is fantastic to work with. Scott has also done excellent work on my driver grips, and the ball is going straight, and long. Wish there was a 10 star rating...

His training facility is top notch and allows for a precise interactive learning experience. He has a climate-controlled state of the art facility with a golf simulator, personalized fittings, and connections with top tier golf manufacturers. I have had previous lessons with a PGA instructor at a local golf course but didn't receive near the same level of expertise and knowledge that I received from Don. I highly recommend you get a 3-hour lesson from PFGC. It will be well worth your time and money! With his help and after a proper fitting, I realized the clubs I had been using for years were not properly fit to my game. With my new clubs and Don's guidance I have gone from shooting 110 to the high 80's. If you want to improve your game, then you need to see Don at PFGC!

Four days ago, I Emailed them asking where my club is. Today, I finally got a response to my Email. They sent me a UPS tracking number, so I went to the UPS site and typed in the number, and "A shipping label has been printed." Well that's good to know isn't it? How long until it makes it onto a UPS truck? I've only played four rounds of golf since I ordered that club, I want my f@cking club, and that thing better be in perfect condition, or it's going back. I have no problem doing that just to cost them money. This is my first and last time ordering from Golfcircuit,com. They FAILED on shipping on time. They FAILED with their communication with the customer. And we'll see what happens when/if I ever get this club. I would not recommend supporting this company. Pace of play was a bit slow during our visit, but the staff made up for it with their excellent service. There was a mix-up with our tee time, and the employees were very accommodating in fitting us in. Practice green is frankly rough and the practice area is just weeds and crab grass. Not sure you would gain much going in there. Better off just hitting it around some vacant land. Place was packed on the mats side so clearly a cash cow and the owners have no incentive to make it nice. Could be a good practice center with improvements, but otherwise it is just a place to hit off the mats.
