So delicious! We came for lunch on a rainy day, and it wasn't too busy inside so we were able to get seated immediately. Between the three of us we shared the bossam and oh ssam. They first served a couple of banchan - kimchi and tofu, and I was a bit surprised there weren't more. However, the mains we ordered were so good! The bossom was massive and they had a HEAPING pile of radish and I loved how they gave three different sauces. The pork was soft and flavorful, and the napa cabbage wrap was so good with the garlic, jalapeno, radish, and sauces. The oh ssam was also fantastic, as there were plenty of soft chewy calamari pieces and super savory pork. I also loved the plentifulness of veggies! Overall, I loved everything we got, and also the tofu banchan! Would definitely recommend this spot.

Oyster Bossam, Yangnyeom B4. Gyejang

The oyster bossam was seriously so good. The pork was really tender and tasted fresh without being greasy, and the oysters were super fresh too with no fishy taste at all. Wrapped with the napa cabbage, kimchi, garlic, and sauce together... honestly such a good bite every time. The yangnyeom gejang was amazing too. The sauce was spicy, sweet, garlicky, and insanely addictive without being overly salty. The crab tasted really fresh and went so well with rice. Definitely one of those dishes where you keep saying "just one more bite" lol. Honestly everything tasted balanced and homemade instead of overly heavy or salty like some places. You can tell they care about quality and flavor here. Would definitely come back again.

I came with a group of friends and we shared the bossam, gamjatang, and kkanpunggi chicken wings. The bossam was served with pickled radish, napa cabbage, garlic, jalapeños, and three different sauces. It was delicious and a great portion for sharing. We added potato noodles to the gamjatang for $4. The pork was super tender and they were generous with the amount of pork bones in the dish. I wish there were more potatoes or that they were cut into larger chunks instead of thin slices. The broth had good flavor and paired really well with rice. The chicken wings were pretty standard but the flavor could be a bit stronger. Overall, it's one of the few Korean restaurants in the area that I would come back to from time to time, especially for group dining. There were only two servers working and it got busy, but they were still very pleasant and provided great service.

We came to try their Bossam because words are its one the best in the area. We also ended up trying few other offering. Its a nice restaurant with a good vibe and friendly staffs. What we got: Bori signature bossam (5/5) This was it!!. We tried plenty of restaurants that offers bossam; and this was probably one of the best. Great portion; so tender and flavorfull. It was just so so good. Love how it comes with 3 different sauces and plenty or radish kimchi. The napa cabbage were nicely cooked as well. Haemul pajeon/seafood pancake (4/5) Good size; thick but still crispy which was good. Plenty of seafood in it. The dipping sauce could be better tho. But overall it was good. Korean fried chicken; ALL three flavors (3/5) The fried chickens was very mid; but was not surprise as this restaurant wasnt specializing in korean fried chicken. All three flavors were too sweet. The kkapunggi doesnt have enough sauce, yangnyeom was saucy but so sweet, snow white were also too sweet and not enough cheese flavor. Overall this is a good place to get some korean foods. I would give this place a 5 star if it based only on the Bossam! Either way; we will go back for sure; Saw other people orders the other offering and they look good. But for sure go and try their bossam!!!

My friends and I were excited to visit this spot, as we had seen they offered marinated crab, which was something we were all keen to try! We arrived on a Tuesday at 6 p.m. and were seated right away. Unfortunately, we were immediately disappointed to find that the marinated crab was unavailable, along with two other food items. Since our primary reason for visiting was off the table, we decided to order the Korean tofu soup and tteokbokki with cheese, both of which were just okay. We did enjoy the seafood pancake, which had a decent amount of seafood. We also ordered the galbi, which was fine, but we felt the portion was quite small compared to the price. This was a running theme, as we all thought the portions were small compared to the high cost of the items. In terms of side dishes, they only provided two, which felt like a minimal amount compared to what other Korean restaurants offer, especially given the size of our order. They do, however, sell side dishes separately if you wish to purchase more. On the bright side, the service was great, and the workers were very kind. The restaurant is clean, though it is quite small with limited seating. Parking is shared in a huge lot with nearby stores and other restaurants. Overall, while the service and atmosphere were good, the disappointing lack of menu items and the small portions for the high prices made this a mediocre visit.

Loved the food.... Love the concept of not an overload of banchan that goes to waste most times. They specifically mentioned they are not your regular Korean restaurant with many banchans. We ordered the kimchi fried rice, seafood pancake and the Nak Sam. The spice for the Nak Sam and the kimchi fried rice is just right .. not too overpowering . Overall definitely coming back. Give it a shout if you are in the neighborhood... you won't be disappointed!!

I'm so happy I finally found a place in the Seattle area that does bossam with oysters! The flavor took me straight back to authentic Korean comfort food the oysters were fresh, briny, and balanced perfectly with the pork and kimchi. My only small gripe is that I wish the pork belly slices were a bit thinner for that ideal bite, but honestly, the taste made up for it. Everything was seasoned beautifully and served with care. I'll definitely be coming back just for the oyster bossam it's that good. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Korean flavors done right.

I'm really sorry to say that I'm unsatisfied with this restaurant. I've seen it promoted a few times on social media, and knowing this is a fairly new restaurant (open for around a year) I had high hopes. To start off, our server was great. He checked in on us occasionally and is friendly and attentive. Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant is very cozy. I liked the homey style of chairs and the beautiful plates/silverware. The restaurant space is small, but has plenty of seating. My parents and I came at a time where there were barely any customers, so the restaurant felt pretty spacious. We ordered tteokbokki, sundubu-jjigae, bibimbap, and yangnyeom chicken. I was most excited for the tteokbokki, since it's my favorite Korean dish. However, I disappointed by the taste. Even though there was plenty of sauce, somehow, I felt that the flavor was very mild. Maybe I'm too used to strong, complex flavors, so my sense of taste is off. This dish honestly tasted like the sauce was just made of water, gochujang, and some sugar. I felt a little confused, but tried the rest of the food. The bibimbap tasted similarly bland, and the chicken felt a little dry even though it was coated in plenty of sauce. I'm just shocked. Where's the umami flavor? Is there not enough garlic or green onions? Is the salt reduced? I have never eaten Korean food which tasted so... average. The soup was the only dish of the four that tasted great. Overall, the food's alright, everything's cooked well, but it's not impressive. Additionally, I was surprised to be served only two side dishes. This is the fewest amount of side dishes I've had at a Korean restaurant, and both tasted pretty average. Given the great service and atmosphere, I really wanted to love this restaurant. However, the food did not satisfy my cravings, and I didn't have much of an appetite after trying everything out. We ended up bringing back plenty of leftovers, which I'm looking forward to sprucing for my lunch tomorrow. I'm really sorry to say that I won't be coming back for a while, but I'm rooting for the restaurant's success and improvements.

I came here with a friend for a late dinner and it didn't disappoint. It was busy but not overly busy so it was nice. I can see that the waitress was definitely scrambling though and they didn't check on us much which is ok but I did wish they gave us more water at some point. The place is loud but not super Loud. We ordered: Seafood pancake 5/5: this was really good. I love that it was more protein and filling than the actual pancake. It goes well with the sauce as well. Pork bone soup with udon (extra $4). This was enormous and definitely can feed 4 people! We had leftovers for sure. The meat was good but there was more bones than meat in my opinion and the meat wasn't super tender so you definitely had to use your hands to get all the meat off. My friend likes udon thats why we added them but it goes well with rice which was provided. The soup was definitely on the spicy side as well. We also got a couple of banchans as well (potatoes and kimchi) both was really good and fresh. I'm a little surprised they only gave us 2 banchans compare to other Korean spots I been to gave us a lot more varieties. Overall a good place for laeger group. I wish they had some smaller servings of food for cheaper prices for smaller groups.

The restaurant itself is pretty small, but on a Monday evening it is not difficult to find a table. My party of 6 was seated promptly. We tried the sundubu, bossam, yangyeom chicken, the spicy raw crab, and the tteokbokki. Everything tasted great, and service was attentive. I personally enjoyed the Thai green tea. There is a good variety of items to choose from on the menu so they are sure to satisfy whatever craving you may have. They also have a bunch of banchan in the front for sale for you to take home as well!

Bori Kitchen is nestled in the Plaza in factoria by QFC. There is definitely ample parking since there is a big lot and it's located in the corner of the plaza. The ambiance is pretty nice and it looks clean and renovated. Definitely a spot that I would go to with more people since a lot of their dishes are big portion sizes. Staff: Nice (4/5) Sanitation status: (5/5) Seafood Pancake (4/5) The seafood pancake was pretty good. It had a good variety of seafood and green onions but I definitely think it could've had more seafood. The dipping sauce that it came with paired nicely. Army Stew (3.5/5) The army stew was okay. I have definitely have had better but there was a lot in this one. There was a burger patty which was intriguing. I added cheese to mine which made it so much better. They provided sausages and bacon as well and there was a lot of protein provided. I would definitely opt to try another option next time.

I didn't get their well-known dishes but I'd come back here to get it after this visit! This restaurant is closer to the Factoria neighborhood and not very far from Chi Chi and Factoria Mall. I got seated with my friend very quickly as the place was only half-filled. Inside feels very clean and matte especially with their fancy-looking utensils, and the music reminded me of being in a K-drama. My friend and I decided to go simple, and we each got their dolsot bibimbap while sharing a 10-piece yangnyeom chicken. Bibimbap is standard and nothing special though it is a go-to item I almost always get. The stone pot was sizzling like crazy, and it goes even better with their spicy sauce. You even get some banchan with the meal but it's little compared to other restaurants I've been to. The yangnyeom chicken was pretty spicy, and had a tangy taste as well even with the green onions on top. I did want to try their bossam but was slightly deterred by the high prices on them. That's the next thing I'll get when I come back to complete my experience here!

Sooo glad to find another excellent Korean restaurant! The seafood pancake was excellently made with a crispy outside and chewy inside. Also ordered their bossam - generous serving of pork, pickled radish, and 3 different sauces to tantalize your taste buds from getting bored. Friendly staff kept checking in on us. Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, this is truly a hidden gem.

Was craving bossam and this hit the spot. The dish was HUGE ended up taking leftovers home. We got son tofu soup as well and it was so good

Best Korean cuisine in Bellevue! I bought lots of side dishes home. My favorite is yukgaejang and bbq pork belly. Will be back again!

We were still en route and made it within 15 minutes but were removed from the waitlist because we didn't answer the 3 minute call. Nonetheless, we only waited 10min for another table. The dining area that is nearest to reception can get "cold" particularly the corner, we sat there once and your elders will not like it. Today we got seated there again and decided to wait for the other side where the AC wasn't full blast. Its all chill. Friendly, accommodating staff. The food comes fast, like Din Tai Fung. The cost too, is like DTF. Overall, its good, but not worth the higher cost, but the service and cleanliness make it a combined 5 Star. The Kalbi Tang is the star, a must get every single visit.

The service is prompt, but most of the ordering is done on the iPad anyway. You can order whatever you want, including rice, lettuce, etc. You also get one wagyu per person. The pork jowls and marinated kalbi are my favorite. If you like squid I highly recommend getting that too. The banchan side dishes are copious and refillable. Our biggest qualm is that grill could be hotter. Perhaps it is a means of controlling your pacing, but we want the meat NOW! Haha They do charge extra if you don't finish your food, but that's never happened to us.

Although we didn't order any dishes that made use of the advanced tabletop, I still think it's so cool! Despite the tables also having a digital kiosk, I appreciated how they still handed us actual menus and manually took our order, both of which are becoming less common these days. Our group started with some hot tea and ordered three dishes which was the perfect amount to share. We loved each item and I enjoyed tasting the various banchan side dishes (included with most main menu items): broccoli, traditional kimchi, omelet, potato, salad and kimchi cucumbers. I can be picky about kimchi, but this one had an ideal balance between tartness, spice, slight sweetness and umami. Their kimchi cucumbers were also a hit as they were refreshing with a tantalizing heat. + SEAFOOD PANCAKE ($25): My first time having a seafood pancake and it won't be my last! It was hot right off the pan with a crispy golden exterior. The seafood included baby shrimp, baby octopus and calamari. It seemed like the portion of seafood was reasonable since I had some in almost every bite, however I don't recall seeing much shrimp... mostly calamari and octopus. They added a lot of green onion, which I personally liked as it gave the pancake an element of freshness. This came with a side of soy dipping sauce, but I enjoyed it as is. The portion size was generous for the three of us. + KIMCHI BEEF TOFU SOUP ($22): This soup was basically a comforting hug in a stone pot. It arrived at our table, still bubbling, with a small bowl of rice. While there wasn't a ton of beef in the soup, the pieces were lean and tender and there was enough to split between the three of us. I loved the smooth silky tofu, and the kimchi gave the soup a little tang. Adding a scoop of rice into my personal bowl and pouring the soup on top made for perfect bites as the grains absorbed the broth. We requested a medium spice level which was just right for me. + HOT POT BI-BIM-BAP w/ CHICKEN ($25): You can't go wrong with this dish! Carrots, radish, zucchini, bean sprouts, spinach and a raw egg topped the bed of rice along with our protein choice of chicken. We stirred in the egg immediately and I enjoyed all the fresh vegetables in the bowl. The chicken was delicious as well and seemed to have a slightly sweet marinade. The best part is the little bites of rice that crisped up against the side of the bowl, adding some toasty notes and texture. We forgot to drizzle on some of the red chili sauce provided with the dish, so I'll need to do that next time! The three of us had a terrific dinner here and the service is so kind. We were checked on three times, which surpassed my expectations. We came for an early dinner on Sunday, so it was relatively quiet, even shortly after 6:00P. Even if the restaurant was full, the tables are spaced comfortably apart and I noticed they even had a separate section that is walled off for a larger group. Parking is also easy, running right alongside the neighboring walking trail. Needless to say, I'll be back!
