This is a very well run restaurants. The foods are great, plemty of drinks option, service was fast and the vibe is great. Easy to order since it done via the tablet on your table. The portion are big too!! We came in for the Tangsuyuk but got jajangmyeon and the spicy chicken as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good noodle/korean food restaurant I suggest go early tho; it can get really busy on peak hours and weekend; and parking sucks in that parking lot in general.

Came here early on a Friday evening and got to see the place fill up over the course of my dinner. It seems to be a popular local spot for all ages, and I saw lots of families and groups having a meal here too. I got the classic combo for 2 people that included jajangmyeon, jjamppong (lots of seafood!), and tangsuyuk, as well as added on a pepper-fried yuringi. Honestly, the yuringi was the star of the meal but everything else was also yummy. Service was pretty good too despite them being busy. The food came out quickly, portions were large, our needs were checked on throughout the meal, and ordering was all done on the tableside tablet. I'll be back!

Bobae Noodle house is a great addition to the food options in the factoría area. There's a good amount of space and seating inside and it's been remodeled to have a real woody look. You get seated and there's a tablet provided at the table for you to look through the menu and order. You're even able to request the check at the end through the table which was convenient. The staff will still have to bring it to you but nice since you don't need to ask anyone for it. I would definitely come back and there are set meals for various groups. I would definitely say the portion sizes are on the smaller side but it would be enough to feed you. Personally I would go to Paiks but this is a good option if you're in the factoría area. Staff: nice (5/5) Sanitation: very clean (5/5) Black bean fried rice (5/5) I thought the black bean sauce was really good with the fried rice. There were a lot of different things included in the fried rice like shrimp which was a nice addition. Sweet and sour pork (3.5/5) The sweet and sour pork was decently crispy but the meat inside was really dry. The sauce was good too but a little bit on the tangy side. I might order this again but maybe it was the batch we got that was on the dry side.

Thankful that this place is in a plaza so there's ample amount of parking. In addition, I came here at about 6 so there wasn't much of a wait. The service was pretty quick and attentive after placing the order on the tablet. I would say the ambiance is what you would expect for a late night place - pretty lively and loud, especially since they close at midnight. The food itself was decent - the amount was enough to fill up two people with some leftovers and the price was about right. I would say that the chicken was alright - was surprised about the spice and then it was pretty sweet. The noodles were decent but I wish that they had more toppings to balance out the amount of noodles.

Welp Chi Chi is no more, but it has since been replaced by this noodle house, which keeps most if not all of the interior, lighting and vibe as Chi Chi itself. This time, the K-pop music isn't too loud, and there are a ton more people packed inside from our visit on a Friday evening from 6-7pm; people basically kept coming in and filling the tables on the half of the dining area closest to the main entrance. Since my party of 3 got here early, we got seated immediately. As with Chi Chi, you place your orders on a bulky tablet though the offerings are limited. We all got their noodle dishes, and for mines I got their bobae jjamppong. This one includes wooden ears, clams, pork and veggies (to name a few of the ingredients) all in a relatively spicy soup. This was quite hard to eat since it was slightly above the spicy levels I'm able to handle, but looking past that the whole dish was delicious and all the ingredients fitted in quite well. We also split a side of fried dumplings, which are your usual standard, nothing special but also a nice way to keep ourselves full. This palace actually works better than what Chi Chi was, and my whole group agreed that we loved our dishes! One of my friends got their creamy jjamppong, and my other friend got their jajangmyeon, and both were awesome according to them. We'd all come back here!

We finally got the chance to try out bobae last night. Our verdict? It was what we thought it was: pretty ok hahaha. Giving it a 4/5 but it's probably more of a 3.5 tbh. Is it worth the hype? Probably not. Would I go out of my way or make a long drive to have it again? Probably not. With that said, food's good + the service is pretty great! We ended up getting their "2 person classic set" for $45, which includes an order of jjajangmyun, jjangpong, and tangsuyuk. - jjajangmyun 3.5/5 it's pretty good! Not the best I've had but definitely better than instant jjajang haha - jjangpong 3.5/5 my friend is the one who ate this one but that was his rating - tangsuyuk 4/5 this was our fav item on their menu. It was on par with tangsuyuk ive had at other chain restaurants IN korea.

This is a very lively noodle shop with Korean music and neon lights decoration all over the store. We tried the premium combo for 4 and there were so much food we had leftovers for the next day. I liked the sweet and sour prawn dish, that was delicious. The noodles were chewy and not soggy. They also gave my kids so token for the claw machine which they loved!

This is a new place that took over Chi chi. Never got the chance to go there so not sure how much was redone. Went here for dinner one night and there was no wait for a table. Servers were very nice. You order on the tablet and there's pictures to help give a visual aid. We got the 2 person cream combo set of jjajangmyeon, cream Jjamppong, Tangsuyuk (half size). It was a ton of food for us two adults and kiddo. We ended up taking most of it home. I think it's well worth the value for the combo sets. Would definitely come back and try other things.

Very excited for a new Chinese/korean place! Came in on a Friday night for dinner and it was quite packed and loud. It's def a more casual vibe. Service was pretty fast tho, and ordering through the tablet was super convenient. My friend and I shared the jjajangmyeon and classic jjamppong. First of all, portions are really big. And prices are super reasonable. They provide radish and onion as side dishes as well. Both noodle dishes were really good. Jjajangmyeon was smooth savory and saucy. Noodles were satisfyingly chewy. The onions and cabbage added to the sweetness. One gripe is that the bits of pork were super dry and chewy. Jjamppong was also yummy. Definitely spicy, but a pretty good pain haha. They give quite a lot of seafood which was nice. But similar issue with the jjajangmyeon, pork was dry. Overall, a pretty good spot! The flavors really hit for me, though I would've enjoyed it a lot more if the pork was more tender. Also can't beat a less than 20 meal in this economy!

Saw this place few times when we passed in factoria and in social media. This one located in factoria village, next to starbuck, same complex with great harvest bread, uni bank, etc. Parking: plenty free shared parking. Restroom: women and men restrooms. Seating: indoor only. Lots of space for big party. They also bar seating area. Menu and order via tablet on table. When we got there around 11ish, there's only few ppl there, and then more ppl dine in lunch time. But its not that crowded that you need a reservation. Our server is super nice, explaining the menu and their top dishes since this is our first time. Their menu mostly noddle base. Mostly spicy if you the symbols on next to the dish picture, but it's not that spicy, probably 2 stars. The only one has no spice at all was Jjajangmyeon. So we ordered; Jjajangmyeon - blackbean noddle Cream jjamppong - creamy seafood noddle Tangsuyuk - crispy pork w korean sweet sour sauce Overall I like it. The food are similar to the one we ate at Paik Noddle in Uwajimaya Bellevue complex. They gave you raw onion and pickle Radish for side dish...hmmm.... Everything on their dish has lots of onion.

Food - 4 stars Price - $$$ Ambience - 4 stars Service - 5 stars I only took a star away coz of the price. Now let me get to the cool part. So many good things. A nice pub vibe, Korean music in background. The server checks on you frequently. Even if you don't know what to order and don't understand Korean food they patiently explain and help you choose. I feel this should be the norm. Well we are in times where hospitality feels so special. For people who want to explore Korean food, please start from here. This place has no judgements. We ordered the creamy Jjampong, the Bobae Jjampong and the pepper fried yuringi. It all hit the spot. We alternated between the spicy Jjampongs to balance the heat. And I forgot to take the pics Overall this will definitely be shortlisted to be amongst my weekly - Can't cook, let's eat out list P.S. So happy to see Factoria stepping up as the Asian especially Korean food hub.

Great place to get Korean food in Bellevue! I enjoyed their pork and black bean noodle dishes! Not too salty, good portion sizes for the price. We were plenty full after ordering the "4" dishes.

This restaurant replaced Chi Chi. I think this is a good move. There isn't a Korean/Chinese fusion restaurant on this side of Bellevue anymore. This is a great addition. I would guess that folks from Issaquah and Sammamish would gladly come here for some Jjajangmyeon instead of having to drive all the way to Bothell or downtown Bellevue. I like the fact that they don't put too much MSG into their Jjamppong. I cannot eat Jjamppong these days at most Korean/Chinese cuisine restaurants anymore because of all the artificial seasoning taste but this place doesn't use too much. Jjajangmyeon is good but there is something that is slightly off from the norm. Not in a bad way but it has a bit of herbal(?) taste or it could be like honey maybe? I cannot exactly pinpoint but there is something slightly uniquely in there. The egg that comes with it though is overcooked to death. Definitely don't need to be in the dish. Tangsuyuk was amazing. Fried to perfection and and the sauce wasn't too sweet. Service was great today. Food came out faster than Jimmy John's haha. The ambiance looks like a bar/lounge. Hasn't changed much from Chi Chi. But it is not distracting or anything. They had a huge screen that played kpop music videos via YouTube. I will be back here with my buddies for some drinks and provide an update.

The dining area that is nearest to reception can get "cold" particularly the corner, we sat there once and your elders will not like it. Today we got seated there again and decided to wait for the other side where the AC wasn't full blast. Its all chill. Friendly, accommodating staff. The food comes fast, like Din Tai Fung. The cost too, is like DTF. Overall, its good, but not worth the higher cost, but the service and cleanliness make it a combined 5 Star. The Kalbi Tang is the star, a must get every single visit.

I was worried about the price because of its location in downtown Bellevue, but at ~50 a person and for the quality and quantity I received it is far worth. I never had to wait very long to get sat, and the entrance is a little hard to find. It's located upstairs a separate retail area. The ambiance is only decent, but it's not crazy loud. The service is prompt, but most of the ordering is done on the iPad anyway. You can order whatever you want, including rice, lettuce, etc. You also get one wagyu per person. The pork jowls and marinated kalbi are my favorite. If you like squid I highly recommend getting that too. The banchan side dishes are copious and refillable. Our biggest qualm is that grill could be hotter. Perhaps it is a means of controlling your pacing, but we want the meat NOW! Haha They do charge extra if you don't finish your food, but that's never happened to us.

For $40+, the meat quality wasn't bad, but the slices were super thin (looked like meat for hotpot) and cooked way too fast. I'd leave the meat on the grill for maybe 15 seconds and it would already start getting charred. That part could honestly be user error on my end, so I'd still be willing to give this place another try. I will say their banchan was really good and probably one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, I just left feeling a little disappointed, especially for the price. If you do decide to come here for AYCE, I'd probably recommend going for one of the higher tiers to get a better experience.

Although we didn't order any dishes that made use of the advanced tabletop, I still think it's so cool! Despite the tables also having a digital kiosk, I appreciated how they still handed us actual menus and manually took our order, both of which are becoming less common these days. Our group started with some hot tea and ordered three dishes which was the perfect amount to share. We loved each item and I enjoyed tasting the various banchan side dishes (included with most main menu items): broccoli, traditional kimchi, omelet, potato, salad and kimchi cucumbers. I can be picky about kimchi, but this one had an ideal balance between tartness, spice, slight sweetness and umami. Their kimchi cucumbers were also a hit as they were refreshing with a tantalizing heat. + SEAFOOD PANCAKE ($25): My first time having a seafood pancake and it won't be my last! It was hot right off the pan with a crispy golden exterior. The seafood included baby shrimp, baby octopus and calamari. It seemed like the portion of seafood was reasonable since I had some in almost every bite, however I don't recall seeing much shrimp... mostly calamari and octopus. They added a lot of green onion, which I personally liked as it gave the pancake an element of freshness. This came with a side of soy dipping sauce, but I enjoyed it as is. The portion size was generous for the three of us. + KIMCHI BEEF TOFU SOUP ($22): This soup was basically a comforting hug in a stone pot. It arrived at our table, still bubbling, with a small bowl of rice. While there wasn't a ton of beef in the soup, the pieces were lean and tender and there was enough to split between the three of us. I loved the smooth silky tofu, and the kimchi gave the soup a little tang. Adding a scoop of rice into my personal bowl and pouring the soup on top made for perfect bites as the grains absorbed the broth. We requested a medium spice level which was just right for me. + HOT POT BI-BIM-BAP w/ CHICKEN ($25): You can't go wrong with this dish! Carrots, radish, zucchini, bean sprouts, spinach and a raw egg topped the bed of rice along with our protein choice of chicken. We stirred in the egg immediately and I enjoyed all the fresh vegetables in the bowl. The chicken was delicious as well and seemed to have a slightly sweet marinade. The best part is the little bites of rice that crisped up against the side of the bowl, adding some toasty notes and texture. We forgot to drizzle on some of the red chili sauce provided with the dish, so I'll need to do that next time! The three of us had a terrific dinner here and the service is so kind. We were checked on three times, which surpassed my expectations. We came for an early dinner on Sunday, so it was relatively quiet, even shortly after 6:00P. Even if the restaurant was full, the tables are spaced comfortably apart and I noticed they even had a separate section that is walled off for a larger group. Parking is also easy, running right alongside the neighboring walking trail. Needless to say, I'll be back!
