The smell in this store is probably what heaven smells like. The racks of shoe looks like a wheat field inn the middle of July its just so much brown boots. I loved it. A few employees approached me asking me if I needed help. I had a few questions and the employee helped me out to the best of his knowledge. The boots they have are top notch leather and different brands. I got a good deal on some Ariats for 200 bucks. Compared to the Red wings store this place was a better deal. Boots were comfortable and looked great, only thing i didnt like was the fact that the boots you get wont come in a box. Stopped by on a Saturday around 4 PM. The parking lot was pretty crazy, but surprisingly the store itself wasn't very busy. I was just browsing and killing some time before heading out of town, but I ended up finding a really cute jacket on the clearance rack. It was still a little pricey, but the quality is great and it's something that will last me a long time, so definitely worth it. The only downside was the lack of cell service in the store. I was trying to check my app to see if I had any points or coupons, but my phone went into SOS mode. An employee mentioned that it happens to everyone there and they don't know why. It was pretty frustrating because I wanted to check my email and the app for coupons before checking out. The funny part was the minute we walked out of the store, my cell service started working again. Overall, I found a great jacket and had a good experience, I just wish the cell service worked inside the store! read more

TIA did not seem at all eager to help and she repeatedly rolled her eyes and gave attitude with every response. I hate this store for many reasons. 1 return policy is ridiculous boot must be unworn tags on and only within 30 days how are you supposed to know if you like the boot if you cant break them in. 2 i wanted a wide sized boot and they took over 30 minutes to find it customer service is garbage and some of the boots prices are mislabeled. My children are really into the Western/Vaquero style and have been begging to go to a Boot Barn since the Vaquero stores along Franklin Blvd seemed limited to them and often times are extremely pricey. This one is so close to home so we took the short drive to check them out. They just opened so the inside is very clean and organized. This store is located in Delta Shores in the spot they normally have a Spirit Halloween, so if you know, you know it's fairly large spot. They have lots of everything. Boots, pants, belts, hats...you name it. My daughter was happy to see they had western style crop tops and my son was happy with their assortment of Ariat. Prices still seemed a little steep to me, crop top was $50 and my sons jeans were $75. They did just open and had fliers that they were holding a hiring event so they might be a little short staffed for now, just be patient. We however, didn't have any issues and were helped right away. Internet service in here tho is almost non existent. My husband keeps his cashapp card locked until he needs to make a purchase and he had to go outside to get enough service to access the app. I also couldn't check in on Yelp until I hit the parking lot. While internet isn't much of big deal, I can see this possibly being a problem if paying with Apple Pay. Overall, it's large and decent store for your western wear needs. It's not my style, but since my kids enjoy it, I'm sure we'll be a frequent shopper here. read more

Don't go to this place!!!! Just buy your boots on Amazon they will actually exchange your boots when they don't fit! I bought a pair of boots from boot barn online because they didn't have the right sizes in the store and the gentlemen in elk grove says if they don't fit it's not a problem just bring them in at delta shores when it opens and we will exchange them out! So they show up to my house and I wore the boots out to my garage and realized these are too big...... no big deal I will just go swap them out for a half size smaller......... well apparently Kathy(manager) over at the new boot barn says the policy is the policy and you are going to have to a buy a new pair of boots because I wore them out to my garage! How pathetic is that!!!! I will never be shopping at Boot Barn again and this is why Amazon is taking over they understand the true meaning of take care of the customer! read more

I brought them back and the manager tried to convince me that this was normal or that I was taking them off wrong. I have been wearing boots for 40+ years so was very insulted not to mention shocked that they were not willing to stand by their product especially since I'd just bought them. Stay far away!
