He carried on about how long he was waiting and that they needed more people at check out, the mandate does not allow for that at the moment. With that he proceeds to yell and carry on stating that I swore at him and I am a racist!!! The employee NOT checking customers out told ME that I needed to calm down!!! I will be filing a formal complaint, because my understanding is no mask, no service......this irate customer was never asked to put a mask on or to leave the store. Due to lack of employee training of customer conflict, the person being assaulted and following guidelines was the "bad guy" here. I am disgusted by the outcome!!

Instead of trying to get the line down, they were either talking forever to customers about random things, or playing with hangers, or a clipboard. The other tasks they were doing could have been done either later, or done by just 1 of them not 2 or 3 at a time.
