Since a lot of Kohl's stores are closing, I was happy this location still exists. Now that I know it's here, I'll be back to do some shopping. I love Kohl's! Applying for their credit card program was honestly one of the best decisions--I get so many deals all the time. Their clearance section is amazing too; that plus the coupons and deals - sometimes I walk out without even having to pay anything. The store is always so clean and peaceful, which makes it such a nice place to just walk around. I've bought business clothes, casual outfits, and workout clothes from here, and I've never had to return anything. My everyday purse was purchased here and has been spilled on, dropped several times, and my purse is still going strong looking just as new lol. All all my makeup is from the Sephora inside the store, which is so convenient. I've also had really great experiences with customer service. One time I lost my AirPods, and they were so kind and helpful--offering to help find them and even taking my contact information to follow up. Everyone is just so friendly. Well let me say wife and I went to Kohl's looking for tennis shoes. We found some Nike Air which were $110 with this we have a 30% off coupon if we use our calls charge card so we did. We go up to the front register the young lady. I'm sure she's very nice and she hears us all the time. Oh sure. In the fine print you cannot use any of your coupons or Kohl's cash with Nike. Well it says that nowhere on here that I can read because the small print is so small. I try to support brick and mortar but this is another reason why they're making it so difficult! The store itself offers the typical Kohl's experience: clean, well-stocked, and organized. Nothing over-the-top, but that's what I appreciate about it. Went to buy two beige men's cotton/poly undershirts. They don't have anything except 100% polyester. Found a women's jacket I liked but not my size. Went to customer service and she had to go on her personal phone to find it. I commented the online price was less than the tagged price. She said "no" immediately correcting me that I was not correct. Then she explained to me the store item was an online return marked at $86 and the new online price was $76, and explained to me the new online price was less. When I asked why she'd told me I was wrong, she asked "do you have a problem with me?" I replied I didn't like being told I was wrong when I had made an observation which was true. read more

I never used to shop at Kohl's that much but this year I have shopped here so much more. A big reason I come here is because whenever I need to return my Amazon packages, this location has a convenient Amazon return center. Amazon employees at this site are always courteous and friendly. Now onto the Kohl's store itself. They have a myriad of brands to choose from from Vera Wang, Nike, Lauren Conrad, Champion, etc. The store is well stocked with gadgets, shoes, bras, gift items, shirts, blouses from work attire to casual wear. They carry sizes for all shapes and ages. GREAT VARIETY! :) The reason why I gave this store a four star instead of five is the fitting rooms are kind of hard to find and sometimes it's difficult to find staff available to ask questions if I had any. One of the best things about Kohl's is most times, they give you a coupon to use that gives you like $10 off your next store purchase! I hope this never goes away. Kohl's just has a way of getting you in the store, 1st with all their coupons & Kohls cash, but now they get ya in here w/ their super easy Amazon return process! As an Amazon Addict, yes, I love coming here for returns. All you do is Select Return/Refund on your Order in your Amazon account (I always use my app), then you select Kohl's drop-off (totally paperless!), then you bring your item to Kohl's to return for refund. Bringing in the original packaging (box,bag) is optional but they prefer it b/c it makes their jobs easier. Walk in the main doors, make a left (follow the signs) then make a right, walk straight back. The Amazon return kiosk is next to the greeting cards & past the Kohl's Customer Service/returns. Once you've returned your item(s), you get a 25% off coupon you get 7 days to use. How awesome is that! Usually lines are pretty short & move quickly. Make sure to pull up your QR code in your email/app so they can scan it in right away. Parking is never a problem, and the process couldn't be better! read more

I really enjoy this Kohl's location. The employees are always very friendly. My big annoyance..the Women's Plus section is so small and stocked with the most impractical and ugly clothing. I was just in tonight (12-17-21) and all they had was hoodies, long-sleeve matronly tops (flowers ugh!) sweaters and t-shirts with the National Park Foundation logo on them. Note to your Buyers: please stock cute cotton short and mid sleeve tops in solid colors and fabric colors/styles that you can dress up or down. We live in California (Poway) and don't need an abundance of hoodies and long sleeves. Also, the fabric of the t-shirts with the National Park Foundation (NPF) logo is the most comfortable. For Spring and Summer, plan on having a lot of those in stock without the NPF logo. read more

I'll be honest I don't shop here often. The only reason why I come here is because my mom likes shopping here and always has Kohl's cash to burn that she earns with her kohl's card. I usually come along to buy houseware items or socks to help her meet the spending target to get extra kohl's cash. The style of clothing here is really not me and I can't find anything I thing the women's petite section to fit me. The juniors section is a little too youthful for my age group. I did however find a very emerald ring that I got myself for my birthday. I purchased it online which was scary not seeing it person. But it worked out! It was $300 on sale during the holidays for about $80. Sterling silver. Overall, this is well kept store. It's about the same size as all the other kohl's I've been too. We used to get that percentage off of everything, but now they don't give it to you on stuff on sale or clearance and not on toys. Please do not judge that shop here. But honestly they probably have the best just everyday t-shirts. These specific shirts to are very difficult for me to find because I am petite. I hate when they are super long on me. The specific brand is Apt 9 and Nine west The nice thing is that there return policy is super easy and that if the price drops online there always more than happy to refund you the difference. Where else can you get it T -shirt it for only $6! I also buy a lot of work clothes here and dresses because there super cheap. Honestly they just have a huge variety so you are bound to find something I will definitely be coming back to purchase more cute summer tops. read more

They also accept Amazon returns. We had a return and the guy taking the returns was fast, efficient, and super kind. The kohls cash and discounts they give keep you engage and constantly have options for discounts. Price vary from low to high depending on what you are buying. They do offer sales and clearance items as well. The service is always amazing as we did leave buying some merchandise using a coupon for 25% off. Gotta love Kohl's and their great deals. As a Kohl's credit cardholder I get a lot of coupons and also love the occasional $5 rewards coupons. Sometimes I just go in and buy a chocolate bar or a couple greeting cards when I don't need anything. I've had no problems with returns. Most recently, I ordered two pairs of sport shoes that were only available online - in two sizes - returned one and had no problems at all. This location doesn't usually get too crowded. Good news/bad news? Worried that they might not stay in business. Parking is PLENTIFUL. And like others say, LOTS of good deals in the clearance sections. It's been hit or miss for us at this location. It's one of the larger and more organized Kohl's I've ever visited. There's plenty of parking that they share with In n Out and Staples.The store is well lit and has great a/c. We went a few days ago when there wasn't much advertised discounts. But I wanted to buy my grandma a few things regardless of any discount. There were ok deals and we thought the dressing rooms were decent. There was an online discount of 20% that they wouldn't honor at this location. I guess it's understandable. I didn't have the time to take note of each item we wanted to then go online to buy so oh well. The cashier said we could come back within two weeks (?) or so if there was price adjustment or a new promo. We did earn $10 for a future purchase so that was nice. We returned again today as my grams wanted to shop a bit more. We had an online coupon code which they said they would honor. They also did adjust our previous purchase to reflect our current coupon. Plus, there was a 10% no tax promo today so our discount was excellent. I also bought my first beauty product from Kohl's. I think the sales girl's name was Candice and she was so kind. I loved her recommendations and her germ free way to test the glosses. Kudos to this girl for her awesomeness. Check out was easy thru customer service. Kohls is on the moderate end of the chaos spectrum, some areas are organized and others are crazy and confusing. I have some brands that are consistent and I really like to wear like Apartment 9 and dare I say it, Lauren Conrad has some cute stuff. The Kohl's in Speedway had a recent renovation and is very nice and bright. I love this store. My one and only complaint is the abysmal women's plus size section. If you go to Plainfield store.they have a beautiful variety in that section. This is in my neighborhood and do not want to drive to Plainfield. Also it appears the buyer for Kohl's purchases plus size for grandmas. Give us a nice selection of updated fashion please. The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. You can score some serious deals at Kohl's if you know how to coupon with them. They regularly mail out 15-30% off coupons if you have a Kohl's card. This month, we got a $15 off a $50 purchase. Upon checking their webpage, I found a 15% off total purchase that could be combined with the $15 off coupon. I just showed it to the cashier on my phone, an extremely kind gentleman, and we were on our way. Our $60 total came down to thirty something. Always shop here with coupons. Certain brands are restricted though, so bear that in mind (Nike, Levi's, etc). The store was not too busy but there were some long lines that moved quickly. Parking is never an issue. I like this store! It is always clean and organized and the store customer service is great. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE STORE!!!!! I feel bad because the cashiers are great and apologetic if an error is made. I feel bad because they have to point people in the direction of customer service for answers to questions about their Khol cards. The customer service is horrible. I went into the store with an available credit of $289. At the register they let me know I was eligible for an increase. My limit was increased to $700. I tried to use My $289 it took it and then told me I didn't have any available credit. The associate called customer service. She was told for me to call customer service, so I did. I was told I would see my available credit back in 24hours. That was 2 days ago. I call customer service this morning and they tell me it's going to take 6 days and sorry for the inconvenience. I ask for a supervisor, and I was hung up on. I call back and the customer service rep kept repeating me the scripted line off the screen and couldn't answer any questions he just kept reading the script. I asked for a supervisor again and I was hung up on. I can't wait to pay off my balance and close this account. We both said it was an inconvenience for an error done on their part. Shame on you Khol's this is stressful for families as they get ready to go back to school. They don't need the added stress of their cards not working properly. This Kohls was way more organized and clean than the San Marcos store however still frustrating. Returns and Exchanges at this place can be quite frustrating, if you use any sort of discount such as Kohl's cash or a % off and purchase an item which is defective and try to exchange it, only to find out that there are no more in stock it puts you in a "weird" spot. 1) if you just want to return the item you lose out on your Kohl's cash 2) if you want to exchange it, it has to be for the exact same retail price as the item you originally purchased, this seems easy enough until you look at a lot of the items which have a sort of weird retail price. Then if you have to go to another store to pick up an item that is out of stock at one Kohl's, you may find out that the price is different at the other location. I have found it increasingly difficult to find things at any Kohl's that they keep in stock for more than what seems like a few weeks anymore either. read more

Really really need a bench or chairs outside the fitting rooms. It really sucks having to use another fitting room to sit and wait for teenage girls to try on clothes, or to just stand for hours, especially when you have toddlers, babies or elderly people shopping with you. I know it sounds petty but honestly, I wont come back to shop here when it's just a hassle. I'll go to Macy's or JCPenney where there are benches. Pros: Large, clean store Huge selection of clothing items including a very nice petite section (I always have a hard time finding decent petite clothes) Regular sales and promotions Store is not crowded They mail a $10 gift card every once in a while Cons: Seems a bit pricey for me (department store prices). One shopping trip and only a few items later, I ended up spending over $100. This is such a typical department store experience and why I almost never shop in department stores anymore. Layout is a bit funky -but that may just have been the size of the store. This place is BIG! Location is kind of eh Why are the things on sale never in my size? Grrr.... I really like this Kohl's. They have a lot of stock, their car pickup service is great, and the staff is really friendly. However, I'm upset with management because they are not enforcing the mask mandate. And for customers, put on the dang mask! Staff that work here have to wear it the entire time that they are working. You can't put it on for the less than one hour that you were wandering the store or the five minutes that you are in the store when dropping off an Amazon return. Show some respect! read more
