My everyday purse was purchased here and has been spilled on, dropped several times, and my purse is still going strong looking just as new lol. All all my makeup is from the Sephora inside the store, which is so convenient. I've also had really great experiences with customer service. One time I lost my AirPods, and they were so kind and helpful--offering to help find them and even taking my contact information to follow up. Everyone is just so friendly. Overall, such a great shopping experience every time!

The overall shopping experience is noticeably better at the Amazon Fresh around the corner, which has become my preference for regular grocery runs. That said, I do have to give credit where it's due: Order Pickup has been consistently reliable and accurate, which is mostly how I use this location now. It's the closest Target to me, so the convenience factor is there, but I've pretty much stopped coming here for regular grocery or shopping trips because of the in-store experience. Fine in a pinch, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I got my Labubu some crocs here for $10 and it came with the cutest charms. Prices run a bit higher, but you're paying for convenience compared to ordering from the official source like PopMart, which often sells out. The staff were very nice and helpful. The last time i was in there were about 5 people behind the counter but they kept walking away from there registers, so there were only 2 to 3 ringing up and doing exchanges. There seemed to be no sense of urgency at all for the over 15 customers in line that wrapped around. Instead of trying to get the line down, they were either talking forever to customers about random things, or playing with hangers, or a clipboard. The other tasks they were doing could have been done either later, or done by just 1 of them not 2 or 3 at a time. Then they want to ask you to get a credit card after you finally do get to the register, and it's more frustrating when you tell them no, and they keep going.

However, their clearance racks arent your typical 50 or 70% off. Its maybe 20 or 25. Good prices still, though.

An impatient patron behind me in line was not social distancing or wearing a mask!!! He carried on about how long he was waiting and that they needed more people at check out, the mandate does not allow for that at the moment. I turned to him and told him he just needed to be patient because the employees were doing what they can. I asked him to back up because he was at my heels WITHOUT a mask. With that he proceeds to yell and carry on stating that I swore at him and I am a racist!!! The employee NOT checking customers out told ME that I needed to calm down!!! I will be filing a formal complaint, because my understanding is no mask, no service......this irate customer was never asked to put a mask on or to leave the store. Due to lack of employee training of customer conflict, the person being assaulted and following guidelines was the "bad guy" here. I am disgusted by the outcome!!
