My everyday purse was purchased here and has been spilled on, dropped several times, and my purse is still going strong looking just as new lol. All all my makeup is from the Sephora inside the store, which is so convenient. I've also had really great experiences with customer service. One time I lost my AirPods, and they were so kind and helpful--offering to help find them and even taking my contact information to follow up. Everyone is just so friendly. Overall, such a great shopping experience every time!

The next closest one is in Escondido for reference, which isn't far but a little out of the way for me. This location is super clean and smells like leather! They have a pretty wide variety in their stock and the displays look good. We did have a small hiccup with our cashier giving us a boot from a different brand, but their manager was able to sort it out for us super easily and also offered a discount as an apology. Their customer service is a great and that interaction alone was enough to make me come back.

Perhaps what's also pretty clutch is the fact that I can rent to pick-up in one location, use it, then return it at any Men's Wearhouse location. Case in point, I needed a suit for my niece's Confirmation. I was able to pick up my suit from my home location (in L.A.), go to the ceremony in San Diego, then drop it off at a location in S.D. Marvin couldn't have been any nicer. As soon as I walked-in, he happily greeted me & took care of my return. In addition, he didn't hesitate to answer any + all of my questions. The cherry on top? However, several issues have been making my shopping experience increasingly uncomfortable. I often feel like I'm being watched. When I walk down an empty aisle, someone seems to appear almost immediately, and they stand very close to me. The self‑checkout area is especially uncomfortable -- the employee there watches me so closely that it feels accusatory. I've never stolen anything in my life; I'm the person who turns in lost cell phones. This is the only store where I ever feel this way, and it's discouraging. The large blue baskets employees push around are another concern. I've been bumped or hit by them more than once. Recently, an item I canceled at checkout was accidentally left in my cart by an employee. I drove back to return it because I didn't want anyone to get in trouble, but the situation added to my frustration. The produce section also needs improvement. Some items are fine, but the potatoes are often old, and the lettuce is frequently wilted. The layout of the produce area makes things worse -- the slanted tables and narrow pathways cause constant congestion, and customers end up bumping into each other. I hope these issues can be addressed. I like this store and want to continue shopping here but thinking of changing to a different store. The overall experience has become stressful. Improving the layout, produce quality, and customer interactions would make a big difference.
