Back in late June 2021, I was still struggling to find a dress for an upcoming wedding in the beginning of July! With only about 2 weeks left, I finally found the dress of my dreams, but the only problem was, it didn't zip up all the way in the back. I called Linda to see if she could work her magic. She said to give her a week and she'd get it done. And she did! I thought it was going to take a ton of adjustments and that it may not be possible, but Linda went above and beyond. She is an incredible woman, kind and patient, and I will be back to her (in a heartbeat!) for any future needs. She's the very best there is!

Further, I guess they think the majority of women are a size small. Check out the sections, 60-70% of the product is in size small and anything else is very poorly represented. Training is needed for staff. Use of cuss words and loud shouting and frankly ignoring buying customers is truly truly bewildering. I share this having purchased a dress where the attendant ripped the tag off so in case I wanted to return or exchange that wouldn't be an option. This wasn't on clearance or anything special. Just one of the very few size large dresses available. I wish they would get their act together because prices are fair and I love the concept. So much easier than thrifting, but at the expense of listening to teenagers act unprofessional and lack of proper size options..... no thanks.
