Frankly, I'm obsessed with Vuori. You thought your lulus were soft, try on a pair of performance joggers and you'll know what soft really is. The Vuori store itself is great! It's located in the shopping center near the Sky Deck end. The store can be popping on the weekends but they've got lots of employees that are super friendly and helpful. They were quick to ask us if we needed help and offer suggestions. Another huge huge HUGE plus to this store is how easy the returns are. We accidentally ordered the wrong size of an item at a discounted price but they didn't have any in store. They were able to quickly return them and reorder the right size online to be shipped to our house and still reflect the discount. I've been a diehard fan of a similar brand but my colleague keeps raving about this place so I decided to check it out since I was in the same center. They're located on the lower level, near Skydeck. Their clothing is not cheap, but it is def good quality. I feel like the men's section has more office appropriate attire while the women's section is straight athletic/leisure wear. But in relation to this location, staff here are sooooooooo friendly and super helpful! Esp the men who work here..they seem to be more approachable and nicer than their female counterparts. I didn't even know this clothing store was in the his shopping center. I've been to their Encinitas store but always thought they only sold men's athletic wear. This Del Mar location is brand spankin' new. It's not a huge space but enough where you feel there's a good enough selection (both men and women) to browse. They're located by the new Jimbos. I didn't think the staff was very helpful until we started picking out stuff to try on. The dressing room was spacious enough (with curtains as doors). We really liked the joggers. I would compare the prices to Lululemon. The pants felt super soft and comfortable (not really meant for exercising though). They do stretch out so I'd recommend buying a smaller size. I asked if they offer any promos or anything for first time customers. They said the center (Del Mar Highlands) sends out a promo booklet to neighborhood where there's a 20% off coupon for this store. So that would be a great coupon to have if you live in this area. I did appreciate the staff's helpfulness and kindness. They are a nice addition to this expanding shopping center. read more

This location has nice and helpful employees. Everyone seems happy, is welcoming and offers to start you a fitting room. The prices are up there like other high end workout brands. I love their Sherpa coat. I wish they brought it back to the original length like last year. This year they made it two inches longer. I would buy every color if they did! The dream knit material is so nice and buttery soft. You could live in it, feel so lightweight and free. I will continue to come to this location over Encinitas. A great sportswear store based in Encinitas. Prices are not cheap. This boutique is located in Del Mar. I have purchased many items here from various shorts to dress khakis and sweats. Made to fit an athletic build they are so comfortable I find myself wearing this brand almost exclusively. The dress chinos are form fitting , fast wicking, very good stretch so you can work out in them or take a night out in The town with a sports coat. As I said not cheap but I'll take these over lulu lemon and I have a few of those as well. Also I find a better balance here between mens and women's clothing. Literally walked in and was welcomed with blank faces or completely ignored by the employees on the floor this evening. The store maybe had 2-3 customers including myself at the time. Another reviewer mentioned the employees lacked friendliness and I couldn't agree more. I asked for assistance with a size and a female employee rudely grabbed the item from me and went back to check. She Returned with the item, but was not friendly at all! She might as well have shoved the item in my face. This left me with a horrible experience. Customer service lacked and this particular employee was quite stuck up to say the least. Funny thing is, we personally know folks at Vuori's corporate. They definitely need to improve on treating every customer the same and with kindness. read more

I usually don't write reviews but this time I thought I would take the time and give recognition where recognition is due! I had a gift that was the wrong size. The problem was that this specific item was only available online (which I did not know until I got to the store). I was not sure if a size down would be the right call so Gabe (Gabriel, the shift supervisor) offered an elegant solution to my problem. He suggested I try on a different shirt that had the same cut. I found out the size down was the way to go. And since it was a gift and only available only, he reached out to their customer service so that I would be taken care of and able to purchase the shirt online without any problems! Anything I have ever bought from Vuori has been absolutely top notch, super soft, and high enough quality to wear to the office if needed, but perfect for casual wear too. I LOVE the Meta Pants and have 3 pairs, and their hats and the shorts are perfect for workouts too! The Ponto Short is literally the SOFTEST piece of clothing you will ever put on!!! The store is immaculate and great location! There are a ton of friendly and knowledgeable staff, and I never felt rushed. They make returns super easy too. Not impressed. I tried on a couple pairs of yoga pants. Not sure what all the hype is about. I liked the yoga pants I wore into the shop better and they were a quarter the price. My husband bought a couple pairs of their shorts. By the way, their restroom has a sign on the door saying it's unavailable for use and to use the public restroom which is all the way down on the other side of the shopping center. Incidentally, I saw a couple employees use the restroom. Like, seriously??? Just another reason I stopped shopping at the shops in this shopping center. Very snobby and pretentious. read more

Vuori is the best. Their clothes quality for both men and women is top notch and their clothes last for years unlike Lululemon which pill pretty quickly after wearing. I only shop at Vuori now for leggings and pants and workout attire. I love how they involve the community and offer local pop up workouts often and support other local businesses. My husband loves their Kore shorts having 4 pairs and pretty much all he lives in. I also love the face their stuff stretches. I have a XS jumpsuit and zip up jacket that I can still fit in now at 8 months pregnant ! Worth every $$! read more

I came into this location for an exchange and had such a wonderful experience in store with Kim and Gabriel!  Kim did a great job helping me find the item I was looking to exchange. We were not able to find the exact item but she gave me a great recommendation for an item that was similar to what I was looking for. She also did a wonderful job showing me items she really enjoyed and pointing out new colors in store.  Gabriel was so great up at cash helping with my exchange! The exchange process does take some time, but he walked me through what he was doing every step of the way and was so easy to talk to. He even recommended some other products that he knows other women in store love!  You can tell both of these individuals love what they do and are proud to be working for Vuori! I did not want to give into the hype but their performance joggers are life changing! Yes they are pricey but i wore mine for 2 weeks straight since I got them. They are great for spinning, weight training, running errands, lounging around the house, pretty much anything! They have a put together look without looking sloppy. I originally purchased the small without trying them on but had to go back to exchange them for an extra small. I prefer them more fitted. The only thing I would change about these joggers is to make deeper pockets or add zipper pockets like the men's version! I am actually considering buying another pair! LOVE supporting this San Diego local brand....rock on! read more

I have been a customer for years and obviously a big fan. I was surprised to see a new location at the Forum and happily ventured in. Two young employees at the register made eye contact and no greeting as I looked at merchandise up front. They were not helping customers and I was surprised neither one said anything to me. I ventured all the way to the back and no greeting until another female employee..a bit older approached me after a few minutes. I'm surprised at the lack of service, I worked for Nordstrom for 20 years and learned the exceptional customer is key. Your company is growing fast and I do hope that service along with excellent product go hand in hand. I would have bought some early gifts but the lack of service disappointed me. I usually frequent the store in Del Mar and the service is spot on. I'm not sure I'll come back to this location even though it is more convenient. read more

We got a vibe they just didn't want us there. Both employees stayed behind the counter talking and laughing the entire time we visited. I love vuori but this was just bad customer service. Stopped in the Del Mar location to see what all the hype was about and this location definitely did not disappoint! From the moment I entered the store to the time I left I felt welcomed and wanted. (Rare these days, especially in retail locations) The staff was extremely friendly and went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable during these trying times. I am a taller guy and have issues with the length in the majority of pants. The gentleman who was assisting me had extremely thorough product knowledge and understood my needs/wants & quickly directed me to the perfect fit. I ended up purchasing multiple pairs of The Meta pant as I can dress them up and dress them down very easily. I work in an industry where I interact with hundreds of people everyday and I can promise you I will be sending them to Vuori Del Mar to pick these up!
