The store is also full of San Diego memorabilia which is great for kids etc. What makes it a fun experience is the owner. He is the only person that I have dealt with each time I have been there. He is extremely attentive and makes it a fun experience for everyone. Doesn't hurt that the view from store looks over downtown and the San Diego bay.

Bad experience on Memorial Day. Visited Columbia to take advantage of their holiday special of…read morereceiving a $25 gift card on purchases over $100 (as displayed throughout the store on signs). When checking out, cashier said they were out of those gift cards and the sale no longer exists. Despite signs for promotion being displayed. We asked to speak to a manager that said the same thing. We then decided to return the items since we were purchasing mainly to take advantage of promotion. The cashier then spoke to the manager again and came back with a gift card saying they did have ONE more gift card for us! Makes me wonder if they are using gift cards for themselves rather than for guests. Did not purchase, don't plan on coming back. Would have given No stars as review if possible.

I joined this morning for a Run Hyper Tour 5K event sponsored by Addidas and it was great to do a…read morefun run in the morning, check out some new merchandise, try out some foods and drinks and also meet new friends that enjoy running too! Unfortunately, the shoes I demo'd didn't work for me. I am a 8.5 women's, however, these were too small for me and half way thru running my 5K, both my feet were numb and it just made the rest of my run a bit more tortuous than usual. Its odd, but Addidas shoes have never worked out for me, ever. Its not made for people like me with weird feet haha. But, I had a great time here! I got to try out Pop Up Bagels (yummy and legit), I got a very nice Road Runner long sleeve T shirt and also a water bottle, all things I was not expecting to get! I also met a cool friend who's a legend around here and she gave me a bunch of tips on finding run clubs etc, so that was super sweet! After the event, at 10am, I browsed the store and damn its huge and with plenty of treadmills too so you can try out your shoes before buying! I didnt buy anything today but I will be back!
