The last time i was in there were about 5 people behind the counter but they kept walking away from there registers, so there were only 2 to 3 ringing up and doing exchanges. There seemed to be no sense of urgency at all for the over 15 customers in line that wrapped around. Instead of trying to get the line down, they were either talking forever to customers about random things, or playing with hangers, or a clipboard. The other tasks they were doing could have been done either later, or done by just 1 of them not 2 or 3 at a time. Then they want to ask you to get a credit card after you finally do get to the register, and it's more frustrating when you tell them no, and they keep going.
