    Cuteness! Such clever products.

I really, really wish this location enforced social distancing better. Not so much the employee's fault as it's corporates fault. There was no one accounting for capacity at the front door, unlike some of the other stores. The sign at the front says they will only allow 25 customers at a time, but I've seen double that amount on a weekend. If you're going to do your part as a location and enforce social distancing, please actually keep to your word. Some of us here actually worry about getting sick. The typo extension they have in there is absolutely microscopic and is always packed to the gills with people. The Cotton On itself is always, ALWAYS packed with people and it is like a labyrinth trying to get out. Never have I almost had an anxiety attack in a store before, being packed like a sardine. I really like their products here, though. Cute stationery and cuter clothes. Pre-covid, I would come in here all the time and pick out all the cute stationery and knickknacks I could ever want. They sell some pretty cute stuff here. I just wish they cared more about social distancing.

What doesn't this place sell? They have the cutest baby + children clothing and at a good price. The options for women are huge, I found everything I was looking for and more because of the sale they had going on. In the corner they have the most amazing novelty stuff, things you wouldn't even think of but absolutely need once you see them.

Please be aware when Cotton On Advertise 40% off entire store with no exclusion written. They should honor what they promote. I went in to the store bc of the promotion. Unfortunately when I went to the register to purchase baby clothes - the 40 % didn't apply to baby clothes. Talked to a manger and she didn't even bother to care. I walked out not buying anything. Lost a customer!

I'm going to keep this review short: if you have children, you HAVE to check out their new baby/toddler/kids section!!! Their clothes are seriously sooo cute that I wanted to buy everything in the store! Their clothes are hip and trendy (similar prices to H&M but the clothes are more edgy). See attached photo! Check them out--located in Fashion Valley Mall (near JC Penney's). Everything in the store is under $30. And if you don't have children, don't worry...it's still worth checking out their men's/women's department :)! Happy shopping! I'll be baaaack (**in an Arnold accent**)

located on the base floor of the fashion valley mall....below Forever 21 (H&M is above and cross from it)

sometimes you just want comfortable clothes. there is a time and place for the suck-in-my-stomach, can't-really-breath, why-the-hell-am-i-torturing-myself..oh-yeah-i-want-to-look-cute uncomfortable clothes days. But let's face it....some days you just want to say 'the hell with it, im gonna wear a moo moo.' Well, Cotton On offers a wonderful compromise. Comfortable clothes that is also cute. and as an added bonus, pretty much dirt cheap. Hooray, the moo moo can stay in the closet! Not to say I can't rock a moo moo. Add a belt, stilettos, some dangly earrings....might have something there. But for now I choose to get my cotton on instead. Today I bought, quite possibly, THE most comfortable long-sleeved shirt dress. The fabric feels like butter and it was on sale for $9.80. Hell yes i want you. Offering both male and female clothing and accessories, this is definitely a place to check out. Simple - yet trendy - comfortable clothes at a good price. Not to mention a business with a cause: when you check out they ask if you would like to purchase one of their $2 products whose proceeds benefit the Cotton On foundation. http://www.cottononfoundation.org/ These aussies are alright.

My 2 month old is wearing a size 3-6 month. Love the diagonal two sided zipper, makes diaper changes easy and zipper doesn't hurt her chin.

(I got the 3rd price at a Frida Kahlo look alike contest and one of the prizes was a $25 certificate to purchase something at the Bazaar del Mundo in Old Town). So excited to go back to Old Town with no traffic, not too many tourists and not too many expectations. And then found Ariana. Nice name for a woman and not bad for a store filled with surprise after surprise. If you like colorful and different type of clothes, this is your place. My first thought was that they were mostly catering older ladies, but the pieces are very versatile and several age groups friendly. They all have in common cool colors, pattern and whimsy! I spent a long time in the second floor (where the sales are, trying to maximize those $25!) and tried out wonderful dresses with no pressing, no hassle, all the time of this world. What a pity that everything I liked was either too small or too large, but equally pretty. Eventually I got a very cool tote bag with inspirational messages (by artist Kelly Rae Roberts, coincidentally one of my favorites) that was 50% off plus the cutest pair of socks depicting a very funny (who would say considering she always posed so serious) Frida Kahlo! Prices are touristy but check the upper floor for deals. The ladies working there are amazing, very helpful and have all the time the customer wants. I felt like I was invited to a home party surrounded by beautiful objects with warm women. Only missing thing for me there was a cup of tea and some cookies...I would have stayed even longer. So grateful for this prize and for discovering Adriana. I will come back and check the collection of lavender, purple and fuchsia wallets and also the Mexican silver jewelry. It was a feast for my eyes.

These two older saleswomen really made our visit sad and we won't be back. I understand, as I work in retail, how it is to have customers coming in right before closing but I would never be so rude. A simple "hello, welcome in, please be aware we will be closing at 6" would have been fine! Not even a smile or a response to my greeting from either of them... Just evil stares. I stopped into the Johnson House and immediately wondered why I had never bought anything there. Everything in there is so fabulous. There was a purse there that was so shiny and pretty, and it kept calling to me: "You want me. Buy me. I'll be your Christmas present. I love you and I know you love me." Well... how could I deny that little purse a forever home? I bought it and used it that very night at a Christmas Eve dinner party. From now on, whenever I visit my mom, I'm going to go to the Johnson house and make a purchase. I can't wait to see what I'm going to buy the next time I'm in San Diego. :) P.S. My mom and I had Christmas buffet at Humphreys on 12/25 and I put my little purse on our table as a centerpiece. It was so pretty! Besides the fact that parking is a frank issue in this location, what with currently unenforceable requirements to pay for parking (either managed by the private lot or by the City), assuming this is also meant for people who are just stopping by to drop something off, this location is small but very quaint. It is very prone to being very crowded. However, the décor is a worthy sight for sore eyes: it truly is a lovely setup they have. I encountered a couple of lovely women who appeared to be running the shop, and inquired about how much clothing they're willing to take. It seems that they can only take a heavily limited amount of such, and I was able to drop off a kitchen trash bag's worth of clothes. I didn't complain, because I understand (at least mostly, since I fully realised and acknowledged it shortly after I left) the limited capacity they have to work with. The entire transaction was painless and easy. I do recommend stopping here for the reasons above, and to be reasonably wary of the environment you will be getting yourself into. I plan on coming here again if I ever have to donate anything in particular.

The fashion Valley Mall tho, is my main mall. This is the mall where I actually do most of my shopping. Pros: *Surprisingly easy parking (a rare mall miracle) *Huge mix of stores from bougie to budget - Louis Vuitton, Coach, Hollister, Macy's, Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus, H&M, Zara, and Gucci to name a few *Open-air vibe with palm trees; very San Diego aesthetic with a tropical feel; complete with fountains and artistic landscaping *Solid food options with a food court, cafes, and kiosks, Cheesecake Factory, Seasons 52, and my fav, True Food Kitchen *Clean and well-maintained and easy to wander around *There's a lot of variety here to keep you entertained *They have seasonal events that is a nice addition to shopping Cons: *Felt oddly empty for a Sunday..kinda eerie but it may be an introvert paradise *Dangerous for your wallet (you will overspend) *Some stores seem like they're hanging on by a thread *Malls just don't hit like they used to despite the pros- mainly because everything has gone up!
