I wasn't especially impressed with this place - I love Vuori clothing and have several items from this brand. We don't have a specific Vuori store in Virginia near me so I was excited to come inside and try on some styles I've been eyeing for a while for fit. I also browsed the sale section in the back and found some leggings I loved. While trying on clothing one of the sales associates was clearly flirting with a girl back there and was paying a lot of attention to her for about 10-15 minutes and never ever said hi to me. Not the biggest issue but, rude! Could've at least asked if I was doing ok... but, he only had eyes for her. Ha. Gorgeous fitting rooms, but really dark inside with some warm lighting but didn't offer enough light to actually really look at the clothing and make sure there were no issues. I had to use the light on my phone to double-check and I'm glad I did, bc the pants had a lot of runs in them. I spoke to someone at the front who said if I ordered off the site I wouldn't get the same pants as their fulfillment doesn't come from stores - we will see. I ordered the same size as in the store and I'm going to be mad if those arrive in the mail in a few days... read more

VUORI @ FASHION VALLEY Parking is available in any of the mall's parking garages, and all are free. However, I highly recommend parking near H&M or Zara, as there tends to be more availability and it's only a short walk to Vuori. I've always been a big fan of Vuori's clothing, especially when shopping for my boyfriend. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and while it was fairly busy and parking was a bit challenging due to the weekend crowds, we were still able to find a spot. Vuori is located on the second floor of Fashion Valley, conveniently close to the upstairs food court. I love the overall aesthetic of the store, it's spacious, bright, and the clothing feels high-quality. I especially enjoy browsing the men's section, particularly their shorts and jackets. I ended up purchasing a jacket for my dad for around $140, and the quality really stood out, especially the buttons and overall design. Had an Incredible experience today when I went to the Vuori store I took in my favorite Kore shorts because the back pocket stitching had come undone as well as another pocket and another shirt had pilling. Natalia and Spencer were Amazingly Friendly nothing but the top tier Vuori hospitality experience I expected, but not assumed. I received 2 gift cards, one for the shorts and one for the shirt that came in a pack of 3. Natalia and Spencer refunded the whole pack value price which is AMAZING and going above and beyond for the company reputation, I used the gift cards to purchase the same kore shorts and another Beautiful shirt. I've converted everyone I know and now we're all walking around wearing the same performance joggers because they are just that soft. Vuori's clothing is like a pillow. But what's nice is they've got clothing that looks ultra casual to sleek and chic. Each item comes in a variety of colors so you can have a short for each day of the week. I actually recently bought a winter coat from here. Yes, I realize this is San Diego, so it's for a Europe trip, but I loved getting a coat that's so cozy and comfortable, a usual non-coat wearer will want to wear it. Not one person acknowledged me as a customer and did not ask if I was looking for anything in particular. With my past experience working in retail, we made sure we engaged with the customer as they walk in the store. The staff here failed to do that. I ended up leaving and driving to the Vuori at Del Mar Highlands Town Center and received much better service. read more
