We made an appointment ahead of time and they called to confirm before our visit. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and immediately paired with Janelle, who was wonderful. She was so helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire appointment and really made the experience special. The store is large, clean, and has a great selection of dresses at reasonable prices. My sister found her dress, and we got to do the fun bell ringing to celebrate! The cashier was also super friendly and helpful. Parking is a little unusual. You have to drive through the Mimi's Cafe parking lot to get to the small parking lot behind David's Bridal, then walk around to the front entrance. It's a little awkward, but not a big deal once you know where to go. I can't wait to come back to look at bridesmaid dresses for myself! It's about a 40-minute drive from North County for me, but the experience made it totally worth it.

Location is easy to find but street parking can be challenging. Upon arrival, you sign the sign-in sheet with name and number. I brought in a $110 pair of jeans needing alteration. I haven't worn baggy clothes since the 90s. But it's "in trend" again and didn't want the bottom of my pants dragging on the floor. They have a tiny corner they made into a "dressing" area and they did the measuring for me. It needed to be shortened but to keep the original bottoms in which they called "hem". Hem was vague and I had to communicate "original bottoms/hem" in the event someone re-reads "hem" incorrectly. She then puts on the receipt $15 which is regular alteration price and I had again to verify "this is for original bottoms" and she said yes and I had to re-correct her on her own pricing to $18 so there is no miscommunication of what service I need done and what I'm paying for. She couldn't log my service into the computer because it was down so she wrote me a paper order. A week later, I lost that paper order assumed they have a copy of that because I got the pink slip which is the carbon copy of the original. She didn't. They never logged my order in whenever their computer came back on. They didn't remember me. I had to explain what was altered, tried to show them I signed the log-in sheet with my name and number (seems useless, looks like they don't even archive that), and had to describe the pair of jeans. Luckily they found it but I think that was a bit disorderly. I checked the quality and it was great. Original bottoms aka hem was achieved! Will be back for more alterations on my baggy clothes. First of all, they give you a free tie for an in store review ... So consider that when reading these 5 star reviews. 1. Bought a suit there a few weeks ago for an important event this Saturday. Even though sign outside says $129/for suit, when I checked out they wouldn't honor the sign, but I liked the suit so I paid the $200 extra also paid for alterations at that time. Extra $30+ 2. The lady working did not take my measurements, instead I tried on different suits of different styles and color in store until I was comfortable. That should have been my first sign this place was less than a professional suit store. 3. No one called when my suit came in, I had to keep calling. 4. Finally someone found my suit, on one of the days I called so I went in to pick it up and have the alterations done. 5. Jacket was too small. Workers response..."Its the same size as the suit you tried on that you said fit..." I said but this one clearly is too small as my sleeves came up to my elbows in front of her. Her response..."No refunds." 6. Pants were too big. Her response, "They came with the jacket." No refunds, exchange is $50 and will take a week." 7. No refunds per employee, exchange was going to be $40-50 for each item and take a week. I had 2 days until my event. 8. "Alterations only included my pant legs, to hem the waist was another $40-$50 and would take a week". 9. She would not refund my alterations cost so I could have them done at a real alterations facility, so I let her. I'm going to try to upload the pant leg Pics that she did from her sewing machine. It was so bad I had to pay to have it redone at Yoons alterations in Coronado, along with the bringing in the pant waist (total from her $20 by the way). I'm a business owner, and when my customers are unhappy, I do what I can to make it right. They refused to correct their wrong measurements, and crappy alterations without charging more money. In a panic, my fiancée gave me the info for the gentlemen's tux club and I called... Vanessa answered and was an absolute life saver. She calmed my nerves when she said they had all white jackets and could see me that day!!!!! The whole experience from getting there, the fitting, and the customer service was AMAZINGGGGG! We tried a few different styles with Vanessa, she measured me correctly and totally eased my mind! John, the owner also came out and congratulated us on our marriage and was overall great to us. Bought two different style of jeans here and spent over $220. They offer tailoring in-store - free day of purchase for raw or standard and I discount price for original hem. You can always come back with your receipt and pay for the hem which ranges from $10 - $30 (which I don't feel is worth it and you can find good tailoring elsewhere for half the price of each hem style). Levi is always a "safe" Jean. I'm not going to lie, I haven't own a pair of Levi's jeans since my 20s. Thru the years I've found brands that fit my body better or the material of jeans was what I was shopping for. Baggy has been in and for someone who grew up in the 90s this sounds like a dream come true but at this fine age, it's not as appealing but it's what's being sold. I've been very picking looking for the right "come back" style to come back to my figure and it's been tough. I've also decide to diversify my baggy Jean collections and wanted to throw in Levi's in the mix. Baggy jeans come in different styles - though baggy just looks baggy. Bought two different style of jeans here and spent over $220 - kind of pricey but feel they will last a long time even past the trend. One of them I customized a pants button for $5 - they have a selection of colors to pick from. Went with metallic rainbow and the button had SF CAL written on it. Will be back! First, a review of the store itself - I, like many women, HATE shopping for jeans. Hate hate hate…read morehate. I hate shopping in general, but jeans have always stressed me out (more on that below). I asked the first gal I saw for help, told her what I bought last time and that I lost some weight and needed help in finding the right jeans and that my main focus is fit and POCKETS. In her defense, I was standing in front of the women's jeans (but honestly, I hadn't noticed it). She went through her basic questions about style/fit and I just nodded and had no idea what she was saying. Then she was done with her description, so I just waved at what I was standing in front of and said "I guess these are fine" (like, literally, that is what I said). So she hooked me up with a pair from that section and a couple of others (I walked off with three total pairs). While I guessed the wrong size and they didn't fit (which I expected, and I told her as much because I really suck at shopping), my biggest problem was that the pockets absolutely sucked (read that as 'too small'). The line for the dressing rooms was HUGE and that added to my stress so I was ready to give up and head home, but fortunately Amber was working at the fitting room. I took a chance and asked her some questions and, again, mentioned what I was looking for and she went and found me men's jeans that fit my requirements (size and POCKETS). Because she was so helpful, I ended out getting multiple pairs and even went online to buy some shorts when I got home (I was so stressed out that I forgot I wanted shorts). Next up, rating the Levi shopping experience: They offer a lot of styles and sizes and fits, which seems like the right thing to do, but there are too many options and if you're stressed about the experience that is exasperated by the options available. As I mentioned above, I forgot that I wanted a pair of jean shorts so came home and shopped online so that I could get what I wanted. I noticed that online they actually offered MORE sizes than what the store had (we only saw even numbered waists in the store and they offered odd numbers online as well). So I decided to pull up the sizing guide of the jeans that I had just purchased and discovered that it doesn't appear that their sizing is really waist sizing, and varies slightly based on what you're looking at (adding images for you from their website: women's bottoms is from the shorts page I was on, women's 501 curve, and men's 501 is the one that isn't labeled). There isn't a huge difference, but makes shopping at home for something other than what you have a little more difficult. One last thing I'd like to mention about my Levis experience - their Rewards program. We were in this exact store a few months ago and made a pretty large purchase, no one mentioned that Rewards program at the time. This time the gal checking us out mentioned it, we weren't members so she suggested we sign up right then and there. QR code takes you to their website and you have to create an ID and password. I'm sorry to sound old, but REALLY? There's a line of folks and I have to create a login RIGHT NOW to qualify for your rewards, include inputting a password? My fat fingers weren't cooperating and, again, I hate the pressure of people staring at me, so I literally said "F this" and told her not to worry about this. Come on, Levis, it's 2025 - let me just give you a cell number or email address to start earning rewards, then I can go home and create my login on my time. It doesn't appear that I can add information from my purchase receipt to get credit for the program., I spent time scrolling and even asked AI so I guess you can't. They provide some of the best customer service I've experienced in retail. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely know how to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Let's be honest--Fabletics isn't the cheapest brand out there, but it's hands down my favorite when it comes to quality, comfort, and fit. I've been wearing Fabletics since the brand first launched years ago, and I love that I can still walk into a store, try things on, and get personalized help from such an incredible team. Shopping online can sometimes feel overwhelming when you're trying to put outfits together, but Irene, Ashley, and Yvette make the process so easy. They always have great recommendations and truly go above and beyond to help you find pieces you'll love. This is by far my favorite Fabletics location because every time I visit, the staff is consistently welcoming and helpful. I just wanted to make sure these ladies know how much I appreciate the wonderful experience they create every time I walk through the door. She's so positive and friendly, it makes my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. The dressing rooms are large and comfortable, it's really easy to try things on. They have a great selection, but if they don't it's so easy to order online. The VIP subscription is totally worth it considering the deals on the clothes and you can skip the monthly charge anytime. Something weird happened with my online order, and Yvette, Ashley, and Jameli (I hope that's how it's spelled!) got it figured out.
