Stopped by this store today to do some Father's Day shopping. We were instantly helped by Arvid and he made the shopping experience very enjoyable. He was kind, courteous, and did his best to provide helpful suggestions along the way. The store had a lot of great selection and the customer service is awesome. We recommend checking this store out whenever you're at UTC. Thanks Arvid! read more

I had the best shopping experience ever at the La Jolla UntuckIt store, which I had visited before, with the manager, Cody, helping me; he was great! On this day, Cody was off, and Irina was there to help me with my selections from their new spring collection; I can't say enough about how great Irina was & how much she spent time on me trying on all the new shirts, pants, hats, shoes, and even a new spring pullover; I bought them all; that's how much I loved all their stuff & how Irina helped me with all my purchases; it was the best shopping day! I'm so happy with all my purchases, more than two weeks later; the quality of UntuckIt is amazing & their customer service, specially at the La Jolla store, is above & beyond! Thank you Cody & Irina read more

We consistently receive GREAT customer service from Cody Dufur at the La Jolla location. If I owned a company, I would hope that I would have an employee like him. He's not only kind, but you can tell he genuinely wants to help you. I can remember one time when the store was so busy and I can see how he touched on every client and made them feel seen even though he was a one-man show. I hope Untuckit knows how lucky they are to have an employee like Cody! read more

My fiancé absolutely love UNTUCKit clothes. We have been to the Mall of America location several times so we were excited to see a location at UTC. We were looking for an outfit for him for our wedding in Cancun. We easily found a pair of pants and a white shirt that will be perfect!! The customer service was average, he was pretty helpful but seemed a little annoyed we were there at the same time. read more

My boyfriend and I visited untuckit today and had a great experience! Cody helped us and was awesome. It's not always that you get top tier retail service! They made it super easy for us to return/exchange Christmas gifts for the right size. Definitely worth going into the store if you aren't 100% sure what to order online. Cody is the man! read more

Go see my guy Cody and Zion. These guys are awesome. These shirts are dope too. I won't wear anything else. Thanks gents. read more

I have to hand it to Cody at Untuckit. He took care of me. My shirt had a tear, and I called to let the store know. When Cody spoke to me, he was kind, calm and understanding. He is the definition of a great manager. He deserves a raise and promotion! He explained to me the process and I was very happy to do business with him. I will continue to buy more from Untuckit as Cody and his staff are amazing. I have been buying from Untuckit for years and plan to refer customers over as I am pleased with their service and improved craftsmanship. read more

Great customer service and lots of selection. If you haven't bought from UNTUCKit I highly recommend going to their store and not buying online so that you can gauge the sizes of the shirts first. They tend to be smallish compared to other brands. I definitively would not have bought the sizes I bought after trying the shirts on and would have had to return and reorder - what a pain. read more

Once Again we had an amazing experience with Irina at Untuckit. She has the best customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. Ask for Irina she is the Best! read more

Cody is AMAZING! I stopped coming to this location during Covid the sales staff were unpleasant to work with. I happen to stop back in about a year ago and I was helped by Cody a new staff member who was super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location! read more

Today we had one of the best shopping experiences ever. Kurt and Irena were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We live on the East Coast and will only shop in the Untuckit in Westfield UTC going forward. Highly recommend the store and most importantly Kurt and Irena. Amazing service! read more

I have been a big fan of UNTUCKit shirts for a few years. If you are considering buying from UNTUCKit and are in San Diego you should go to this store and see if Anastasiia is available. Anastasiia at the La Jolla location is awesome! She helped me find shirts that fit right, she followed up after my purchase, and then helped me fix a problem a few weeks later. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience. read more

My husband and I came into this shop and we looked around and asked about x-large and c-large shirts. Husband got his but I was over looked so I had to say something twice and finally got a "try on shirt". Husband wanted a shirt that was relaxed, but the store only had o e try on shirt so we had to wait. Mine was a little short so I asked about a longer size, options, ANYTHING, but again was not being helped so I talked to my husband and I decided they were not getting my money and left. Husband waited a bit and found me outside. He left because he was no being helped. What is with this store? Not buying and missed opportunities equals death of a mall store. read more

Great store , great selection and great service. Very happy with my purchase! The store manager is fantastic.

Love UNTUCKit shirts. I have several and they are great. The LaJolla store is fantastic. Everyone loves Michael! I buy the large, slimfit and they feel like they are custom made. Super comfortable shirts, great fit, great selection of fabrics and colors (but I'm partial to the nonwrinkle). Dress shirts or casual. You can't go wrong with this product. What a great idea for a product. read more

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Kristen. This wasn't my first time in here but I needed to be sized with their try on shirts they have. Boom, perfect fit and I told her what look I was going for. With my quick Google search she busted out what would be the exact outfit I was looking for. Kristen did a phenomenal job with helping me and my experience was easy, quick and honestly the best I've had anywhere else. Thank you Kristen! I'll be sure to rock that Navy blue and White outfit we created. read more

These shirts are amazing. The store staff helps out with finding your sizing and is very helpful. I get compliments on the polos / button downs from coworkers all the time at work. The quality and fit is the best in this price range. They also do first responder / military discounts. read more

I stopped by today to check the clearance section which always has past season style left overs to sort through if you missed out on previous seasons styles. As I entered the store Cody was quick to help providing outstanding customer service from start to finish! I wouldn't have found the hidden color I was looking for if it wasn't for Cody going above and beyond searching the back room stock for my correct size. I normally shop online but I plan on doing in store moving forward for the great customer service and tailored experience. Thanks Cody. read more

I want to give a shout out to the amazing staff at this store. Recently I visited with my son. We were in search of a few outfits for my son's new job. Cody took us under his wing and made the whole process so easy and fun for us. I recently returned to buy a few things for my son's birthday. Cody not only remembered us, he looked up the sizes in the computer and tried to find us some sale items in the back. He truly went above and beyond. His dedication to the brand, and knowledge of fabric and styles is extensive. Thanks to Cody's great customer service, we will definitely be back! read more

First class experience and amazing shirts! I just had the most pleasant shopping experience, possibly ever. The store manager, Cody, got me right into three perfect shirts in a matter of minutes. I've shopped in every other local, premium men's apparel store, and they do not measure up to the level of customer service and product knowledge that you receive from Cody. This should be the standard for all other clothing stores to strive for. The product mix is also incredible. It's rare that I walk into a place and walk out with three of anything that I like my very first time in the store and I am sure I'll already be coming back. Looking forward to wearing my new shirts and to coming back. read more

I didn't expect to find anything here that would fit but thanks to the intrepid work of Leti and Bree, I walked out a little more dapper and satisfied with my purchase. Pros: -knowledgeable and friendly staff -comfortable materials (all the shirts feel like unicorn skin) -entire shopping experience was pleasant -also... bourbon Cons: -most of the shirt colors weren't my cup of tea -some quantities weren't in stock -hard to discern what style of shirts I liked and if there were other options in that specific style if I didn't want to bother a sales rep I'll definitely be back to grab a couple more shirts and see what's new in their inventory. read more

Heard about the store from a friend. My wife and I walked in for the first time and were immediately greeted by Jorge (George). He was very informative and asked if I wanted to get fitted. We agreed and he was very helpful, I ended walking out with three shirts a very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the shirts. I will be a returning customer. Definitely recommend this store! read more

Thank you! Enjoyed my shopping experience. Anyone who serves four roses is a rock star in my book!

Must say, today Untuckit THOROUGHLY dropped the ball and lost a customer. After 3 tries with sizes ordering online, I go to the store (unaware one existed) in UTC mall. They had my size, but couldn't sell me it....because it was a "try on shirt only." Seriously? So we go online in the store to find some. No shirts anywhere in the USA in my size and it's not a hard size mind you. NONE! So why again won't you sell me the last one to exist sitting in your store? Also your web site touts my size all over a banner. So I returned all three shirts over $240 and went elsewhere. Johnston & Murphy once again pulls through with perfect true sizes and service. read more

I like the TV commercial for UNTUCKit by its founder, Chris Riccobono. My wife and I were at University Town Center in La Jolla yesterday. We walked by the UNTUCKit store. The only one in San Diego County. We walked in to check out the store. Cody Dufur, the Assistant Store Manager was there. We asked questions about what made UNTUCKit products unique. He explained the size differentials. I tried on a few long sleeve shirts. I got the size I needed. I decided to look at short sleeve shirts. Cody brought out a box of short sleeve shirts in my fitted size. I found one that had a super color and pattern in cotton. Tried it on. Bought it. Cody Dufur is a great assistant manager. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about all UNTUCKit products. He patiently took the time to educate us about UNTUCKit products. He is a great salesperson. Check out the UNTUCKit store. Hopefully, Cody will be working at the time. If not, I imagine you will be in good hands with the other assistant manager. read more

Hugh was an excellent salesman. A very comfortable shopping experience for a guy who does not like to shop.

My husband and I walked in the other day and was immediately greeted by George and his co- worker. They were extremely helpful, spent a lot of time to get the perfect outfit together and had all pieces steamed in a matter of minutes. We will definitely return. A great experience!! read more

The best thing resulting from the expansion of UTC is the addition of UNTUCKit. Previously, we had to drive to LA and we did that because these shirts are top quality. Going to their UTC store was a wonderful experience in shopping and largely because of Michael Kahiva Kaihe. We will go back often to experience their service and great products. Lois read more

Today was my first experience with, Untuck it- super happy! Was stoked they had a store as I didn't want to pick and choose online for clothes- ends up I'm an XL slim fit for cottons, and an L slim fit for their performance line- I bought 2 of the performance line shirts. Harley is the amazing girl that helped me literally try on 10 different shirts until we figured out the sizes. The entire staff is helpful and patient. Good people. I promise I'm not related to or friends with these guys- just an honest review of someone who is happy! 1,000% recommend! read more

Great shopping here thanks to Jacob and his honest opinion. Lots of nice shirts with a very friendly staff. I will be coming here more. The perfect place for me and collared shirts. And designed to be untucked. Thanks again Jacob. I appreciate the help. read more

I recently bought a couple shirts at UNTUCKit, after which I realized one was made of normal material and the other from what they call "performance" fabric, meaning it would stretch. While on a business trip, I needed to steam the "performance" fabric shirt to get some wrinkles out. I tried to be as gentle as I could, but the iron burned the material - I was disappointed! I took it back to the UNTUCKit store not thinking they would do anything about it, especially since I didn't have the receipt. To my surprise, they understood the situation and my satisfaction was important to them. It was Anna (I think), she was awesome, she replaced the damaged shirt with one of normal material shirts with no questions. Talk about Nordstrom-like service... great job UNTUCKit! read more

Have heard tons of advertising from these guys; enough that it warrant a visit to their store front at the university town center mall and I am glad I did. From the moment you step inside their friendly staff is there to not only help but they even offered me a drink!! Most importantly their shirts are amazing and top quality and because of both River and Leticia I purchased at least 3 shirts!! Thanks guys!! read more

Wish I could give 6 stars! UNTUCKit makes the best shirts and I have been buying mine online for a while now. Last week I came across their newly opened store at Westfield UTC San Diego and decided to take a look around. I was blown away! Michael, the store manager, and his team are very service-oriented. They help put me into the proper shirt size for my body type and the fit is perfect! I walked out with a number of new shirts. Thank you UNTUCKit and THANK YOU Michael!!! read more
