Great customer service and lots of selection. If you haven't bought from UNTUCKit I highly recommend going to their store and not buying online so that you can gauge the sizes of the shirts first. They tend to be smallish compared to other brands. I definitively would not have bought the sizes I bought after trying the shirts on and would have had to return and reorder - what a pain. read more

My husband and I came into this shop and we looked around and asked about x-large and c-large shirts. Husband got his but I was over looked so I had to say something twice and finally got a "try on shirt". Husband wanted a shirt that was relaxed, but the store only had o e try on shirt so we had to wait. Mine was a little short so I asked about a longer size, options, ANYTHING, but again was not being helped so I talked to my husband and I decided they were not getting my money and left. Husband waited a bit and found me outside. He left because he was no being helped. What is with this store? Not buying and missed opportunities equals death of a mall store. read more

First class experience and amazing shirts! I just had the most pleasant shopping experience, possibly ever. The store manager, Cody, got me right into three perfect shirts in a matter of minutes. I've shopped in every other local, premium men's apparel store, and they do not measure up to the level of customer service and product knowledge that you receive from Cody. I like the TV commercial for UNTUCKit by its founder, Chris Riccobono. My wife and I were at University Town Center in La Jolla yesterday. We walked by the UNTUCKit store. The only one in San Diego County. We walked in to check out the store. Cody Dufur, the Assistant Store Manager was there. We asked questions about what made UNTUCKit products unique. He explained the size differentials. I tried on a few long sleeve shirts. I got the size I needed. I decided to look at short sleeve shirts. Cody brought out a box of short sleeve shirts in my fitted size. I found one that had a super color and pattern in cotton. Tried it on. Bought it. Cody Dufur is a great assistant manager. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about all UNTUCKit products. He patiently took the time to educate us about UNTUCKit products. He is a great salesperson. Check out the UNTUCKit store. Hopefully, Cody will be working at the time. If not, I imagine you will be in good hands with the other assistant manager. read more

Must say, today Untuckit THOROUGHLY dropped the ball and lost a customer. After 3 tries with sizes ordering online, I go to the store (unaware one existed) in UTC mall. They had my size, but couldn't sell me it....because it was a "try on shirt only." Seriously? So we go online in the store to find some. No shirts anywhere in the USA in my size and it's not a hard size mind you. NONE! So why again won't you sell me the last one to exist sitting in your store? Also your web site touts my size all over a banner. So I returned all three shirts over $240 and went elsewhere. Johnston & Murphy once again pulls through with perfect true sizes and service. read more

Today was my first experience with, Untuck it- super happy! Was stoked they had a store as I didn't want to pick and choose online for clothes- ends up I'm an XL slim fit for cottons, and an L slim fit for their performance line- I bought 2 of the performance line shirts. Harley is the amazing girl that helped me literally try on 10 different shirts until we figured out the sizes. The entire staff is helpful and patient. Good people. I recently bought a couple shirts at UNTUCKit, after which I realized one was made of normal material and the other from what they call "performance" fabric, meaning it would stretch. While on a business trip, I needed to steam the "performance" fabric shirt to get some wrinkles out. I tried to be as gentle as I could, but the iron burned the material - I was disappointed! I took it back to the UNTUCKit store not thinking they would do anything about it, especially since I didn't have the receipt. To my surprise, they understood the situation and my satisfaction was important to them. It was Anna (I think), she was awesome, she replaced the damaged shirt with one of normal material shirts with no questions. Talk about Nordstrom-like service... great job UNTUCKit! read more
