Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. Friday, Apr 1, a Verizon telephone line was snagged by a dump truck and pulled down on our street…read more The line is hanging across the road at an angle and the long part of the line laying on the road for a distance of 25 yards or more. It is on Oyster Bay Drive, Hollywood, Md. People have called and told Verizon---the Sheriff's office said they also called Verizon about this. The line is a hazard to cars driving on the road. Private citizens have placed hazard orange cones on the street and put a flashing light at night --- to help prevent an accident. It is extremely difficult if not almost impossible to get a 'real person' to report this. Numerous calls to Verizon end up in endless recordings, waiting on line for 20 minutes or more. Good ole Xfinity, smdh. I got a new cable service and went…read moreto downgrade with Xfinity yesterday and lo and behold everything's off this morning. They weren't even answering the phone. Have I been relegated to immateriality? I ran across a number online, did the "diagnostic" and clicked on appointment after it failed. I fully expected no one to show up considering I just clicked on, but whole Terry showed up 45 min later. Nice! Dude reset my modem and ran some diagnostics and after an 1+ - all was well. 5 stars for Terry. 1 star for Xfinity. I'm a half step from moving to Verizon.

The carrier would be AT&t and I was assured it would be good reliable service buy the salesman . Everything was good until the third week after I bought the phone, now I have no internet unless I drive somewhere and park in their parking lot with Wi-Fi. In the past 15 years I have never had a cell phone that did not have internet service, unless you were in a dead zone. I always had internet service at the house and when I drove out but now I do not. This was an H2O phone, and used the AT&t network. I guess I have to go to another carrier because this is ridiculous.

Do not go here!!! This photo is proof they damage my phone more. The tech name is there and all. I…read moreDO NOT RECOMMEND! My phone had a front screen minor crack. My phone was in perfect condition (minus the crack screen) . My iPhone 11 Pro was fully functional. I arrived to my appointment and gave then my phone . They said it will take 30 mins to fix my phone. Within those 30 mins they opened my phone. I sat outside in my car for 35 minutes. When I returned they stated they could not fix my screen because my volume up button does not work. They put my cracked screen back on the phone. I told him everything was fine with my phone until they touched it. I have to now wait for them to send me a new phone, but not the exact phone because the color I have is not in stock. To wrap it up , I took my phone there to get my screen fixed for 30 mins. They broke my phone even more. I currently have a phone that volume up button does not work, my facial recognition is not working, and I will receive a new phone that is not the color I initially picked out .
