Enjoyed this lunch spot & shop meeting a friend from out of town! This is a perfect midway point between austin and houston. The vibes were very cutesy and service was great! We came right at 11 when it opened and were greeted and seated quickly. We ended up sharing a sandwich and fries and it was the perfect portioned split lunch. Afterwards we perused the shop and walked around the exterior of the restaurant. Would definitely come back in the spring or fall when it's not so hot to enjoy the outdoor areas.

This is such a fun, cute, pretty place! We ate upstairs at the bar. The food was great and the drinks were too. Bartenders were nice and friendly.

The bar upstairs is so cute and the service is great! Would def recommend coming here for cocktails. The pasta was good- we also had a ceasar salad that was pretty decent as well. Overall a great place in round top to stop for drinks and food.

Great food, very cute mercantile with local & specialty goods. Authentic pizza oven made a difference. Cute bar upstairs!

This restaurant-and-retail store is hot and newish on the Round Top scene. We dropped in during the antique fair for an 11am lunch to beat the crowds - and so glad we did because at one point they ran out of menus. We started with truffle fries, tuna tartare. The fries were the favorite of our dining experience. I don't rec the tuna tartare; nor do I rec the tortilla soup. It didn't have much flavor or any spice. The best I could do was doctor it up with salt and pepper. My mom and sis split the burger - and they really enjoyed it. The pros are that it's a large restaurant, has a wine and coffee bar, offers a lot of opps to shop while you dine, and the food comes out fast. They've also got a robust wine list. Pizzas seem to be popular, especially since they have a large (and beautiful) pizza oven. I wish they offered gluten-free pizza crust or gluten-free bread for the sandwiches.

Atmosphere is beautiful! Staff is very friendly and helpful with ordering. So many things to do...shop and sip, sit down for a brick oven pizza, shop the olive oil bar, enjoy the steak chicharrones...chefs kiss! Even a coffee bar and bakery case...seriously, take some time to enjoy! Absolutely loved our eating experience and then took a little stroll around the garden area.

Best restaurant in Round Top hands down. Awesome decor, delicious food, gorgeous bar and super cool store. Loved it. I would for sure go back. I need to have gluten-free food so I got the pesto pasta Primavera. The pesto pasta was amazing. The burger was fantastic and the pizzas are great.Dont sleep on this place.

This is my third meal at Boon & Co and I love it. The lunch menu has something for everyone. Check out the salads where you can add a protein. Also check out the Cheeseburger where you can choose truffle or regular fries. Today I watched them make a pizza. When your done eating at the restaurant you will find the perfect gift. The service is great and they can accommodate groups.

This was our first time in Round Top and Boone & Co was the best spot to be for everything; drinks, lunch and dinner! Delicious!!!

For our last day in Round Top, we stopped in at the Stone Cellar for a quick bite to eat. The venue…read moreis actually split into two places, the Stone Cellar and Jon Perez Lounge. The Stone Cellar is to the left and from there you can just order the food from the counter, whereas the lounge you will get table service. Given that this place also hosts live music, trying it out during the day when there wasn't a band (or crowds) made for an enjoyable lunch outing. I would say the menu has pub/bar fare and given that we were both craving pizza and a hamburger, we decided to order one of each to split. The staff also mentioned the Fried Gouda Bites are popular, so we opted for those as well. Let's start with the latter - the Fried Gouda bites were amazing, everything you could expect from freshly deep-fried cheese, decadent and tasty, these are a must order. For the burger, we ordered The Standard, and as the name suggests, their standard burger (I call these "diner-style") and my brother and I both agreed - this is damn near the perfect burger and the best one I've had in quite some time. It was just the perfect amalgamation meat, condiments, and sauce, with a delicious bun holding it all in together. Finally, the margarita pesto pizza was also great - crispy thin crust and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. So, don't overlook the Stone Cellar as a place to go see some live music, it has some amazingly delicious food as well. We will be back next year.

Greeted with a smile and took our order, paid and got a number to take to our table. I had the fish taco special and it was cooked perfectly. We also had the cowgirl junky thin pizza which hit the spot. Each of us got the lavender ranch water which was refreshing and flavorful. Can't wait to explore more and maybe hear some music this weekend.

From JB and his wife in the back, to Kelly and Vivienne up front, this is old fashioned Texas hospitality where you come in a stranger and leave with new family members, genuinely incredible human beings that make this gem flow. Known for their insane pies, you'll understand quite quickly why they are the king of the pies. For me personally though, I get hands down the greatest iced tea in America (which really means the world when it comes to iced tea hahaha), an order of the crunchiest, juiciest fried chicken, and finish it off with loads of mashed potatoes. Literally stuff myself into the greatest dirt nap our Good Lord allows us to have. Extremely eclectic inside, showing you the incredible history and people that have made Royers the hidden gem of gems in the Texas hill country. Don't be bringing your holier than thou mindset here, you'll be the odd one out, get comfortable chatting with your neighbors and enjoying what old community used to be like. Round Top is a great little town, to say the least. But only one can be on top and Royers is the ONE.

Story time: So my husband and I took my 4 kids in there...and yes, I know it's asking a lot from the waitstaff, and they are bound to be disruptive, but we persevere anyways! We were greeted by Sierra, who immediately found us a table that accommodated our Doona stroller, got the toddler a cup of water with a lid, told us the specials and what they offer for kids, brought my son a few LEGOS (she happened to have because she apparently has kids) and my daughters some fun cocktail umbrellas for their water, and took our order...all within the FIRST 5 MINUTES! Which is a big deal because these kids are impatient little gremlins sometimes! She was so attentive and patient and kind throughout our whole meal (which was so good!) that we never really felt stressed about the kids! The food was SO DELICIOUS that we didn't even have leftovers (a feat in itself with picky eaters), and we left feeling like we'd just made a beautiful memory eating as a family and ended the day on the perfect note. So Sierra, THANK YOU!

This is in the downtown area and it was a nice stroll from where we parked. We saw on Yelp that this place had a very good overall score average so we definitely made a point to get there. And it most certainly did not disappoint in the slightest. I got the Texas Honey Mule which has honeyed whiskey, lime juice and ginger beer. It was so, so good. I do love Moscow Mules anyway but the fact that they had a small menu of different ones was great to see! This drink Steve and I shared and we both enjoyed it immensely. The atmosphere is really cool with the exposed brick walls, decor and the distilling tanks. All of that and the drink had Copper Shot Distillery slide in easily with another five star review.
