Just felt calm right away. Inside is super open with really tall ceilings. There's a small bar upstairs they call a speakeasy... it's not really hidden since you can see it from downstairs, but it's still a nice little vibe. Drinks were really good too. They stay pretty busy, but service didn't miss a beat. Food came out looking good and actually tasted just as good. Always a win. Only thing is when it gets packed, it does get pretty loud, especially upstairs at the bar. So just something to keep in mind depending on the vibe you're going for. And honestly, the fire pits outside were probably my favorite part. Perfect spot to sit and hang out for a bit. If you're in Round Top, it's definitely worth checking out.

My food was the palazzo pasta and added wild caught salmon, I like it. It had too much pepper for my taste but still ok. My friends ordered the chicken salad, wedge salad and salmon, scholtskys sandwich and salad with shrimp. The pizza is that cardboardesque version, but it was edible. The pretzel was decent, but definitely a frozen-to-oven situation. What we *do* want to shout out is the mustard it came with. It was SO good. We asked if it was homemade, and it allegedly was: so spicy and nasal-clearing and tasty. The mustard alone is what is pushing up from 3 stars to four! Bottom line: nothing crazy special, but a good place with friendly folks working and decent food and drink.
