I typically have a great experience but I decided to try the Scrambler for the first time. This was decent. It could have had more flavor to me and gravy gets cold super fast if you eat too slow, and yesterday was one of those days I took time with my food. read more

Boomerang Diner - Breakfast Scrambler - Diners Near Me - Owasso, Oklahoma

This place has FANTASTIC breakfast!!! I haven't tried anything else yet but I'll definitely be back!! Very helpful, friendly staff!!

It's good "diner style" restaurant and food. I like it personally, and have never had an issue. Wait staff has always been kind and speedy.

If u want 50s nostalgia this is the place to grab some grub. The breakfast is pretty decent. I wish the potato's weren't as greasy but that's probably the way they prep them ‍. I ordered the big breakfast 2 eggs bacon hash & sausage gravy and a biscuit. I hear that on fridays they have all u can eat catfish ‍ no clue if that is still happening during this COVID-19 but that's what they say. I also hear the chicken fried steak is good as well read more

Food was good. Reasonably priced. Generous portion of chicken fried steak. It wasn't too salty. I enjoyed the fish fry. They have all-you-can-eat Friday fish fry for $11.99. Fries, onion rings and fried okra were nice too. read more

The quality of service has gone down dramatically given our most recent experience. The sweet tea is so weak it really wasn't work 50 cents and of course it cost much more. Customers used to be the King, Queen, Prince and Princess in the facility but not tonight. Everything seemed to be totally disorganized to include the bill paying process. The burgers were good, the onion rings were hot but tasted a bit fishy. Not sure if we will return anytime soon. read more

The food was burnt. Even the toast! The grease was old and used. The waitress didn't refill my drink and gave us the bill before we even got our dinner. The salad was even nasty. I will not be returning. Ambiance was fine. I left thirsty for more water and hungry. read more

The wait staff all seemed disgruntled. Our waitress clearly either isn't happy in life or simply doesn't care for her chosen occupation. The food takes forever to be cooked and when it's brought out it's lukewarm. My meal was incorrect. Instead of apologizing the waitress wanted to argue with me. I ordered a dinner not a sandwich. The dinner came with a salad which was brought out signaling she did understand I wanted the dinner, but when the sandwich came out she argued. When she delivered the ticket she didn't even stop she literally dropped it off as she walked past. This is not a friendly diner and the food merely okay. read more

Update 4/1/17 - There have been some changes made in wait staff, and maybe back of the house as well, but whatever they did, it worked. All my gripes have been addressed and I'm happy to report I'm a big B-A-D fan again. I go in there so often now, they don't even bother asking what I want to drink, and if it's Friday, they don't even bother asking what I want to eat. They just bring it out. read more

Boomerang Diner - Boomarang's Catfish Sandwich. Should call this thing The Moby Dick. - Diners Near Me - Owasso, Oklahoma

Well we decided to try the Owasso bomarang diner again but something has changed? The food is not prepared the same as what we normally get at any boomarang diner. The scrambled eggs are fried hard then cut up! That being said the biscuit was hard and cold, and both the sausage and bacon were under cooked. We will chaulk this one up as bad decision on place Togo eat. Even though have ate here many times over the years but now no more. read more

We love coming boomarang, the staff is so friendly. THE SERVICE IS GREAT. MADISON IS so friendly and makes it fun to be there

If you want a great old school cheeseburger this is the place. I ordered the Diner Double. It's two quarter pound beef patties smashed and grilled to crispy tender perfection. No uniformed processed patty here. It's the real beef deal. I added American cheese, bacon, and jalapenos. I'm a fully dressed with mustard guy. The tomato, onion, pickles and lettuce was a perfect amount. Nice job on the hamburger bun as well. Juicy, beefy, with those veggies and the mild, flavorful jalapenos mixing in just right. The two full strips of legit bacon! I'm going to need one of these at least once a week! I had the fried pickles with their house ranch for a great side with the burger. read more

Sadly, my favorite breakfast place has gone from 4.5 stars to 1. Why you ask. Well the company has not treated a good manager well, and she left. It was running so well. We were in on Saturday and it took over an hour to get our food. We saw two tables leave that were tired of waiting. We saw other regulars and when talking to them, said the new management was having trouble in the kitchen. And have been for the last two weeks. We were used to getting our food within two minutes. We knew something was wrong just by seeing the look on the servers faces. I hope next visit is better. read more

This makes the 6th time they deliberately leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to take to-go orders. This particular time I got lucky and someone actually answered but she quickly said "pls hold" and left me waiting for nearly 11 mins before I got tired of listening to the commotion in the background and Hung up. When you call back the line is busy. This happens frequently there and when you go in and say something they act shocked like it never happens! Management needs to know that the wait staff is deliberately placing calls on hold and leaving them there so they don't have to work read more

Boomerang Diner - Being placed on hold and deliberately forgot about. - Diners Near Me - Owasso, Oklahoma

I love it here the food is great sure the waiters can be a little rude but on some other reviews they have perfectly good reasons one of those is and I quote "the waiters all looked sad and there're manger left will not be coming back" and that's not boomerangs fault the manager left for being treated poorly and the waiters probably liked her/him/non-binary so if you're going to make a review take a second and think about why they might have been inpatient or they looked sad read more

We love the catfish sandwich, the fish is twice as big as the bun, messy to eat but so tasty. Onion rings are very crispy and again tasty.

Victims of sexual abuse may be triggered by the photos of three men in the women's restroom. Fix this, please. Excepting the photo of the worlds greatest trumpeter (Louis Armstrong) in the women's restroom and a small photo of one of baseball's greatest (Jackie Robinson) in a corner, the walls are covered with white artists. There is no Fats Domino, no Little Richard, no Ray Charles, no Supremes, no Temptations, no Aretha Franklin, no James Brown. The "optics" of the photo arrangement are not what I hope to see. Fix this, please. The floor is filthy. Eww. The food is made to order and the service is usually great. read more

Food is absolutely amazing. Service on the other hand is extremely terrible. I went there to eat as I was doing a lot at the time & I ordered the chicken fried chicken only to find I hair in my food. Oh no, you don't understand. Not just in my food, it was literally fried into my steak. Repulsed I pushed the plate away and asked a waitress to come over. I showed them the food which they picked up and took away. They never apologized or offered us free food or anything. They had no idea how to handle the situation and they handles it extremely poorly. They were rude and were no help. Never going back. read more

I tried boomerang diner the other day, and it was really good. I thought they were just a local diner, but found out that they have several locations throughout the state of Oklahoma. Typical greasy spoon diner. Very small place. Food has always been fairly consistent and fine. It's eggs so you can't really screw that up much. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I really have no complaints about this place. Always a pleasant visit.

My best friend and I had lunch here today. The food and the service were both excellent. They have a pretty broad menu and prices are average. It's a small place decorated like the 1950's and they were softly playing 1950's music which was fun and cool. The neatest thing is that kids get their meals in car shaped boxes also from the 1950's. If you haven't tried it, load up the kids for a fun meal, you won't regret it. read more

food is decent but waitstaff do not know what they are doing. was told burgers were 1/2 off because it was monday. so i ordered a bacon ranch burger that was supposedly half off. then when i get to the register they say the "hamburger" is but i have to pay $3 total for the bacon, cheese, and ranch because it's considered extra. the cashier was very rude when i asked her to explain it me. will not be back. read more

We went for lunch around 1-2:00 Dec 7, 2015. We sat there about 15 minutes and the waitress looked right at us. She cleaned off tables and talked to someone in the side room, but never came to take our order. We finally left and went and had a hamburger at Whataburger. It was really good. read more
