Looking around, most of the table tops were barren of plates. Hungry diners' eyes were locked on the kitchen food counter, hoping that the next plate that appeared was theirs. No words needed, their facial expressions signaled frustration and displeasure. The nice lady delivered menus to our table and straightaway warned "We are shorthanded. If you are in a hurry, you should go somewhere else." I thanked her and we left. So, I didn't try the food, but I really appreciate the honesty. Literally just down the street, there is a farmers market with folks selling beautiful garden ripe tomatoes and they served tasteless Roma tomatoes. My food was a complete wash.
