We stopped for breakfast. The huevos rancheros were very tasty. If you're into biscuits and gravy, these are big, fluffy, soft biscuits, and a nicely balanced gravy. Service is super friendly, attentive, and fast. It's not a fancy spot - it's homey and charming in just the way a small town western cafe should be. HEADS UP: your nav might try to tell you that it's 3.5 miles off of I40. Lies. It's literally right off the interstate - even the people who work there are mystified as to why the directions can be so squirrelly. read more

Pretty good breakfast experience here while driving back to OKC from Lake Eufaula. It seemed to be the only place worth stopping on the way, so I was excited to give it a try! Nothing too special or out of the ordinary diner experience here, but I enjoyed my huevos rancheros and my partner had the biscuit scramble which was also delicious. Unfortunately they didn't have waffles that day which we wanted to try or any other sweet type breakfast items. The service was very good with friendly staff. Since we went for breakfast I can't speak to any of the lunch/dinner items, but seems like a decent place to me! read more

Excellent home cooked like grandma! We stop there every time we come this way. Sweet servers. Love the casual western feel.

This place is a good place to eat if you like home cooking. The fried chicken livers are awesome as is the sweet tea. Everything is fresh and prices are fair. The only complaint I had was they forgot the gravy which went with the livers. However that would not keep me from coming back! They did get pretty busy after we got there. All in all it was a great dinner. Will definitely stop on our way back!! read more

I don't live here, but my family has lived in this area forever. I've been meaning to make a review on this place forever. It's a really small town feel. Don't worry if you're not from here, though- they will still make you feel like you're home and Kim is an awesome waitress. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I really like the Indian tacos, but it's not like normal fry bread, it's more bread like/sweeter. It's my go to. Really good onion rings. Really good hamburger steak. Try it! Not open during posted hours. If you want to make money with a restaurant you might start with being there.

By no fault of their own...our visit today was a real let down...not because of the waitresses...but the place itself. Walked in at noon....100 degrees outside...and not much different inside. Great Food. Service is a bit slow but recently they've had lots of equipment problems. Best Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner around. Went there to try the chicken fried steak, when the waitress finally showed up, she said..." Just pick where you want to sit, if it's not clean I'll clean it for you." Well, half their tables were empty and they were ALL dirty. We stood about 5 minutes while we were waiting on her, and she just continue to help other customers and ignore us while the other racers could just standing around BSing. By the time we got tired of waiting and left, little lady that was staying at the package they're waiting to pay her bill when we walked in, was still waiting and being ignored. They were happy to serve a small version of the chicken fried steak to our daughter without all the dinner fixings, and we had the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and tater tots, all excellent. Stopped on the way home from Robbers Cave. Only place to get something to eat pulling a long horse trailer. All I can say is don't come on Sunday! We came inside around 2pm. It took over 10 minutes to get waited on and 40 minutes to get a cheeseburger and chef salad. The cheeseburger was very good, the meat itself was tasty. The french fries, not so much. This was the perfect breakfast place. Huge classic breakfasts with the friendliest service. My breakfast came out on three plates. Luckily, I was sharing. The kids got Belgian waffles that were huge. Everything was cooked perfectly. Great stop for a travel day. read more

Was pleasant surprised how cheap it was. About half what all these chain truckstops would charge. They love to price gouge their customers. The only thing I didn't like was at the end I was gonna use the restroom. Until I walked in and saw the toilet right against the wall. I'm not gonna sit at an angle when trying to do my business! Stopped here on our way cross country for a quick bite to eat and some gas nearby. Truly worth the stop. This is like the definition of a greasy spoon/diner. The biscuits were flipping awesome. The wait staff was extremely pleasant and friendly as I'm sure they see all sorts of people walk through their door. It seemed to be not only a good stop off the interstate but so good many locals were in there having a late breakfast or early lunch after church. I would eat here again.
