I'm rating this as a McDonald's, not a real restaurant. First, most of the tables and chairs were somewhat dirty and I could tell there was no one cleaning them. The restroom was somewhat clean, at least it wasn't completely trashed. The food was very cheap but took a long time to come out.(5 min+) I ordered 2 of the $6 double meal deals, and each came with a "daily double" burger. One was fine, but the other was completely mangled. The fries came out hot and properly salted. The McNuggets were alright. Overall, it is an average McDonald's. read more

Let me just say that this is the coolest McDonald's I have ever visited! The hip, NY style street graphics on the trompe-l'œil wallpapers of concrete, bright yellow and steel were really hitting my "right on!" art button. The place was exceptionally clean and, most of all, the employees went out of their way to be considerate and helpful, not just with our order, but with everyone in line. I think this place used to be hit and miss but now a days they really got it going on. Standard McDonald's to me. The bathrooms were good. The workers got all the orders right and they were focused, but not rude. We tried the Canadian chicken tomato mozzarella sandwich and the stroopwafel McFlurry. We haven't seen any advertising for any of these outside of McDonald's stores, so we gave it a try. The sandwich was fine. They gave us our money back on the McFlurry (before we even received it) because the ice cream machine made it really runny. It was tasty nonetheless. read more

I will say the lady who took our order was very nice but, that was the only reason I gave a star. The food tasted like it had been sitting all morning and my daughter could not even cut her pancakes because they were so hard. I used the rest room before we left and it had not been cleaned in a while for sure. The floor was terrible and the toilet paper dispenser would not work. Sat for 15 minutes in the drive through. Stopped on the way home for something quick to eat so we didn't have to wake the children. After ordering they had me and the car behind pull forward. Both of the children woke up after 10 minutes sitting still. We're screaming to get out by 15 so we got a refund and left hungry. They cried the rest of the way home. read more

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. Have been working in this town for 5 years and service is horrible, food is rarely hot, and you have a good chance of getting treated like crap if you call in an order. I work over nights in Okemah and pick up for multiple coworkers who all have had the same issues. Even complaints to corporate just get you a couple coupon meal cards which employees always look disgusted when presented, not to mention, they still provide a poor quality product (you'd think they would provide decent service knowing u had a coupon from. Service is horrible. People are rude and ignore you. Randomly will close for whatever reason...sometimes you get a note and sometimes you get to sit around like a jackass at the drive thru speaker. After my last review and my wife contacted the company, we were given coupons to try the McDonalds in Okemah, OK again. So, we are back. We ordered A Big Mac Meal, Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe, and two chicken tender kids meals. The order took about 5 minute. This time they got the order correct. No mistakes. The dinning room was very dirty though and the outside of my Quarter Pounder box was greasy. The food was the same as most McDonalds. This visit was better, but much more work needs to be done. read more
