My husband and I went to Bonefish Grill for a early dinner. The atmosphere was open yet cozy. We were seated right away, maybe because it was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was very nice, giving us time to decided what we wanted. We decided on the Bang Bang shrimp and Crab cakes for an appetizer. They both were delicious! The shrimp were served on a bed of lettuce with a creamy spicy sauce. The crab cakes were also delicious and no fillers, with the same sauce as the shrimp. I decided on the Grilled shrimp & scallops w/potatoes and spinach as my entree. I had no complaints. Everything was flavorful and delicious. My husband decided on steak & lobster, mac & cheese and spinach. The only complaint was the Mac and cheese was a little bland. The salt and pepper help it out a bit. There was a nice portion of spinach that was cooked just right along with the lobster and steak. They put bread and seasoned olive oil on the table. I thought the bread was too hard and crusty, but I know some people like it like that. Lastly, they gave him a slice of spiced apple cheesecake for dessert (for his birthday). He brought it home because he was to full to eat it. It was a very enjoyable time at Bonefish Grill, and l would definitely go back. read more

We went on a Saturday night 5-16-26 around 6:45. The front of the sidewalk was all torn up and so was the parking lot because they're doing construction. The restaurant was not packed. We were seated after the hostess had a discussion with the server about the tables being clean while we stood there. We sat in the main dining room in the back, at a small booth, along the right side wall closer to the bar. We sat down to look at our menus. We sat, and sat, and sat. Despite there being three servers who walked by us over a period of about 10-15 minutes, no one acknowledged us at all. One of the servers, an older woman with short hair, dropped a to-go container on the floor, then picked it up and gave it to people to use. Gross! We finally gave up and got up to leave because we were tired of waiting. The same server said, "Sorry." as we passed her. The menu prices are expensive. A side dinner salad was $12. I don't mind paying for quality food and service but this place was a mess based on the service alone, or lack thereof. I would never return to this location and do not recommend it. Getting out of the parking lot to go onto 611 is a nightmare too. read more

Came in for happy hour after seeing a TikTok promotion for $5 margaritas--but unfortunately, that deal wasn't available at this location. I even checked other nearby locations and couldn't find one offering that special, which was a bit disappointing. That said, they do have a different happy hour menu that I was still satisfied with. The food was okay--not amazing, but decent--and the drinks were good. Service was quick overall. I was seated right away and got my food promptly, which was a plus. I'd come back again, just with more realistic expectations about the specials. read more

Ordered the salmon family bundle for pick-up on Monday. The salmon was veryyyyy dryyyyy and there was not enough mango salsa supplied to help it out. Not cheap. Not ok. This was an 85.00 mid-week treat for this hard working Philadelphia school teacher, but it tuned out to be no treat at all. So, so disappointed. read more

The food was mediocre at best, The irony is, I've been to other Bonefish locations and they were much better! The manager made a point of saying that we must excuse our waitress as she is no and just started... We were seated near the hostess counter and all you could hear was him talking about his personal life and everything other than what he should've been concentrating on... I can honestly say that the waitress was borderline nasty, and needles to say I will never go back. It's very sad because it's close to where I live, and as I mentioned, I have been to other locations and this one was really inconsistent with them. read more

We've never had a bad meal here. The service has always been very good. The only drawback is the ridiculously crowded dining room, where people are banging into your chair as they try to get to their seats. Plus, you are inches from other diners, so no privacy whatsoever. read more

Each month Bonefish features a specialty 4 course menu where each course is paired with an alcoholic beverage. This month's theme was prisoner of love. Of course because it is the month of love!! The month the courses were paired with a wine. You must arrive on time as the courses all come out at the same time. I truly enjoyed the experience and even dined at a shared table with a nice couple. I think the service could be a little better if they served the wine first then the food. We often got the course first and had to wait for the wine. Outside of that small detail it was a fun event. They raffled off vouchers for dinner on another night which was a great addition! Next event is 3/20/25. Featured beverage is martinis!! Check out their website! read more

We have been eating here for going on 10 years, fans of the Bang Bang shrimp. Won't be back. My wife's birthday fell on Mothers Day this year. Knowing it would be busy, I made a reservation well in advance for four people @ 6:30pm. On arrival it was a zoo, with people everywhere. When we made it to the hostess station, I asked about my reservation and was told that they could "add me to the waitlist, it would be at least an hour and a half wait". Not sure why they even have a reservation system in place if this is how they are going to operate. Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday dinner plans. read more

The food was delicious as always. Friendly and prompt service as well as a cleanly environment is what keeps me coming back.

Very consistent. Very reliable. Moderately priced. Good dinner, but not great. Fabulous servers. Hostess seems to need a little bit more training, to ask the guests if they have any particular seating needs. read more

I really wanted to enjoy this more but the Baja Scallops and Shrimp Scampi was a bit underwhelming. The scallops were very small. The sauce relied to heavily on old bay seasoning, lemon and garlic. Maybe it wasn't old bay but that's what it tasted like. I'm a big fan of garlic but this sauce had way to much. This dish had potential but the effort fell short. The Mussels Josephine was delicious in every way. The flavor of the sauce was well balanced and elevated. The crab fries were really good. You get plenty and lots of crab to top it off. The bang bang sauce is a nice compliment to the dish. read more

First time visiting this location. We decided to grab dinner here because it's a chain so we knew what we were getting. The bread never disappoints. First can I point out a small thing that makes such a difference when dining out especially when it visibly not busy? When we were welcomed in at the host stand we were greeted with this response when I said "2 please." Hostess said "Absolutely, right this way." It really was refreshing as apprised to "do you have a reservation?" The dining room seemed to have a few too many tables and not enough booths. It was quiet when we were there but I imagine it gets loud when they are busy. Service was great. The bread is awesome as always. The corn and crab chowder was a bit too spicy for me and the broccoli was way too Al dente. Too full for dessert. Dine rewards are still accepted there which is great. read more

This wasn't good. We got takeout. We started with calamari. It was a pretty mediocre calamari. A little too much grease. A little too much breading. And served with a sweet sauce that was pretty unappealing. Marinara or aioli would have been better. As mediocre as it was the calamari was the highlight of the meal. My rainbow trout was just bad. It was dry and overcooked. I ordered it with a lemon butter caper sauce. I could see the sauce but I couldn't taste it at all. No flavors of lemon, caper, or even butter. It was strange. The whole thing just tasted like burnt charred trout skin. I got it Oscar style, which means it is was topped with a few anemic asparagus spears and a very small handful of what I would describe as utterly flavorless crab crumbles. Sides of green beans and mashed potatoes were also lacking in flavor. My wife said that the cole slaw was mayo-based but suspiciously sour. She tossed it. Bad meal, especially for the price. I won't be back. read more

We went on Farther'Day which was very busy. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the lobster and steak with jasmine rice and broccoli. The steak was cooked perfectly my lobster was delicious. Jake was our waiter at the Montgomeryville, PA location and was the best waiter my husband and I have ever had in any type of restaurant including fine dining. He had so much personality, was very detail oriented to the point of asking if we had any food allergies, which was so amazing. He stopped over periodically to check on how we were enjoying our meal and truly made us feel valued as a customer. I hope management knows how fortunate they are to have a waiter of this caliber. Great job Jake. read more

Our family 1st time try this restaurant, we had a wonderful dinner tonight! The receptionist was very friendly, she gave crayons, painting paper for my two kids. I requested to sit in the booth. Our server Maya (Hope I'm spelling correct) was very friendly, helpful, excellent customer service. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. The food was great with reasonable prices. Only my Sirloin is a bit overcooked (requested for medium well). Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the restaurant experience! Will definitely come back! read more

Every visit to the Willow Grove Bonefish Grill is an experience worth repeating, thanks to the outstanding team and service. Jake, Jen, and the entire bar and wait staff are consistently courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They strike the perfect balance between being attentive and giving space, all while making you feel like a welcomed regular--even on your first visit. The management, especially Nicole, goes above and beyond to accommodate every request. Whether it's a special order or a late-night craving--like our recent stop for sashimi tuna--she makes sure it's handled with care and enthusiasm. It's rare to find a restaurant where both the front-of-house and management teams are so in sync and genuinely invested in your experience. Highly recommend for both the food and the people. What's happened to this place? The service was poor! We tried adding items to an order and the server kept telling us she would be back and would forget to return. Three orders, and every dish was warm, not hot. You know it was not good if we enjoyed the bread and oil more than the food! We kept waiting for our check, after requesting it several times, and were told it's coming up... I requested to add my check's total to my rewards. After writing my number for the rewards program on a piece of paper, and reminding the server, my visit was not recorded to the rewards program. Time to start improving things. read more

I am on a family visit. I just spent the afternoon with my brother and sister. Now it is dinner time. Outback or Bonefish? I decided Bonefish. Their selection on tap didn't have anything I wanted, so I did a Stella Altos. The Bonefish salad was ok, but the Pork Chop with the sauce was top notch. The pork chop was tender, but the sauce put it over the top. I will have to have desert. I will try the Key Lime cake. It is good. read more

Little Rock location Pleasant Ridge My first visit was excellent-- food, service etc But with each subsequent visit the food has not been consistently good Limp overcooked asparagus Ceaser salad terrific on night one and consistently not as good with subsequent visits Up charge to add shrimp and you get FOUR rather small fish PLEASE TOSS IN A FEW MORE!!! Bread shout be offered without having to ask Menu looks great but the food is inconsistent. My husband ordered halibut and it was dry and overcooked. The tomato basil soup which was delicious is surely being scooped out of a big pot. But it sat waiting for the server a long enough that it was Luke warm when I got it. PLEASE, this is a good restaurant and goodness knows Little Rock needs good dining. This location can and should do MUCH BETTER! My recent visit I was dining alone at the bar. Had lunch at that restaurant yesterday. The service was great/waitress. The salad, bread and atmosphere were also good. The friend shrimp was frozen over cooked and hard. The prices were not bad if we had received FRESH seafood not frozen. Very disappointed! read more

My wife and I dined here for the first time tonight. We wanted to see how good the salmon was. The place was packed, as expected for a Saturday night, with a wait time of about 30 minutes. The decor was a little dated, dimly lit, and reminded me of a place where a lot of seniors eat. It was, however, mixed with all kinds of people. I couldn't help but notice how we passed several empty tables and a few booths that were more to the center of the dining space. Our booth was right next to the bathroom. Don't get me wrong, I've dined at many places and was seated at good tables, but somehow, it just seems like people of color end up by the bathroom, kitchen, or the point of sale stand. Just an observation. My wife ordered a crushed pineapple martini, and I ordered a corona. I inquired about their version of a smoked old fashion...we'll get back to that later . Our appetizers were crabcakes, for myself, and Ahi Tuna with Wasabi and soy sauces for my wife. My crabcakes were just average in flavor. They could've tried a light crust on the outside. Eddie V's in KOP set the benchmark, and no one has come close since. My wife enjoyed her appetizers, no complaints. I have yet to see her taste an Ahi Tuna dish that she didn't like. So, back to my drink. I asked our server, Rachel, could she substitute the bourbon they used in their smoked old fashion for Basel Hayden. The best one I ever had was at, yep, you guessed it, Eddie V's. Anyway, she says, "she didn't know what kind of alcohol that was." Bourbon Whisky dammit! Which is what I wanted to say, but I could tell she was being sincere, so I just explained what it was. What I got, however, was a glass of Basil Hayden, on the rocks, with smoke coming from it. My wife shook her head with a crooked smile as she sipped on her second, perfectly made, crushed pineapple martini. I had to google a picture of smoked old fashion and explained to her that not only was the drink wrong, but you didn't even add all the elements to it from the drink menu. She apologized and took it back. I looked up, and there was this guy , I'm guessing he was the manager, presenting me with a correctly made smoked old fashion. The only thing missing was the cinnamon stick because they had run out of them. I gotta say, it gave Eddie V's a run for his money...It was delicious, no complaints here. Our main courses were similar, Salmon with cherry sauce, asparagus, but she had broccoli, and I had garlic mashed potatoes . The veggies were firm and tasty, the mashed potatoes were smooth with right amount of lumps. The salmon was cooked to perfection, tender with the right amount of moistness and seasoning. The only zonk I'd give it would be the cherry sauce. It needed more body to prolong the taste. The cherry sauce was very thin, but it did have good flavor. Fishbone grill...believe me when I tell you that the carrot lava cake that we had for dessert was the best carrot cake desert ever! Don't ever let your pastry chef go, f**king awesome job! Overall, it was a good experience, the service was good. Every effort was made to ensure that I was accommodated, and I truly appreciated it. I would definitely dine here again. read more

We stopped for Friday night dinner. The hot, fresh bread comes out with this great very olive tasting olive oil. We ate two servings! We started with Blackberry sangria and wagyu beef and ginger potstickers. The sangria was very sweet but quite enjoyable despite the sweetness. The potstickers were okay. Couldn't taste the ginger but the sauce and slaw were nice. I had the dynamite shrimp entree with potatoes au gratin and seasonal broccoli. I really enjoyed the shrimp and there were so many I couldn't easy them all. The potatoes and broccoli were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. My son's wagyu beef burger came too well done but on second try was cooked medium well with just enough juiciness for him. They forgot the fries the second time around but management was apologetic and made good on it. My daughter's kid's chicken fingers were just right. For dessert the coconut cream pie and pumpkin creme brulee were worth their calories. I do believe the pumpkin distracted from the creme brulee. Staff was great! Atmosphere was welcoming. Will return. read more

My wife and I dine out almost every weekend. We haven't been to Bonefish for a ewhile but I had a free entrée coupon so we went there tonight. I spent $168 plus tip and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. We started out at the bar with a drink and Bang bang shrimp. Bang bang shrimp really filled us up so we stayed at the bar and decided to have dinner there because we were full and wanted to have another drink until we were hungry again. This place has really gone down. First of all the bartenders were both kind of miserable, they were not friendly but all business. The drinks were expensive but that's to be expected. eventually we ordered dinner, twin lobster tails for the wife and fillet and lobster for me. Both our meals were barely tolerable. The lobster tails were both very salty and not worth the $45 They cost. To top things off I was charged $10 to make my single shot cocktail a double. we will not be going there again... Came here on New Years for my uncle's birthday and was very satisfied. I honestly expected it to be just another generic chain, but the food was pretty fresh and tasty. For a group of 15, service was prompt and polite. The menu consists of mostly seafood dishes and appetizers (grilled fresh fish, fish and chips, crab cakes, lobster, etc.) but also other options for those who don't like seafood. We started off with a couple orders of their appetizer mussels, imperial crab dip, and bang bang shrimp (lightly fried in a creamy spicy mayo type sauce). My favorite were the mussels which came in a deliciously sweet, garlicky broth, but the shrimp and the creamy crab dip were also good. Even the bread was they brought was warm, just a bit crispy, and well with their pesto olive oil mixture. I didn't try all the entrees my family got, but my fish tacos were tender and tasty. The burger was solid, and the bun was soft but thick enough that it held together and didn't do that annoying thing where it breaks up as you finish the burger and you're left with a big mess. The fish and chips could've been seasoned a bit more but with the tartar sauce it was tasty. The only thing I didn't like much was the grilled fish of the day, which could've had more seasoning or sauce and tasted kind of plain. For dessert, we got four of their dessert special which was a warm caramel apple lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Each cake was big enough to split between 3-4 of us, soft and fluffy with a lot of caramel apple filling. Overall, while Bonefish Grill doesn't break the line into super fancy or innovative food, it's a solid place to get tasty seafood or have a nice dinner out. read more
