I ordered the Akamaru Modern Ramen, the BBQ short rib plate, and the mango shaved ice everything was absolutely delicious. The short ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, paired perfectly with rice and their macaroni salad, which is surprisingly SO good because I normally don't even like macaroni salad from restaurants. The ramen was rich, comforting, and full of flavor as always. The mango shaved ice was refreshing and came topped with popping mango pearls and mochi, which made it even better. The ambiance is nice bright and decorative. Clean. The service is always great, and Jimmy always remembers me and is so welcoming every time I come in. The ladies in the front are pleasant and everyone teams up to ensure you have a pleasant dining experience. Everybody I've brought here ends up loving this place too. My total was about $55, and since I paid cash, I even got a little discount, which was a nice bonus. Definitely one of my favorite spots! If you go, I hope you enjoy it like I do.

Worth reconsidering this place…read more We just reached out to place a large order because we love the food so much. We frequently order from here but wanted to try something new. When we called in to confirm that the Udon noodles do NOT have egg (as we have a child with an egg allergy), the woman taking our order curtly said "I threw out the box, it's white, you have to look for yourself." When we mentioned we do not know the brand to look, she replied "me neither, I threw out the box." Needless to say - the food is great, but honestly, the family owned business officially sucks. There's a way to respond to things and that just isn't it. Especially as someone taking orders. So thank you for ending this streak for us. The crap service made it easy to make this place a 1 star.

There is a lack of descriptions of what is in the various special sushi rolls. They could benefit from cross checking their menus and kiosk ordering system to ensure all the available menu items are listed. It would also help if they had pictures and description of ingredients. The seaweed salad was gross. The spring rolls were good. The sushi rolls were good. The pork buns were kind of sloppy and mushy. Would give this a place another try if they improved on things mentioned above.

Humpty's Dumplings is honestly the best find!! Their food is amazing, high quality ingredients,…read morefresh, and packed with flavor! There are quite a few dumpling options that stay on the menu year round plus special seasonal flavors that are absolutely delicious!! I found them about a year and a half ago and have ordered almost every single day they've been open ever since. The dumplings are phenomenal and packed with flavor- we LOVE the Cheesesteak, Honey Chipotle Chicken, Mexican Street Corn and Broccoli Cheddar as staples. As for seasonal flavors there are so many but one I wish they'd make a staple is Chicken Parm! They are beyond incredible and I bought a ton of the flash frozen when I knew they'd be gone soon. Unfortunately they only lasted so long and now I'm without and my family is counting down the days until it's back. We also LOVE the French Onion Soup and Grilled cheese with tomato soup! They not only have dumplings but have noodle bowls that will blow your mind. The chicken Pot Pie was amazing and I'm dying for us to try the General Tsoz noodle bowl as well. The owners truly care about the business and their customers and the staff is incredible, helpful and kind. If you are looking for something a bit different, absolutely delicious, and addictive you MUST give them a try! You won't be disappointed! They are on DoorDash, GrubHub (although I somehow became out of radius after ordering for a year daily), Toast App and on their website for delivery. They have an adorable location in Keswick and they also are at many events in a Food Truck. I wouldn't give them leee than a 10/10!!!

We already knew that the menu was going to be different from our experience at the other location however we learned again not to judge a book by its cover. In this case, it's nothing like what we experienced over the years again at the other location. The area was a little dicey and the restaurant looks honestly it looks tired inside. However, I will say that we were very surprised with quality of our food. We make a couple changes on some dishes, but in the end, we were very, very surprised. We started off with the steam juicy buns in our case soup dumplings , next we had to shui mai and the dish that we did make adjustments to was the tofu mushroom bok choy instead of tofu we asked them to put in beef, leaving everything else the way it is intended and a wound up being an outstanding dish. Hence we recommended the owners to consider adding a beef mushroom bok choy dish to the menu.

Don't expect there will be plenty of parking spot because they don't. Spots are actually very limited. I ordered two of their ramen: Black garlic and Tonkatsu. They were on average. Soup base was not too bad but the ramen is bit the authentic Japanese ramen noodle. That bowl of ramen probably would have taste a bit different if they use the real kind of ramen. Their Korean bulgogi beef rice was something I would reorder. It comes with plenty of bulgogi, a side of kimchi and also salad with a dressing that I like. I also tried their steamed pork bun. It was not bad, quite juicy and flavorful. The amount of sauce was on point. The lady is the only person I saw in there, running as a cashier and a waitress. But the place wasn't that big and not much tables were seated when I was there, she was able to manage and provide my family and I a friendly service.
