The service and presentation of everything is excellent at Bonefish Grill. I really enjoy their Bang Bang Shrimp. Ther BFG fries are excellent as well. The BFG fries consist of fries, old bay seasoning and shredded crabmeat. We had a family gathering to celebrate a Wedding anniversary and Birthday. They also have a nice wine selection and full bar. Was going to see a movie on Sunday, but the theater was packed - rainy day. Decided to get lunch instead. Promptly seated, however our waiter didn't "check in" for a while. Another table, seated after us, had ordered drinks before our waiter had even checked in with us. Drinks were slow to arrive, as was our meal. Bloody mary was meh - bacon was flat and tasteless. BAE tacos were dry - Had to ask for extra bang bang sauce. Even then, it was just OK. the French toast - which was more like regular toast than an eggy dish - was dry and slightly burnt. Should have complained right then and there, but our waiter was not really anywhere to be found. Then we waited....for our plates to be cleared, and for our check. I love the elegance and perfect service, especially since I live alone and dine out alone, and women dining alone are often advised to sit at the bar, given a table by the noisy kitchen, or stuffed into a corner behind a palm tree. In town for business and was looking for a nice piece of Salmon to try to stay healthy. I ordered the large Atlantic Salmon with mango salsa and Asparagus. Great Dish Bonefish! Perfectly cooked Salmon with a nice char on the outside and the mango salsa topper was a nice touch. Asparagus was served just how I like it. Super Healthy (500-550 calories) and Super Tasty dinner. We recently had a luncheon for our daughter at Bonefish because she requested the restaurant. We had a party of 8 people. The table was ready shortly after we arrived. Michael our waiter was prompt and we started with soft drinks and plenty of warm bread with butter and herb oil. The "special" were discussed and most folks picked their favorite dishes. I ordered the Cesar salad ( it was over dressed) the Bang Bang shrimp ( tough to chew) asparagus ( the tiniest spears ?) The other meals came out promptly and were delicious with no complaints! Beautiful trout, cod, pork chop, etc! Smiles all around! My complaints were the small cheesecake w candle.( $10) I thought was complementary The table wasn't cleared and we had stacks of dishes in the pictures! The table was set up next to the booths and in front of the bathrooms. People would walk behind my chair and bump into it going through. My purse flew off my chair and had to be retrieved from under my seat. Sorry no pictures for privacy as requested. Very disappointed with our last visit... My husband and I went out for a date night and decided upon Bonefish Grill. Upon entering, we approached the host stand where we witnessed a couple hostesses talking poorly about another guest and rolling their eyes and mimicking/mocking the guests ahead of us in line. Very poor service from those young women. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes so we put our name on the list and waited outside. 50 minutes passed and we still hadn't gotten notification of a table, so my husband went in to check- the same table that had been open for the entire 50 mins during our wait was still sitting open and available. My husband explained that we had already been waiting 20 mins past our quoted time and asked if we could have that open table that had been open since we arrived. The hostess agreed and brought us to the table. Our server was kind and very pleasant- however since it was a busy evening, and he was always tied up at another table- so a food runner brought us out our appetizers. We kindly asked the food runner for refills on our beverages since we had been waiting a long time with no refill, for which we were told "you'll have to let your server know. I am too busy right now" - obviously our server was nowhere to be found and was too busy also, so we sat without drinks for another 15 minutes before finally being checked on. Unacceptable- she could have handled that so much better and let another staff member know we needed the help, but she simply didn't care. Much like the hostesses poor attitudes. Management was nowhere in sight the entire time either. No visit to the table or making themselves visible whatsoever. No staff member ever cleared our dirty appetizer, salad and bread plates, we were staring at a full table of empty plates and empty beverage glasses all evening and couldn't even get drinks. Unacceptable for the reputation Bonefish tries to uphold of being an upscale, fine seafood chain. Then, the entrees arrived. My husband ordered his steak medium well- it came out medium rare and still red and bloody. My fish special (black cod) was actually cold upon arrival to the table. Disappointing. The table next to us had a steak that was also cooked wrong and we noticed they were complaining to the server- so he was too preoccupied with them to care much about our dinner. We ate the food, although we were less than impressed. My husband's entree alone was $50 and mine was $35 and neither of us enjoyed it as we had hoped. Although the Brussels sprouts and salads were great. Overall, after a $150 dinner + tip, we left very disappointed, underwhelmed and not eager to return. This place seems to have really went downhill from the rude, incompetent hostesses, to the lack of service and attentiveness to our needs, to the kitchen totally messing up the food orders- I don't think we will be back anytime soon. We could have chosen anywhere in the county for our date night but we chose this place and were left feeling much regret that we did. Spend your money elsewhere that actually cares about customer service and quality. read more

Shockingly, it was my first time coming here and I felt like it was a good experience. First, they have plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Second, they had plenty of servers. Third, they had something for most people. Being cautious, upon arrival, I clearly asked if they could accommodate a gluten intolerance and the hostess said yes and that she also had Celiac. Refreshing to know others understand the situation. Since I reviewed the gluten-free menu online, I only verified that my option was still available and safely prepared for a gluten intolerance. I was assured it was safe. I opted to order the mahi mahi and shrimp entree with two sides, being asparagus and garlic mash potatoes. On top of my fish and shrimp I ordered the mango salsa, a signature sauce. It was great, not over powering and was light. Both the fish and the shrimp also had a great wood grill taste. Portions were a little smaller than I expected, but was satisfied with my entree. For dessert we had the gluten-free free flourless macadamia nut brownie with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. It was pretty good. Especially the raspberry sauce on the brownie. Overall, I had no negative reaction and left feeling great. I'd recommend this place if you want to try something different. Made a reservation for 6 and the table they saved for us was way too small. When we asked to switch to a table that would accommodate my party the hostess was hostile and visibly annoyed. We were then seated at this janky uneven table that could also barely accommodate 6 adults. Service was excellent even on a crowded Saturday night. Our party of six enjoyed all the food, mussels, bang bang shrimp and bread all tasted as if made from scratch. My poke bowl was delicious as were my wife's crab cakes which I usually don't care for but these were delectable. This place was okay. Our party of 7 was seated right away on a Saturday night, but our whole party had to be seated. We made a reservation and there was a wait by the time we left. To drink, I tried the Blueberry Lemonade martini. This was way too sweet for me, but was good if you like sugar. I tried the Watermelon martini special next and that was much better. Light and refreshing! To start, we had the Bang Bang shrimp. I love this dish and would eat it as an entree if I came back. For my entree, I had the scallops and shrimp skewers with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. The seafood and mashed potatoes were good, but the vegetables were bland. The service was a bit slow, but they were accommodating in applying our coupons and gift cards. Probably wouldn't come back. read more

It's been a number of years since we were at a Bonefish, there are no locations where we currently live. All the times we have eaten here in the past have never been disappointing. This location came through with flying colors! The food, service (Chris) , and the ambiance were outstanding. It's the same energy in every Bonefish we have eaten at. I think the majority of the customer's enjoy a great overall experience. We loved our perfectly cooked swordfish special and the coleslaw were wonderful. We are currently house hunting in this area which will allow us to frequent this establishment. Although not normally a fan of chain restaurants, this one certainly doesn't feel like one. read more

When taking my order, I specifically said that I do not want any buttery/oily sauce at all on my seafood...when I received my food, my Mahi and Shrimp were covered with the oil/sauce. I sent it back; it took so long to get my dinner back that I ended up eating off my husband plate because I was so hungry. I also ended up canceling my order in its entirety. Always enjoyed going to Bonefish grill but the last time the food was not up to par. Three of us had the cod with the crabmeat topping. We all took one bite and said the cod was over cooked, dry and firm. We mentioned it to our waitress and she apologized and did not charge us for the meals. Looks like Bonefish is continuing to go downhill. We used to love Bonefish and usually felt full upon leaving. I had the fish tacos...to say they were empty was an understatement. They chopped the fish into pieces (for a fish taco with Mahi). The reason they did this is because the amount of mahi to be found on said tacos was so small (yes two small bites and by small I mean not enough for even a full bite) on each taco that's all the meat to be seen...I know the tactic makes it look like they have me a fish taco when in actuality they are trying to use a half a piece of fish for three tacos but charge you for a whole piece of fish...also bang bang shrimp are not like they used to be no flavor not going back to bonefish again! read more

So I ordered a Caesar salad and I got a steak done medium on it and it was well done and very dry.
