My mom treated me for my birthday to some dinner and drinks. This was my very first time here and I was happy I had chosen this restaurant to celebrate another year older. I heard good things about this restaurant especially about their cocktails so I was excited to try one of the cocktails that were recommended by the waitress. I ended up ordering a mango. strawberry cocktail that had a real flower on top floating inside the drink which I thought was really neat. The drink was really strong but it wasn't overwhelming. I ended up ordering a pasta dish and my mom ordered a burger with french fries. The pasta dish tasted so fresh and was flavorful. I had a salad with it and the croutons in the salad were homemade which tasted so good. The waitress was really good and got us everything we needed, so we didn't have to ask for much. We ended up sharing a chocolate cake for dessert which was a pretty decent size, and tasted so good. I would return since my experience here was a good one. read more

This was my first visit to Bonefish Grill. I guess I was always put off by their logo of a fish skeleton. Kinda spooky. But, we were nearby, and it was lunchtime, so for a moment I wasn't drawn to thinking about death when I saw the restaurant on Oxford Valley Road just near the mall. The atmosphere and decor was quite nice, with lots of dark wood, large bar and servers wearing white chef coats. We were taken to a booth in the barroom. It was comfortable, with last century rock & roll playing on their sound system. We were brought menus that included both light lunch options and more substantial dinner choices. We went with Fish Tacos (Blackened Cod) and Fish & Chips. Both were good, especially the tacos which included mango pieces for sweet juiciness to interact with the spicy salsa. Two were enough. The F&C was also good, but I wished that the outer breaded shell was less oily, as it didn't work as well with the lightness of the fish within. Still tasty, but the inconsistency was palpable. This franchise is as much a consistent 3 as any restaurant or chain I could imagine. I've never had a horrendous meal, I've never had a good meal. It's kind of fine. Food was a 2.5 but service was solid and overall, ended up where it always does. A 3. Meh. Everything we tried... the soup, the appetizer, the meals, even the bread, it was fine. The bang bang shrimp was the only thing I'd consider enjoyable. Whatever. If I never end up here or at this franchise again, I definitely won't be upset about it. read more

I've always been a huge fan of Bonefish Grill, it's one of the few chain restaurants we prefer to dine at. We ate here this past Wednesday and it didn't disappoint. First off our server, she was great! She was very friendly and personable. We started with the bang bang shrimp, on Wednesday's they are $6.00, it's a steal! We're big fans of the bang bang shrimp. It's crispy and creamy with just the right amount of heat. My wife opted for the cobia piccata and I went with a burger. The piccata was good. Their fish is always grilled perfectly and the sauce was spot on. The spinach was also very good. The green beans lacked seasoning and were undercooked. I've never gotten a burger from bonefish and i was pleasantly surprised. The wagyu beef burger was delicious! It was a tad overcooked. The bun was toasted to perfection! The special sauce was good but could have used more. The fries were easily forgettable. Overall though I will say Bonefish rarely disappoints. We will return. read more

My husband and I took advantage of the Dine and Discover offer - two salads, two meals, and a dessert to share for $45.90. He had the house salad and Mahi Mahi. I had the Ceasars salad and Baja shrimp and scallop scampi, and we shared the macadamia brownie. Food was delicious! Scampi was a bit spicy for me, but very good. The pandemic and the fact that we have a little one at home prevents aid from going out as a family to celebrate so we decided to order from Bonefish grill. We ordered the family bundle for my son-in-law's birthday. We got the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and the Lily's Chicken. It was plenty of food. It came with Bread, choice of salad, main entry and choice cookies for dessert. My husband is not too keen on Shrimp. He loved the Bang Bang Tacos. The chicken could have used some more seasoning. I usually do not review big chains, but I had to let people know these bundles are affordable and yummy. They are excellent for small family celebrations. Try them you would enjoy it. read more

Very very good. It is very clean in the restaurant. It can have a bit of a wait on the weekend the tend to be very busy around 7pm so make sure you plan ahead of time. Our waiter Frank was very attentive and helpful. So thank you frank! As far as the menu, they do have specials they offer. The regular menu is also very good. This is more of a nice date place than a happy hour spot, or maybe for a 29 year old Latina, this is just too classy for my people. BUT my nonprofit salary is happy that there are $5 drinks and even better $5 appetizers. This is only a review of their happy hour (5-7PM). Here are the things you should order, and if you're allergic to shrimp, just stab yourself with an epi-pen, it's worth it. Buy some: Bang, bang shrimp Shrimp Tacos Gorganzola Kettle Chips The spiked Blackberry Elixir drink if you like something soft, Blood Orange Paloma if you like margaritas and Hawaiian martinis if you want it to feel like happy hour. There is plenty of parking and does not get packed at all, then again it was during the week. Many friends have told me to try bonefish grill. So desided to give in and go for dinner. I like how tables and seating are set up. Much to choose from on the menu, when it comes to seafood. One of the best parts are the bread and oil they bring out at the beginning. We all know that seafood Is high price no matter where you go. And is understandable. But i ordered the shrimp and scallops with potatoes. For my Dinner. I was disappointed in the amount they gave me. I'm glad I ordered a appetizer before my meal because the plate of dinner I got would have never filled me up. I got mussels for the appetizer and was definitely good and worth it. I would have been better off having that and another appetizer to fill me up. Then my dinner plate. I hope they add alittle more to the plates. Would be nice. With everyone being quarantined for Mother's Day (5/10/20), we decided to order out from Bonefish Grill in Langhorne. The hubby and I have visited in the past during happy hour for apps and drinks. The apps are limited but good enough to get full. The drinks are always strong and good. My young adult kids love their food so we thought this would be a good choice. WRONG! I went to the website a few days prior to see if Bonefish had a Mother's Day special. When I called, I was told they had a limited menu and to order at least two days prior. Cool. I call on a Friday (5/6) for a 6:30 pm curbside pickup. Gave them as they asked the make and model of my car to make curbside delivery easy. On the day of, my son and daughter offered to go out to pick-up the food. I'm sure it was because they had cabin fever. When they arrived they said there was NO organization and the employees were just yelling out names with orders that were ready. So what happen to identifying people by their car?? There were at least 50 people waiting. Some outside (keeping their distance) and others in cars just waiting. My son and daughter decided to stay in their car (with their masks on) as instructed by Bone Fish. My son strikes up a conversation with a women next to him in her car. She says that she's been waiting for 30 minutes. Well 90 minutes later the kids show up with our order. Our entrée's Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos, Mahi-Mahi and Scallops & Shrimp we're ok but the apps - Bang Bang Shrimp and Calamari was overly battered. Although the main course was good, it doesn't make up for the fact that we had to wait over an hour to get our order. Bonefish will get 2 Stars until they better manage orders and service. read more

**Updated Review** I stopped here for happy hour and dinner this evening and was extremely satisfied with the service and food. Our waiter Frank was super friendly and an overall great waiter. Food was brought out promptly, drinks refilled immediately all while be served with a smile! We enjoyed a few drinks of the happy hour menu including $3 Coors Lights and $5 Tiki Martinis. We also ordered a round of cod sliders and bang bang shrimp before our real meal. The cod sliders were excellent. The fried fish was crispy and not greasy. The bang bang shrimp was also crispy with a little bit of a bite. For dinner, we ordered the 3 course menu for $15.90 which includes salad, entree and dessert. After indulging in the apps and my salad I could barely fit dinner. Instead I packed up my dinner to go and went straight to the brownie dessert-you know the most important part of the meal! The brownie was moist and rich and it paired well with the raspberry puree and ice cream. I was 100% satisfied with my experience/meal and will be visiting again soon! read more

My boyfriend and I dined here pre-covid. It was the first time for both of us--and the last time. The food here is mediocre and so obviously microwaved. My fish was rubber and the sides looked like they had been dropped on my plate by accident and they were just like, "let's roll with it." Wouldn't recommend. I had dinner at the bar last night. Terrible service - once she delivered the food she went missing for + 10 minutes. Never checked back to see if I needed anything which I did. Basic 101 service training needed Food was average at best. I had the crab cakes and "filet". The filet looked and tasted like a chopped steak and the crab cake tasted like it was made and baked a few hours earlier. I had the Dynamite Salmon last night. It was probably the worst salmon dish I have ever had. The fish was also overcooked. The salmon tasted gamey even, which is bizarre. I make salmon at home often and this dish at Bonefish didn't even come close to being average good. The veggies were sparse, I upgraded to asparagus for the extra $2.50, but only got 4 small/partial sprigs. The bill was over $200 for 4 of us after tip, and I was very unsatisfied with that price/performance. The only bright spot was the appetizers and craft cocktails. Oh also the bacon mac n cheese was a highlight as a side, that was actually very goof. But having such poor main entrees means it is not worth going back. read more

We drove 45 mins to this location since they recently opened for indoor dining. We had fantastic service from the beginning to end! My drinks (tropic heat martinis) tasted delicious. I asked our waitress about their shrimp and lobster gnocchi and she said she highly recommended it since she just had it the night before. After being served our dinner we were checked on two more times to see how everything turned out and if we needed new drinks. Incredibly bad for what it is and for the prices. First my caveats. Im basing this review on one visit for dinner with a companion. Nothing "bad" happened. The service was spotty, not in that anyone wasn't kind or professional, but there were huge periods when I could find no servers or staff at our central location. The menu is shameful (in my view), obviously the theme is seafood, but far too many items are fried or over-prepared. There are no fresh shellfish appetizers for example, which would be a natural for a seafood place right? The food is mediocre at best, too salty, lots of MSG (I think), and I am speaking simple things like grilled shrimp. The decor is lovely, but this was wasted by keeping the resto extremely cold on a temperate day. Tables were bare without glassware or settings, despite my coming early in the evening, the impression is that the resto is about to close. "Specials" are hardly that, basically re-workings of the same greasy things on the menu. The prices are high for the quality, I spent $110 for two with tax and tip. My impression was that of a dying restaurant about to be swept away by covid. read more

You know when you are about to do something, you know it is not a good idea, but you do it anyway.....this was what we did the other night when it was dinner time, we were hungry and walking out of a store next to Bonefish - we knew it was a chain, we knew this one had bad reviews, we gave it a shot anyway. A mistake. Had the muscles as appetizer which were good - however about 45 seconds after they hit the table someone brought out our entrees and said 'oh guess you don't want these yet' and left. Ok so far - however ~10min later when the appetizer was finished, they brought out dinners again - THE SAME PLATES - yes, everything on both plates was cold, steak, shrimp, fish, fries was all cold - it was obvious it was under a warming lamp, but thats about it. Horrible - best part - the waitress came by to ask how things were i said 'cold' and she just walked away.... love it. So - wont be back. read more

The restaurant itself is nice and tastefully decorated. The service is t excellent it completely acceptable. The staff were nice. However..... you go to a restaurant for the food and this food is nothing to write home about in fact it's not very good at all. One of us had the Cod Imperial which was so salty and I mean salty it was practically inedible. I took a taste and I think they use different spices that add up to a very salty dish. And the portion wasn't great either. The brussel sprout side wasn't bad and the potatoes were ok but you can have that just as good at home. I had the fish and chips. The portion was generous and the fish was good but I did not enjoy the spice on the fries and the tartar sauce was not good at all. My family and I had dined at Bonefish Grill many times and our favorite is the Bang Bang Shrimp starter. This last visit I felt like my meal (scallops & shrimp with mashed potatoes & broccoli) was cold when it got to our table. The broccoli was still almost raw. The Aroma will lure you in- Let me start by saying every time a waitress whipped past with a plate, the smell of the dish made me want to ask, what's that?! (In a good way, lol) The service we revieved was A1, from the hostess at the door to the waitress at the table, to the manager who greeted us and sent us off with a warm goodbye after our meal. The atmosphere is great. The inside decor is very classy yet laid back. It's a place where you won't feel out of place whether you're a little dressed up or dressed casually. It's a nice lunch spot if you want to kick it up a notch from a normal American style bar and grille with an impressive menu of well thought out, well paired, delicious options. This particular location seems to come alive the most at night, bringing in the crowd with modern interior decor, lighting, and a charming bar. I'd say it's date night approved and also not overpriced for the quality of the meal! The crab and shrimp dip is a must for the appetizer! It was pipping hot, fresh and flavorful! For my lunch entree I ordered the shrimp tacos and WOW. I'm a taco lush and usually go to authentic Mexican restaurants for tacos, but Bonefish did not disappoint at all. They were awesome, the taste was very authentic and original. The sauce and seasonings were on point! Sesame Place + Springhill + Bonefish Grill = great vacay combo Night one headed to Bonefish because it was so close to our hotel and had a solid kids menu. walking up we were a little concerned because it looked very nice inside. The service, staff and food left nothing to be desired. During our 3 nights in Langhorne we ate here 2 times. Out server, Shelby was so great that we requested her on our second visit. She got to know us, our kids and totally connected with our little family, really made us feel like regulars even though we're from out of town. So, my husband and I decided on eating out. We ended up at Bonefish because it was in the vicinity where we were shopping. The restaurante seemed to have gotten a Praise from friends through the years. We stopped in at like 5 on a Wednesday. It was not crowded. A couple was speaking to the host and asking questions. I noticed that the host really had no answers for the couple and really did not seem to know much. She didn't even motion to us that she'd be with us in a second. Maybe because she didn't have plans to be with us. She left the area once the couple was seated. We did get seated in the bar area, but it was loud so we asked to be moved. The dining room was fine. The menu- as the name suggests, it was all seafood. Some meat selections. No pasta at all. I had been hoping for muscles and linguine. Nope, wasn't going to happen. Menu is not huge and prices are not cheap. Drinks are during happy hour. You don't have to be at the bar to get the happy hour drink price. ( 4.00 wine) my husband ordered a crab dip that was really cheese dip. Didn't taste much crab . I had a difficult time selecting an entree but decided on the cod fish and chips. My husband had fish tacos. Food came out quickly and our waitress was very attentive. Food was pretty good, nothing so outstanding. Very average dining. Service- unlike the uninterested and uninformed hostess, the waitresses and waiters seemed very well trained and accommodating . Drinks were always refilled and we were asked several times if everything was ok. Our experienced was pleasant, but I didn't care for the menu. We will skipped this place next time. Never tried this chain before. My mom and I went on a Sunday afternoon. 25 minute wait, which we didn't mind at all. We got the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer. Wasn't overly breaded, which was good. Liked it because of the bed of greens it came with..helped balance the spicy mayo sauce's creaminess. My mom ordered the Sirloin & Crab Cake Dinner w/ spinach and fries. This dish was laughable...the sirloin literally was the size of a baby's hand. The crab cake was as big as a golf ball, maybe smaller. Spinach is just plain boiled w/some oil and s&p. Nothing special at all. Fries were fries. So that was good. I got the Tilapia Imperial w/ coleslaw and broccoli. Food came out with rice instead of the broccoli. The tilapia was pretty good. Overall, I do not believe the foods justify for the prices of dishes (~$20/each). It didn't really help our experience that our waitress was in a tense mood the entireeee time, despite me trying to smile when I talked, say thank you as often as possible. Just like their name implies they specialize in many varieties of fresh fish and many variations as to how it can be prepared and topped. I adore fish and shellfish, Michael ( the hubs ) loves shellfish but always has turned his nose up to fresh fish, so needless to say I was both in awe and in shock when he ordered the salmon. Not only did he order the salmon, but he ordered the salmon special, which was topped with sauteed spinach, crispy bacon and a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce! Hello, we're sharing! With the salmon came squash, which I ended up eating, he does draw his lines, although he did enjoy the herbed jasmine rice. I had four appetizers, simply because I could not make up my mind and as I said, we did share. The appetizer portions are humongous, one alone is very filling, so needless to say, we brought a lot home. The salmon was a very large portion, cooked beautifully and I loved the flavor combination of the toppings. I had to order the famous Bang Bang shrimp which were crispy and tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce. I've had these before and it is no wonder many other restaurants have copied this idea. However, for my money, the Saucy Shrimp were absolutely delightful and if I had to choose this is the one I would order. A huge round plate of unbreaded sauteed shrimp tossed with lime, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives and plenty of feta cheese, delicious! Our other two appetizers were the twin crab cakes, jumbo lump crab cakes for sure, served with a spicy remoulade sauce. The sauce was needed to kick them up a bit as the cakes themselves did not have much flavor, however they were pretty well all lump crab meat. Last, but certainly not least were six crispy, jumbo coconut shrimp topped with crispy ginger and a sweet and spicy Thai sauce, yum. Their side dishes are three dollars each and I had to have the potatoes au gratin, so cheesy with real melted cheeses throughout, some of the best I have ever had. A basket of their own baked bread is very good and served warm with an infused oil for dipping. Jarrad was our very competent and friendly server, this location is fairly new and they were quite busy. I wish they offered more soups, especially during the cold months, but they only have one and that is a crab and corn chowder, neither hubby nor I are into corn chowder, just too sweet. We used a gift card that we received last Christmas and Bonefish is part of a string of chains, including Fleming's Steakhouse, Carrabba's, Roy's and Outback and the gift card could have been used at any of these, but Michael and I were both thrilled with our dining experience at Bonefish Grill and we will return. Must mention they also have a cool seating area on their front sidewalk with couches, end and coffee tables, chairs and heaters.
