The spicy scallop roll was their equal, delivering that perfect balance of heat and sweetness that makes you briefly optimistic about the future of humankind. The poke burrito was ambitious, a bold little manifesto wrapped in rice and seaweed. Crab meat and spicy tuna got along just fine, though the whole affair leaned more toward "good" than "revelation."
