Pretty solid bowl of spicy garlic burn tonkatsu - straight white noodles were toothsome, ajitama was jammy, chashu was tender, and the broth was flavorful, just a touch too salty for me. We also shared an order of the katsu which was fried to perfection. Space was clean, good size with plenty of tables, and service was fast. In the past 3 months, we ate there once and picked up food from there another time. The people here are very friendly and prepare the food quickly. The place is very clean. In all, we had six ramens prepared by them and each dish was great, plentiful, and reasonably priced. The kids are crazy about this place and want to eat there every week. This place is on point! We ordered ramen, seafood udon, curry steak with rice and plenty of gyoza. The food was absolutely fantastic! My spicy tonkotsu was great. They weren't scared of making it spicy. The wife loved hers and she doesn't even like ramen! My kid's udon and steak were packed with some serious flavor! I was glad she couldn't finish the steak because I enjoyed the rest later... The service was great. The hostess even remembered some of the regulars and was putting their order in before they walked through the door. As for the ambiance, it's plain and simple. Nothing crazy. Plenty of seats, no loud music (which I can appreciate). But it's fitting. And the seats are still comfortable after you're super stuffed! Writing this after my second visit to this spot. Genuinely the best ramen I've had in my life so far it's fantastic. Service is fast and I always get my food within 10-15 minutes of ordering. The broths (especially the spicy) are bursting with flavor. I've gotten two bowls now (spicy sliced beef, and spicy miso) and both were amazing. I prefer the sliced beef bowl out of the two, but thoroughly enjoyed both. I also got the chicken and pork buns, which are both very flavorful. The chicken is flaky and fried to perfection, and the pork is tender and melts apart in your mouth. If this review doesn't sell you, let the pictures do it (because they will). Strong 5/5. They were very quick to seat us, give us menus and water, and take our orders. Our food was out within 10 minutes! It was all correct and hot (very important and hard to do when you order and get the food out so fast). We ordered: Tonkotsu Ramen, Chicken Katsu Shoyu Ramen, Pork Buns, and a side of white rice. The Chicken Katsu Shoyu Ramen was so flavorful and well seasoned. The chicken katsu was on the side and crispy but not too over cooked or dry. Very good, seems like panko coating! The broth was a bit thicker than a normal Shoyu ramen but not as thick as a Tonkotsu broth. The pork buns were the perfect combination of fluffy and fatty. Great having a Ramen house close to home. What are things I like about this particular establishment is the wide variety in the menu of Ramen styles and the ability to build your bowl. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because because I do have a hands down go to favorite Ramen House in West Windsor NJ. but this is closer to home, so a good second. I'll just need to up the spice next time. We started off with an appetizer of their shrimp Shumai, Nice flavor tender sweet nice dipping sauce. I don't usually start off my reviews with a complaint but the thing that annoyed me about this place was that every one of our meals came out at a different time and it seemed like they forgot a significant portion of my meal until I asked for it. We ordered rose bubble tea to drink. It was good but a little too sweet. My husband ordered the Gyudon Beef Bowl (not pictured). It's thinly shaved seared beef with a delicious but very light sauce. It's served over rice with scallion and ginger. I loved it. I got the chicken Katsu Shoyu Ramen. The broth was very tasty but as mentioned earlier, the chicken katsu came separately and way later than my ramen. They only seemed to remember when I reminded them. My daughter got the crispy shrimp ramen. The broth was flavorful but again, the shrimp came out way after the ramen. My son had the black pepper beef ramen which he liked. read more
