Malaysian chicken curry! Excellent!
Dewan A.

Great spot. 1) This is a Pan-Asian restaurant. They have Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Malaysian, and Thai items on the menu. There is something for everyone. 2) I very much enjoyed the Malaysian Chicken Curry. It was excellent. 3) The only downside is, they are very busy during lunch time & get the food takes some time.

Tempura side for udon soup

First time visiting since they moved to campus town. Their service was pretty bad. We walked in and were greeted right away, but the hostess ran back into the kitchen and didn't seat us. We ended up choosing our table in the back, but they did help us move the table. Then a kid who looked like he just walked off of campus came and took our order (gym shorts, sneakers, T-shirt and hat). It also took a long time to get water for everyone. Everyone's food came out at separate times, and someone from the kitchen was even bringing it out. Their udon soup didn't have any shrimp or chicken, despite the description stating otherwise. The broth was pretty flavorless as well. Their tempura was good though. We also got a lobster roll that had four HUGE pieces that were really difficult to eat with chop sticks. They still add a lot of rice to their rolls. Everything else was to our liking though - bento boxes and salads. The quality of the food seemed to go down with their move unfortunately.

New Moon Roll

I come to this place a lot! They have so many options and their customer service is really good. Definitely recommend the new moon roll and pan fried dumplings.

Best sushi in Ewing/TCNJ area. Large/filling pieces. Delicious flavor. Recommended. Haven't tried the Chinese food options.

We came here because we saw there giant sign and were excited to be in a nicer part of town with parking, unlike Pho Kim which is in a pretty sketchy area. The food was great, the service kind and the decor funky. I had an amazing Pho with brisket. My hubby and son love the vermicelli noodle bowls with shrimp and grilled pork. We love their egg rolls, so we got an extra order to share. I hope they are very successful, as the menu has so much variety and the place is pretty large. Definitely come check them out!

There are pictures cut from magazines and hand written papers stuck all over the wall and the tv plays videos of people cooking street food in Vietnam. The place is messy and disorganized and the service is very good but bizarre in a way I can't explain. Divey is the best way to explain the place. We dined in on a Friday night and the place was empty. It was only us. I didn't even notice any calls coming in or food going out for deliveries. I hope they last because the food is good. I would highly recommend ordering takeout or delivery though.

We waited less than 30 min as they estimated, not bad. I got the Classic Beef (pho) and my husband got the curry pork chop (over rice). We both enjoyed our food very much especially the pho was al dente. The wait staff is friendly. A little kid at the other table was acting out, the waitress was so patient trying to calm her down, so sweet. We will definitely come again when we're in the neighborhood to try their other goodies ^_^

Here's where everything went south: The service was quick. My order was ready. The bag was nice. I had second thoughts walking out immediately. Maybe I didn't appreciate it because after all it was Princeton. The banh mi was small. The banh mi was weak. The pickled carrots and radish were just not pickled enough. And WHO THE PHUCK rolls lettuce in their Banh Mi?!?!? did The Bo Kho sauce left a lot to be desired. The shaking beef was less than shaking. The broken rice was definitely not broken. They don't advertised as much but for a Viet plate. It was expected. And for $20 all you get was beef and rice. Nothing else. Not even garnish. Whatever. My bottom line is...if you're white with limited tastebuds. You'll love this place. If you're Asian and looking for Viet...this isn't it.

The salad fresh and the fried egg with it's golden yolk all the gravy you need on that jasmine rice. The chop itself is one of the fattier cuts that most northern suburbanites don't eat, but it chock full of pork fat bliss. If you know, you know. I just say this because some of you will object to the fat content. It comes with two chops, so even if you cut out the fat, you still have a lot of pork meat to enjoy. The vietnamese style ice coffee is a must imo. Theirs is good. Not getting the iced coffee is like going to Wendy's and not getting a Frosty.

They offer most of the traditional street food found throughout VN, with the exception of Banh Mi. I ordered Steak Pho (small), which came with Thai basil leaves, sprouts, lime wedge and thin jalapeño slices. I also went with an order of Spring Rolls and sweet dipping sauce. The beef soup base was well simmered and had a rich savory flavor. There were 8 thin slices of ribeye cooking in the bowl, and a large nest of rice noodles just beneath the surface. Hoisin and Sriracha were onboard for added sweet and heat. Quite good, but for the aftertaste of MSG from slurping the tasty base. Downside was the cost. $25 for a semi-fast food lunch was not really commensurate with the enjoyability of the meal. 2.5 Phogetable Stars. Unlikely to return.

Food hits the spot and everything always comes out in generous portion sizes. I enjoyed my "make-your-own" pho, which was rich in flavor and just right for the recent cold weather. Overall a good spot for Vietnamese food.

Pho Today is pretty good, the pho had a decently boney broth, wasn't overly sweet, and all the right herbs (basil is key). The bun bo hue, however, was missing the requisite garnishes (no shredded purple cabbage, mint, or cilantro. They just doubled the portions of the garnishes for the pho) and was missing the sliced Vietnamese sausage, and blood cubes, so wasn't super impressed by that. The broth was decent though and they included the whole pork knuckle bone, which was appreciated. $18+tip on both is OBSCENE pricing. I know, I know inflation etc but $40 for two people eating two noodle dishes is like "special treat" pricing for food that is traditionally supposed to be on the more affordable end of things. That said, seems like most pho places around Central NJ charge the same prices so... guess I just won't be eating VN food here much.
