Shrimp tempura roll, gyoza, beef bento box

Door dashed this and it was great! My only Complaint is the bento box didn't come with a soup or salad like literally everywhere else :/

Cheap, very yummy ayce sushi, highly recommend. The lunch price is ~$24 and the dinner price is ~$29, really good deals for ayce sushi (especially since they don't do weekend pricing). The sashimi is good quality, and the gyoza are juicy. The sashimi was my favorite part, especially the salmon and mackerel. The rolls were also good, except they had a lot of mayo, which I'm personally not a fan of (but objectively, still yummy). Service is fast, our waiter was very nice and considerate, and good vibes all around.

Not the greatest AYCE sushi place. I'd give the hot food a 3.5/5. Was slightly impressed by the tonkotsu ramen. The shumai was steamed, which was a nice change from the usual fried ones you get at sushi buffets. Sushi was disappointing. The sashimi looked thin and sad--a night and day difference from the photos posted here a year ago. Also, the yellowtail maki rolls had a weird medicinal flavor. The specialty rolls and nigiri were the better options imo. Also, there was no hand roll option. Service could be more attentive. We had to ask multiple times to refill our drinks. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, so I'll cut them some slack. The ambiance is dim-lit and loungey, with sensual jazz music playing in the background. Thought it was an odd vibe for eating sushi lol.

This review is for the all you can eat dinner buffet option. I went on a Wednesday night and was surprised to see that it was pretty busy. My recommendation is to go as early as possibly for dinner if you are able to. Dinner also ends at 9 P so be aware of when you plan to go. It is also a BYOB location so if you are wine drinkers be sure to bring your own! Even as a huge soup lover who loves all different soups I'd recommend to skip the soups here. I've done you the big favor of testing two out (spicy seafood soup and tom yum soup) and I would say it's not worth having especially since the sushi is so delicious. Surprisingly the kani and seaweed salad were solid and so were the dumplings (they took the time to boil them pan fry and had a nice crunch). The onion rings were also super crunchy! Now to the main event - we ordered many types of speciality sushi rolls and sashimi. The one speciality roll with lemon was SO unique. I would go back and just order the one roll alone. Don't just head over to Masa Sushi - RUN!

Love the lunch special! My go-to for sushi in the area for freshness and prices. Love any variation of the Mango roll!

Eddie V's left an anniversary card, champagne, complementary desserts, really extraordinary. And six red roses were a parting gift. We started out with beautifully, prepared salads, the wedge and the beet salad. Executed perfectly, including our specific request to put dressing and bacon on the side. We both ordered the ribeye steaks. They were cooked to the right temperature and were tender and flavorful. The fries for the table were generous, perfectly seasoned and very hot and crispy. Asparagus and Brussels rounded out the meal and assuaged the guilt that comes with ordering two giant slabs of meat. Our servers were wonderful. We felt special and we left happy. Thank you, Eddie V's for making the night something to remember.

I ordered the shrimp scampi and ribs. I also ordered two corn muffins and I believe they gave my father a bonus order of fish patties too! My parents were arriving in from out of state and I greeted them at the hotel with this food. Let's just say there was complete silence while they were eating lol! That tells me the food was good. My mom said the scampi was delightfully seasoned and my father really enjoyed the ribs. I did order a ginger ale but it wasn't a specialty drink only a can soda. They are also attached to the major delivery services so that's pretty cool It seems to be a great option for comfort food. You have to go into the Princeton golf course to access the chef. What I like is I'd left a message on the line with an inquiry and at the end of the day Chef Bishop returned my call to follow up and make sure all was well. It was pretty cool ordering food from a personal chef for my father. He felt like a celebrity lol I will certainly order food here for my family when they come up now. I'm vegan so there wasn't any entrees for me. However, if I needed to cater a meal for others (party, corporate party, shower etc.) this is a great option. Chef Bishop seems pretty cool. Good high quality hearty comfort food.

Nick our server was on point with us. He was outstanding! The drinks were very good and appetizer delicious. Every item tasted so good. Even the steamed broccoli was delicious. We love the sauce that is accompanied with the steak, very flavorful. The brunch was overall always good, but it wasn't anything special. The ambiance was one of the best things of this place as it had a nice and cozy interior hence why it's a steakhouse. And service overall each time we went was good as they did good cleaning our table in a timely manner and making sure that the plates didn't pile up. When it comes to criticisms it is mostly with the food. Each time we went it was always the same food and nothing was ever different. I know its breakfast and of course you'd expect to have most of the same stuff that breakfast tends to have. Including basic things like eggs, bacon, sausage, omelette station, toast etc. However, we had high hopes that maybe they would change stuff now and then, but it seems that never happens here. Due to that there are the same food options and then there are the items we didn't like that were always there and were never improved or changed. Overall, this is good for brunch but there are still better options out there.

Best Soufflé Pancakes ever!…read more Now that I've actually been to Japan I can honestly say I crave these pancakes more than the ones I had overseas! These pancakes are more fluffier and eggier (I think that's a legit word, LOL), and super rich! If you don't like eggs, don't visit because there is a lot of eggy flavor. I've tried the two dominant flavors, Matcha and Strawberry, and I can't tell which one I like better. The light cream topping is better than any butter or maple syrup I've ever had. There is usually one more flavor that they change from time to time as well which I've heard is great. Going on the weekday avoids the wait. The abnormal hours of operation don't make it easy to visit but if you do you'll definitely enjoy. Book the table on Yelp!

J S Foodies is the latter, a small and cheerful outpost of Tokyo imagination where breakfast behaves like theater. I arrived with my boys and my father in law, a man celebrating another year of survival in a universe that has not yet figured out how to improve pancakes. The space is small, and the famous Kiseki pancakes take their time, about twenty to thirty minutes, as if they are being persuaded into existence rather than cooked. These Kiseki pancakes are not pancakes in the American sense. They are soufflé style creations, tall and trembling, as if gravity is only a suggestion. They arrive airy and delicate, with a gentle jiggle that suggests optimism. We ordered accordingly. I had the lemon ricotta, which tasted like sunlight had been filtered through dairy. My oldest chose matcha, green, purple and quietly sophisticated and complex. My youngest went with the original maple, a classic executed so well it made the classics feel new again. All were excellent, the sort of food that makes conversation pause because mouths are busy being grateful. My father in law ordered what I personally considered a cautious breakfast. Regular pancakes with eggs and bacon. A meal that could have been assembled in any roadside diner between here and forever. Yet even this was handled with care. The eggs were perfect, the bacon honest, the pancakes dignified. No irony, no shortcuts. Yes, the prices are a little steep. But this is not a place for routine nourishment. This is a place for occasions, for birthdays, for reminding yourself that breakfast can aspire to something like art. Five stars, because sometimes the world surprises you by getting something exactly right.
